- ?? (8/5): - About a 10-minute walk to Prague Castle, good accessibility. Facilities a bit old. Reception desk doubles as a bar counter with alcohol on display — a bit confusing at first arrival. No parking for hybrid cars. Large paid parking lot about 15 minutes away on foot. Not too inconvenient, but arriving at night required a 30-minute round trip after check-in. Street parking nearby, but shared with resident zones — caution needed.

- Roger Xavier (10/5): Wonderful Stay, Highly recommend - We had a wonderful stay. From the time of booking until checkout nothing but courteous staff. The breakfast was was nice and filling. A lot to choose from, and the breakfast staff was super friendly.

- Selina (2/5): Disgusting Hotel and Service - Avoid at all costs - This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My stay was ruined by constant failures in the room and management’s blatant disregard for guests. Despite repeated complaints, staff refused to take responsibility and even denied any compensation, arrogantly claiming there was “no reason.” I had requested in advance a clear window view due to claustrophobia, which the hotel confirmed. Instead, I was given a depressing view of a construction site, surrounded by dirty materials and a half-finished structure. The room was a disgrace: outdated furniture, a leaking radiator dripping rusty water, a phone that didn’t work, and a broken shower. It took two days for the shower to be repaired, and the shower door was never fixed-leaving the floor flooded after every use, a serious safety hazard. Rather than enjoying my holiday, I was forced to mop the bathroom floor to avoid slipping. When I asked to change room, management claimed the hotel was “fully booked.” The mattress was old, hard, and uncomfortable, making restful sleep impossible. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality, my room was barely 2-star. The management team, including David Hofmann and Tereza Vydrova, were arrogant, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. They showed zero care, accountability, or understanding of hospitality. They ruined my holiday and wasted my money. Update: Marketing Manager Nicole Doskarova later claimed everything was resolved. That is a blatant lie. The room was never changed.

- Brian (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - A little bit out of the Centre, but close to the monestary and castle. Well connected tram stop outside. Our room was comfortable and spacious. It was a good breakfast with a subtly changing range of items.
- Aleks (6/5): Overall ok, bring flipflops - The hotel itself is very good, you can see that this hotel was top in the past, but I cannot but emphasize the carpet which is yellow now, and before was light blue (you can see that in the corners of the room). If they would change it to the ceramic tiles, it would get rid of the stale smell of the room, and the hotel would be perfect.

- Akanksha (10/5): - The location of this property is very suitable since it's walkable distance from the Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral and other attractions in that area. You can get Tram No 22 just from front of the hotel which is the most scenic tram route and connects to the old area. The room was nice and clean with all amenities. The breakfast spread was limited but the food was good.
- KAREN (10/5): Great location for relaxing stay. - This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring Prague. The room we had, had been freshly upgraded to a high standard and the balcony was spacious. The variety on offer for breakfast was a vast and it was a great way to start the day. The staff in the morning were always cheerful and friendly. The tram stop out side was very convenient. We used the 22 and 23 to get back to the hotel instead of walking up the hill. - Jill (10/5): - I loved the location of this hotel for my visit to Prague. It was right next to a tram stop. I was able to be in the city center in about 15 minutes. I could also walk in about an hour at a leisurely pace. It was close to many restaurants, bakeries, gelato, etc. the staff was attentive and kind. I enjoyed my stay very much.

- ELIZALDE LOMBOY (6/5): - The area of the hotel was very convenient. The toilet sink however was not cleaned properly as there was few hair on it. I ate at night and intentionally left few crumbs on my bed table, went out the next day, my room was cleaned but the crumbs were still there and the sink was still not cleaned properly. I booked a double bed, single occupancy but I’m not sure why they put two single duvets in the bed instead of double sized duvet.

Bar was ridiculously expensive with poor service. Absolutely no evening dinning and no Very poor and not value for money.

After 2 days I had enough. When I checked out the person at reception told me they knew about the issue and could bring a fan to the room! Too little too late

We have tried a couple of restaurants near the hotels. The foods were tasty and services were good. The prices were reasonable. They were good value.

But beware you’ll be paying for EVERYTHING. No complimentary water on arrival, no water in the lobby, ice upon request...if you're lucky. I also didn't appreciate the poor communication and retraction of services provided. But I won't get into it...lesson learned.

Not too far from the airport, and about 10 mins from Prague Castle. Tram stations right outside the hotel was also handy. 2 things I wasn't too keen on. (1) The shower bath had no shower divider of curtain so, when you had a shower, water ended up all on the floor. Had to clean that daily. (2) This isn't specific to this hotel as, I have experienced it at other hotels I have stayed at in Prague. I don't quite understand why the blankets or (duvets as we call them in the UK) are half. So rather than have 1 big blanket for a queen bed, you have 2 and so you end up having to use both which isn't really comfortable. After from that, nice hotel and would recommend.

The hotel itself is immaculate, luxurious and classy. The staff honestly couldn't be more helpful and went out of their way to assist, advise and were so friendly. There was a huge selection of fresh and well presented food at breakfast, including champagne over the New Year period! The Library restaurant was superb. A really romantic setting with a real log fire. Rooms very plush, full of added extras. Spa waa clean and modern with a Jacuzzi and 2 saunas and you could book treatments if you desired. Loved our stay there and will def return in the summer. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there, including Petra in the breakfast restaurant!

- Angela (4/5): - I must stress Prague's beautiful and well worth a visit. when we arrived at the savoy, we expected the same service you would get at one of its London counterparts, this was not the case, no offer of taking our baggage to our room, rooms are dated, and need some maintenance, the paint was peeling in the bathroom etc the room also had a funny smell. the hair dryer wouldn't dry your hair if you had a skin head let alone long hair, room service was slow and very over priced, £20.00 for a burger. the location whilst quiet and near the castle wasn't the greatest it you wanted to access the old town which is where most things are located. the view was like a building site from all windows, only plus was the new jacuzzi and sauna was rather nice. all in all quite dissapointing
