Mention spéciale pour les gâteaux d'anniversaire et la petite décoration. La piscine ne m'a pas attiré. Cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel,mais il y a beaucoup d'embouteillages dans ce secteur.

Skvělá lokalita s obchody a trhem hned u hotelu. Skvělé přímé spojení na letiště (BKK). Služby v hotelu (bazén, fitness, lounge) už poněkud za zenitem.

- Artur (9/5): Für alles sehr gut gewesen, wir würden wieder hier buchen - Space Zone, Ausblick und Frühstück waren unglaublich gut. Rooftop Bar inklusive und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich bei Frau C. Supansa bedanken. Nach unserer langen Reise aus Deutschland sind wir um 07:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und waren ziemlich platt. Die Zimmer waren nicht fertig da der Check in erst ab 14 Uhr ist. Frau Supansa hat sich um einen schnelleren Check in gekümmert sodass wir bereits um 11:30 Uhr aufs Zimmer konnten. Uns hat das ziemlich gut gefallen, da wir nach einer kleinen Pause noch etwas von der Stadt angucken konnten. Aufgrund dessen habe ich nach ihrem Namen gefragt um ihre Arbeit hier nochmal zu loben. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! :) Richtig zu bemängeln gibt es nicht, nur eine kleine Einschätzung zur Lage: 25min zum Flughafen mit dem Skytrain (Direktverbindung) top Empfehlung. Aber in Richtung Grand Palace etc. gibt es leider noch keine Direktverbindung. Gerade abends zur Rush Hour Zeiten können es lange Fahrten werden, aber die perfekte Lage gibt es in Bangkok nicht. Uns war es wichtig sicher zum Flughafen zu kommen und das ist bei diesem Hotel der Fall!

- Livia (9/5): - Poloha hotela bola dobra. Hotel poskytoval dopravu ku najbližšej stanici BTS ale aj k Airport link. Každý večer sa pred hotelom konal nočný trh. Výhľady z izieb alebo reštaurácii 78, 81, 81 boli bezkonkurenčné. Personál hotela bola veľmi milý a usmievavý. Hotel bol v centre mesta a dopravu ku alebo od hotelu taxíkom bola náročná, neustále zápchy. Vybavenie hotelu, nábytok a kúpeľňa, boli zastaralé.

The room was very nice and confortable. Service at lobby was perfect. The staff at the breakfast buffet were not welcoming. Asking for assistance at breakfast buffet on floor 82 was like disturbing the staff and were making as if this is not their section and did not even bother to assist.

How ever there were a few that made our experience very uncomfortable Rudeness. Our shower wouldnt work properly. The drain to the shower didnt work so after showering for 2mins it would flood. We stayed 4 nights and days and two of those days had loud construction in the room next door and it was a nightmare putting our baby to sleep. Some of the staff made my partner very uncomfortable. The list goes on. Baiyoke should be 1 star. After paying 40,000 baht for two rooms you would think you would be treated with a little bit of respect.

- Nadja (9/5): Praktisch, sauber, nettes Personal, super Lage. - Super Lage, nur ungefähr 200 m von der Flughafenzugstation entfernt. Frühstück auf der 82. Etage ein Hammer. War alles sehr gut und angenehm.
- gez (9/5): - We only stayed one night, staff were beyond professional. Huge rooms with sky views over the city which we enjoyed. The sky tower observation was closed but the bartenders and restaurants looked nice when we passed by. Red railways line close walk for airport! Location isnt great as we stayed in sukhumvit previously which has easier links to the blue railway line.

- lopez (9/5): Supper - Locatie ontbijt kamers personeel het eten is super ook in het hotel De lift soms wachten overstappen van lift maar uiteindelijk kom je er wel 😅😅 veel verdiepingen het zwembad mag iets gezelliger beetje muziek kan geen kwaad

- Victor (8/5): Прекрасные виды. Отвратительный кондиционер. Просьбу починить сейф проигнорировали. - В центре. Множество ресторанов. Прекрасный буфет. Великолепные виды. Кондиционер работает только в одном режиме - максимальный холод. Это было очень неприятно. Не работал сейф, в ответ на мою просьбу починить никто не пришел.

- DOMINIQUE (8/5): - la vue ...tout bangkok à vos pieds.. le calme...le buffet petit dejeuner impressionnant... l emplacement près des marchés.. le wifi déplorable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles..coupures à chaque instant...problèmes de connexions ..un bon wifi dans un hôtel même basic ...c est courant

- Iulia Alexandra (1/5): I would not recommend. - The hotel has a good location and a good view but besides that, for us it was the worse hotel we’ve stayed in a very long time. Everything is very old and dirty. We didn’t felt comfortable at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone… The room was very dirty, the floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. The air conditioning was full of dust and smelly. The shower was extremely dirty and also blocked so the water was going into the bathroom. Breakfast has a bit of diversity but it makes you wander it to eat or not…
