- Rita (8/5): Great location and family room in the middle of Hong Kong - Great location. Really good value for the family room. Room was spacious and clean, especially for Hong Kong. Staff are really friendly and helpful at check-in and with our other needs. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean daily and had fresh towels. There was expensive access to the gym and swimming pool because it was part of the YMCA so we actually didn't get to use it. The shower didn't drain very well.

- Justine (9/5): - Location is exceptional. We walk a lot, but we found that it was the perfect distance to all of kowloon points of interest, the metro was a block away, victoria harbour. The room was spacious and tidy, with a great view. The staff are very nice and helpful. All in all we would deffinitely come back! The beds are a bit on the hard side, my mom found them a bit uncomfortable. And i think this is something accross most hotels in china that i have been so far, but there is only one pillow per person, i would have like another one. I also didnt ask for one, so im not upset about it

We were allowed to leave our luggage due to having a new reservation a week later. Friendly staff Not easy to find where to eat for us nearby. There are places but the food wasn’t for us. Concierge and reception staff were not able to explain how to buy a ticket for the airport bus without ‘Octopus’.

The staff were professional and finished check in and check out quickly. Water refill station available. The bathroom had black mold and the toilet breaks easily. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned with leftover toothpaste and hair remaining. The single blanket had stains. Disposable amenities were not included because of new law. No bathroom in hotel lobby.

The room was not very clean, the chair was stained from liquids, and the bathroom had some mould. Apart from that, the rest was clean, and the staff removed the dirty chair when I asked for it.
