- Denisa (8/5): -
- Peter (9/5): Always good, will be back - Location
- Heather (7/5): Would stay again when in Sydney again due to the convenience of the position of the property. - Freya at Reception was welcoming and friendly.
Bed was very comfortable.
Shower had good water pressure.
Situated in the Rocks and within easy walking distance to train station. Convenience store close by and if you were travelling on an overseas cruise ship it is just a short walk to the overseas terminal. The property is looking a little dated and could do with a little love and care.
- Courtney (5/5): Location great, that’s all that’s going for it. - The location is fantastic The room was very dated and looked into an alley way, so we couldn’t keep the curtains open. The bathroom was very dated and a bit dirty. The TV also couldn’t be connected to the Internet so we could stream Netflix.
- Deborah (10/5): Amazing - It was very clean, great view from our room . The bed was amazing Nothing
- Jamieson (10/5): Great value for money - Location
Beds
Room size
Kitchen Nothing
- Andrea (7/5): Great spot to enjoy the Bridge/Opera House district. - Great view of the harbor (until a cruise ship arrived and completely dominated the view). Kitchen was useful. Sufficient room for luggage. Twin bed option met our needs. Really liked central location, low noise levels from outside, sliding door that opened for good air flow. A little table and chairs inside would have been nice as the set on the tiny balcony were hard to access and wet with rain. A few more dishes in the kitchen would be useful. Alternative bed coverings would have been welcome.

- Marise (8/5): Perfect for cruisers - Location perfect only 2 mins work to ship
Plenty of good restaurants around
Everything close No hairdryer
Little noisy
- james (8/5): -
- Marise (8/5): Perfect for a cruise stop over -
- Ravinder (5/5): This is my second time with booking.com when I didn’t find totally different content from pictures - Nothing, totally different from photos given on booking.com site. Very suffocating rooms, nothing was working. Given facilities on site just were for increasing the count of numbers. Not kettle, not locker even not kitchen facilities were completed.
- Brad (10/5): - I loved the views, location, cost, and the above and beyond the way the staff went. That we only had one night sray
- Bradley (9/5): Nice and pleasent - View of the harbour and close to the circular quay Room is a little outdated and basic. There was a constant humming sound from the air vents in room 509.
- Martin (10/5): - Position Position position! Walking around the rocks from the front door. Car park next door brilliant. The lady Nicole got us in early which made our day after a big drive. Nothing really for the money good value the room and position. Kitchen was old so was bathroom but all worked.
- Carol (9/5): -
- Vlad (7/5): Reasonable - Location Old furnishings
- Stewart (7/5): Convenient - Location was excellent for the cruise port Interior could do with a face lift looking tired and dated
- Anna (10/5): - Tucked away, comfortable
Easy access to everything
- Brett (10/5): Excellent, can’t wait to return - Location , atmosphere Nothing
- peter (7/5): -
- Sharon (8/5): Great overnight stay. Close to restaurants etc - Clean and great location Needs maintenance.
- Cassidy (8/5): Will be rebooking for future trips to the city - The room was great, the facilities in the room adequate and the location was perfect - also liked having the parking underneath
- Kirsten (7/5): Great location. Needs updating and maintenance - Great location. Decor very dated and maintenance needed.
Hallway on our level had a really bad smell. Not sure if it was the carpet or something else but very off putting.
- JULIE (8/5): -
- Gayle (8/5): Convenient great location and amenities very comfortable - Lovely property central to the rocks and circular key stay here often
- Anthony (10/5): Would stay again - Location price Rooms need tlc but clean
- Rachel (4/5): - The location. The room was old and in need of an urgent facelift. Location was great but not great enough for the money.

