• Serdar (1/5): really bad experience according to past 20 years the hotels which I had stayed in Berlin. - cleaning the room was very bad, changing daily towels wasn't be possible, cleaning the main building stairs was also bad, the building lifts were generally not working.
• nafmo (1/5): Good location. Nice rooms. Managed by lying sleaze who need to be fought with if there's a problem. - The room is nice. Completely automated hotel--not one living worker there that I saw. Just an app to communicate. Location is right in the middle of a nice shopping/dining district. 30 seconds from a bunch of places to eat, etc. The main reason that this hotel does not deserve your business is that they are bald-faced liars. And the only way to communicate with them is through Whatsapp--which is not the best when there's an issue that needs to be addressed. I booked here only because they feature an onsite McFit premium gym-chain gym. However, when I arrived, I found that the gym was closed for renovations. I contacted the hotel. First they denied knowledge. (Liars). Then they blamed the gym and took no responsibility. (Big fat liars). Then they admitted that they knew all along (and only after charging my CC), they sent me an email only 5 hours before check-in stating that the gym would be closed. Even though the gym had been closed already for a week and the hotel very well knew this. Having a busy travel day I hadn't seen the mail--but WTH--5 hours notice instead of a week's?!! Inexcusable!! What followed was over an hour wasted on Whatsapp with them lying to me and trying to worm out of responsibility--telling me that another gym 2.5 kms away would have to do. Only by being a VERY tough negotiator, was I able to get a discount for that night, cancel the rest of my stay for a (supposed refund--still haven't received it) and a voucher for a further discount. They should have apologized right away and offered a serious compensation deal. Instead, they lied, lied some more and wasted my time. Only because I didn't want to pay 2x for the same night I didn't leave right away.
• Juliëtte (8/5): Fijn hotel op fantastische locatie, maar weinig sfeervol Berlijns. - De kamer was ruim, schoon, netjes, geen nutteloze extra’s. Het bed was comfortabel, met verschillende stevigheid kussens. De badkamer was schoon, zeer fijne douche met krachtige straal, zeep en shampoo/ conditioner waren lekker geurig. Thee- en koffiezetfaciliteit waren goed, alleen beetje weinig zakjes/cups. De verlichting in de kamer was goed bedacht en praktisch. De entree en trapopgang waren zeer sober, of je door een loods liep. Er was geknoeid en dat is 4 dagen niet opgeruimd, lag er alle dagen nog. Extra theezakjes en koffiecups lagen niet in de ruimte van de essentials, was moeilijk bij te krijgen. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als ik vantevoren was geïnformeerd dat je zelf schone handdoeken moest pakken.

Det var sophantering på baksidan som började arbeta tidigt och förde oväsen, vagnar och glas som lät högt. Skulle vara kul om balkongen var städad också.

Nous n’avons pas voulu l’allumer car je suis sensible au bruit mais malheureusement l’air de la chambre était très sec ce qui nous a empêché de dormir tellement c’était désagréable. De plus nous avions choisi cette hôtel en raison de la salle de sport à l’étage du dessous mais celle ci n’était pas disponible. Les autres salles partenaires proposées étaient beaucoup plus loin. La plus porche était à plus de 15 min en transport ce qui n’était vraiment pas pratique…

Envían un código por watsapp que te permite entrar al alojamiento y también para todo lo demás como : lugar para desayunar y laundry. Tiene parking y ascensor. Para recomendar y volver.

Sehr modernes Konzept, praktisch kein Personal, keine tägliche Reinigung, Handtücher, WC-Papier etc. kann man selbst nehmen. Für kurze Aufenthalte und Geschäftsreisen ideal. Frühstücksangebot qualitativ nicht berauschend und von der Auswahl recht begrenzt. Das McFit geschlossen ist, wurde nicht kommuniziert. Keine Kosmetiktücher am Zimmer.

• Louise (8/5): Berlijn bezoeken vanuit een toplocatie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! - De locatie is top. Het appartement was ruim, schoon met een heerlijk balkon. Goed geslapen op een comfortabel bed met een goed matras. De parkeerplaats was goed te bereiken, bijna in hetzelfde gebouw als het appt. Rustig. Kopje koffie/thee, water, handdoeken zijn voorhanden. Het inchecken kostte me veel tijd. De Numa app blokkeert regelmatig. Geen persoon ter plekke die je even kan helpen, maakt het verblijf een beetje koud. Whatsappen met een robot als je vragen hebt.

• Catherine (10/5): Hidden Gem in Kudamm - Berlin - I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Berlin. It has everything you could possibly want. When you want out your front door - you are smack bang in the Central.of Berlin - 500 meters from the Bombed Church at the Zoological Gardens Train Station. The beds were so comfortable - excellent air conditioning - our shower was brand new and immaculately clean. There is nothing that I didn't like in this apartment- being so central meant the world to us - we adored this apartment in Kudamm

Fehlermeldungen beim Check Out in der App, Rechnung erst nicht abrufbar (auf Nachfrage wurde diese dann aber zur Verfügung gestellt) Alles in allem aber wirklich sehr angenehm und top !

Mums bija piešķirts 420 numurs, taču tas smirdēja pēc cigaretēm, pat izvēdināt to nebija iespējams. Sazinoties ar Numa administratoru, situācija tika atrisināta nepilnas stundas laikā un mums samainīja numuru pret citu. 417 numurs bija izcils, tas labi smaržoja un bija lielāks. Iespējams tā bija kompensācija par piesmēķēto numuru. Saziņa ar administratoru ir robotizēta, taču tas nebija šķērslis numura maiņai. 420 numurs ir piesmēķēts. Tur smird pat sienas. Tas bija ļoti nepatīkami.

• Torsten (1/5): Nie wieder NUMA. Booking würde gut daran tun dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu vermarkten! - Gar nichts! Es gab überhaupt kein Personal, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, der Fahrstuhl hat zeitweilig nicht funktioniert, wir fühlten uns wie in einem Bunker. Nachts war unser Schlüssel Code gesperrt und wir mussten im Treppenhaus eine halbe Stunde warten. Und dann wurde uns aus unerfindlichen Gründen auch noch die Polizei auf den Hals gehetzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Callcenter war zwar vorhanden, aber mehr als mangelhaft! Alles (Siehe oben)

Stairways to the rooms were dirty for the first 2 days of our stay. Soundproofing between rooms could be better and also to the outside, but as its a busy location we kind of turned a blind eye to this. At times could hear the gym below which is unacceptable
