Masayo (9/5): - ベルボーイなどエントランス周りのスタッフがしっかり仕事してくれている。やや聞き取りにくい英語だったけどフレンドリーさもあって好感もてました。設備的には充分でした。ベッドはさほど広くないものの、寝心地や浴槽もあって快適に過ごせました。トイレも日本のウォシュレットトイレで快適。また昼過ぎにホテルに着きましたが、すぐにチェックインさせてくれたのがとても助かりました。台南からの移動ではMRTは乗り換えが必要でしたが、MRTの最寄り出口に上下ともエスカレーターがあり、エレベーターもあったのでスーツケースがあっても楽だと思います。また宿泊後、そのまま松山空港に向かいましたが空港が近いのでタクシーで楽々アクセスできるのもよかったです。すぐ近くにバス停があるので、バスが使えたのもよかったです。フロントスタッフはそつなく仕事をこなされている感じでそこまで好感なし。聞かないと説明してくれない点も今ひとつ。アメニティは法律的に仕方ないものの、ドライヤーがへぼかったのと、タオル類が今ひとつ。

Ko (8/5): ホテルとしての格や宿泊施設は最高でした。 - 設備及び施設はかなり良かった。スタッフの対応もしっかりしていてこれまで７回の台湾の旅行で最高でした。また、台北から帰国する便が早朝だったので車の手配やbreakfast box を用意していただいてとても助かりました。朝食がバラエティさに欠けていたのが残念でした。これまでに４か所のホテルに宿泊をしましたが、他のホテルでは麺類を始めとする台湾らしい料理やパンの種類も豊富でバリエーションが豊だったので少し期待外れでした。

EMI (6/5): チェックイン時のトラブルが残念だった。 - ドアマンの対応がとても良かった。朝食も日本人向けだと思う。部屋も清潔だった。。コーヒーメーカーやポットなどは白いカルキがこびりついていて使えなかった。また日本人スタッフがいる。と記載があるが到着日には不在でデポジットの件などで意思疎通が上手くいかなかった。日本語の説明の紙を見せられたが、よくわからない内容だった。朝食付きで予約したが、朝食無しと言われて調べてもらったりとチェックイン時の対応で非常にがっかりした。ツアーで泊まるには良いと思うが、英語や中国語が堪能でない人の個人手配はあまりおすすめできない。

John (10/5): Absolutely impeccable service, and the greatest free upgrade of my entire life - Some of the best service and attitude from a hotel I have gotten in my life. I was upgraded to a phenomenal suite, and the staff had the upmost care for my experience and my wellbeing. They record the identification of any taxi they call for you and make sure you will safely reach your destination and return the same. Zero complaints whatsoever
shihwei (8/5): 舒適服務好棒，早餐個人覺得下滑。 - 服務貼心，房間舒服，附近吃東西都很方便。之前住過兩次（可能1～2年前），對早餐都很滿意，還記得可以點一份主餐再享用部分buffet。這次滿懷期待回憶來入住，沒有了主餐，只剩下buffet,而且樣式不多，口味還好。就連盛湯盛粥的碗，也是找老半天，問了廚師他們才補。如果要加購享用早餐，價格還挺高的。我覺得早餐品質真的下滑了很多。這次就只有早餐失望，其他都很好。

Elaine (9/5): 分別訂了雙床的豪華雙人房，訂房時提出需求希望排鄰房，因為一間房是孩子獨立使用，基於安全考量.可惜staff表示此房型房層樓只有一間，所以安排不同樓層．清潔程度有待加強 - 早餐地點方便，位於一樓。餐點服務採取主食套餐搭配部分Buffet的方式。主食三種不同的型態：台式/日式/西式。可惜的是，想嘗試台式涼麵，當天沒供應。日式鯖魚主食很美味水果種類不夠豐盛，只有三種選擇，遇上飲食有忌口的客戶，就沒有水果可享用了。日式鯖魚很美味，但是沒有提供小碟子放魚刺，吃到中途會有魚刺和肉混在一起的情況。原定希望排連排房，基於孩子居住的安全考量但是每層樓只有一間雙床房型，所以無法安排，房間的清潔度須加強,尤其是邊床進窗的地板，灰層很多

La qualité de la prestation est exceptionnelle, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses, le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec un plat à choisir et accès au buffet et enfin le personnel de l’hôtel au petit soin.Un merci particulier à Anja Liu, qui parlait français et s’est très bien occupée de nous (informations sur l’hôtel, commodités, transfert aéroport, …). Je recommande vivement le Landis Taipei !

Pauline (8/5): Good option to visit Taipei - Comfortable hotel, well located with lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Our room was quite spacious (despite the decoration being a bit outdated). Lots of options at the breakfast (buffet and semi-buffet with choice of main course - depending on the day). Special note to Anja Liu at the front office who was so kind and helpful during check-out (and spoke perfect French !) The overall decoration of the hotel is a bit old fashioned. No bottle of water available in the room, need to go and fill a jar at a water dispenser in the corridor.

Xue Yi (9/5): Friendly staff with big spacious room - Room was spacious, could sleep 4 comfortably. Walk to the metro although not exactly near, but also not very far too. Has a grocery store, convenient shops neaby. Staffs are friendly and attentive. We changed to a smaller room at our last day (for resting, not for sleeping), staff helped us shift all our luggages to our new room. Hailing for cab to the airport was easy via the concierge. Because we had a midnight flight back, we thought we just needed a room for resting and freshen up before departing to the airport. Since the standard check out time was very early, 11am or 12pm. Would be useful if the hotel could provide half day rates.
Lubomir (9/5): Takmer dokonalý hotel - Úplne super boli ľudia. Do Taipei sme prišli z Hongkongu a bol to rozdiel. Bývali sme v hoteloch známych sieti, ale nikde neboli tak dobre vyškolení ľudia ako v The Landis. Odteraz je to môj benchmark a bude ťažké sa im priblížiť. Rýchli, efektívni, milí a absolutne vyskillovani. Pomer cena/výkon úplne super. Špeciálna pochvala pre ľudí na raňajkách, vrátnikov a chyžné. Posilka stačila a krásne urobená strecha, kde sa dá chillovat alebo cvičiť. Pripájam foto zo strechy:) Matrac mohol byť kvalitnejší. Bol už trochu vylezany. Plus trochu sklamanie na raňajkách. Veľmi slabý výber koláčov, ktorý mi kompenzoval cez pracovné dni a la carte vybratý French toast. Cez víkend to ale neponúka hotel a ostal som odkázaný na 2 rozmrazene dopekance,drobne čajové pečivo a nejakú nechutnu sladkú knedľu, ktorú Číňania považujú za dezert. Pre Európana hodne slabé raňajky z pohľadu koláče v sladkého. Inak ale raňajky postačujúce. Syr, šunka, praženica, volské oko, parky a kopa ázijských veci. Plus excelentne čerstvé ovocie a zelenina. Aby sme sa pochopili. Raňajky boli dobre a postačujúce. Ja to hodnotím iba v kontexte toho co by som ja chcel na to, aby som dal hodnotenie 10 bodov.