- Judith (10/5): -
- Tuia (6/5): For one night it was fine and location was excellent - Great location Room is a bit old and tired
- Tracey (6/5): Great location and rooms quiet. Needs a refresh as facilities not working or need a refresh. - Location excellent. Staff very courteous and good security. The shower head would not stay up and the soap dispenser was either blocked or empty so the shower experience was poor. The air conditioning dials had no markings on them and so it was trial and error to adjust for heat /cool. The room looked very tired . Facility was clean.
- Jane Liz (10/5): - Such a handy location for us as we were going a cruise a couple of days after we arrived in Sydney.
Loved the short walk to the cruise terminal, circular Quay, the Opera House and the wonderful Rocks area.
- Artur Joao (7/5): -
- Mark (10/5): -
- Anita (9/5): - Location and great service
- nicholas (5/5): -
- April (10/5): Perfect location at the rocks - Staff was amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. Location was perfect, close to boarding the cruise ship and perfect for ferries. Accommodation was superb and facilities were excellent. Definitely stay again..
- stephen (10/5): -
- Trisha (10/5): We stayed for three nights pre cruise. It was perfect for some sightseeing and dining out. - This property is so conveniently located. Less than five minutes walk and you are at the International Cruise Terminal or Circular Quay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had amazing views from our balcony. Many options for meals or a cold drink just a few steps away.
- nicholas (5/5): -
- Gino (8/5): -
- April (10/5): - Location, price, staff were amazing, fantastic facilities and accommodation. Close to shops, ferries, other transport. Very cosy and helpful staff, always smiling, friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
- Weerasiri (8/5): Great location, great staff, comfy, clean but poorly equipped kitchen - Location Kitchen was poorly equipped
- Mark (7/5): -
- Richard (8/5): -
- Lines (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): - The most amazing view of the Opera House & Circular Quai. Great access to the Rocks area with easoly accessible Parking Station next door. Plenty of space in rooms & bathroom. Very comfy beds. Rooms & facilities a little dated
- Fiona (9/5): - the staff were amazing, my visa car was found overnight and I was sent an email, no fuss, just come and get it when you are ready There was constant noise coming form the bathroom like a flushing toilet, couldn't find it to stop it
- Peter (6/5): Comfortable and convenient for my needs - Location
- Marina Shane (7/5): It was the cheapest we could get, it was good apart from the loud air conditioner. - The room was dated but we knew that. Didn't bother us BUT the air conditioner was loud, we had to change rooms after 2 nights which they did no problems but we then got a much smaller room with no view.
- Flavius (8/5): - Amazing location close to all the action!
- Robyn Devonshire (6/5): Short stay at Renezous Hotel - My stay at Renezous Hotel was a nice stay. The facilities were good. The staff were really lovely & very friendly & helpful. There wasn't anything I didn't like?
- Paul (10/5): - A beautiful hotel within 5 minutes walk from Circular Quay and great views of the bridge and Opera house Nothing
- Susan (10/5): Fabulous location and helpful staff - The location was amazing. We had a stellar view of the Opera house from our window. The staff, especially Freya, were so helpful. Having everything right there in the spacious room made ever so much easier to explore Sydney. The pool was cold but otherwise all good.
- Khatrene (9/5): - Excellent location for access to The Rocks & Circular Quay. The room was large and offered everything you need. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good in shower. Able to walk everywhere. I walked down to the wharf for a show at the Roslyn Packer Theatre; was worried about walking back in the dark, but was no issue at all and not too far. Very handy. Access to shower was over a bath; great if you want a bath, but would be awkward if you are not agile or steady on your feet.
- Tate (9/5): -
- LEON (1/5): Horrible - What breakfast? Everything
- Jessicca (10/5): Fabulous and we will be staying there again! - The size of the room and the available amenities. The views were absolutely stunning and so was the ship that came in. That there was no way to get fresh air into the room to drop humidity.
- Renae (10/5): -
- YUKO (7/5): -
- Peter (9/5): A very convenient location for anyone who is joining a cruise - Location to the Overseas passenger terminal The stairs to access
- Ruth (8/5): -
- Dawn (8/5): Great views for cost - Great location best value view No in room dining
No internet to the tv
No fan for bathroom - $1600 fine if i set off smoke detector becauses of steam from shower was a huge concern
Grate in the bathroom over toilet was extra dirty
- George (3/5): Definitely not worth staying here. - The location was good. The room and place overall was dirty and run down. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. Definitely not even close to being worth the price we paid per night. What was advertised and we thought we booked was not what we got. I would go so far as to say it’s false advertising.
- John (10/5): Outstanding position in the city, we can highly recommend - Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, outstanding position in the city It would have helped to have phone chargers hard-wired in the room
- Joanna (7/5): -
- Judy (1/5): -
- Jennifer (7/5): - Centrality
- Marie (6/5): Great location - Location Broken bulbs, old and run down. I was put in a room opposite the laundry above the street. Noisy until 2.30am
- Ash (7/5): -
- Christine (7/5): - Location Old
- Nathan (10/5): - Staff were amazingly helpful and everything is so easy to get to
- Gwyneth (7/5): Our beds were comfortable which was good for a restful sleep. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpet in our room needed cleaning as well as the curtains and the furniture needs updating.

Great position! A little on the pricey side
- Donna (9/5): - upgrade to balcony room
- Colleen (8/5): Great location. Often no staff at desk but answered a bell. - Excellent location and big room Slightly noisey air conditioning.
- Vincent (10/5): - Location Carpet, dust, causing allergie and sneezing
- Jan (2/5): Terrible experience, would not go back. Ever. - Location was great. The room smelled awful. Two lights didn’t work, carpet dirty and mould in the shower. Stayed for four nights and nothing was cleaned in that time. Doona just pulled up and towels replaced each day.
- Elijah (10/5): - Everything was perfect and how close it was to everything
- Charles (10/5): Comfitable stay. Superb location. - Position of hotel. Exveptional.
Staff to were exceptional. Helpful. Smiling.
Room was very clean. Outside approach to hotel foyer was dull.
