- Nikostz (6/5): Not satisfied for what you pay - We stayed at the Marriott Maida Vale for one night and unfortunately left quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the Marriott name and the price point, which led us to expect a more luxurious standard. The room itself did not feel properly maintained. The bedroom floor had visible stains and felt dirty enough that we were uncomfortable walking barefoot, yet no slippers were provided. The pillows were also extremely lumpy, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep well. The bathroom had several issues too. The shower leaked badly from the side, leaving the floor soaked after use. Water pressure was poor, and the temperature fluctuated constantly between very hot and cold. While there were L’Occitane toiletries provided, the body lotion bottle had clearly already been used and was nearly empty, which felt unhygienic and careless. Surprisingly, there was also no toilet brush in the bathroom. We also had issues connecting to the WiFi, as the login details did not match the booker’s name, meaning we were unable to access it during our stay. The service overall felt lacking. On arrival, the receptionist was not particularly helpful when we asked about massage availability at the spa. I eventually had to insist that she calls the spa directly, only to find out there was no way availability could be provided over the phone and that we had to walk there ourselves anyway, so we were effectively not really taken care of. During check out we wanted to address our complaints in person, but the lobby was full of people checking in, while only one member of staff was behind the desk. In addition, Carluccio’s diner was fairly underwhelming and did not meet expectations. Definitely not value for money and I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, the experience felt far below what we associate with Marriott.

De reserverar pengar för boendet vilket inte är släppt nu 2 v efter… Inte städat så bra. Hyllorna var dammiga. Vi hittade en tidigare gästs strumpor bakom sängen. Poolen ligger i huset bredvid och är ganska fin men omklädningsrummen är rent utsagt äckliga.

- Mathieu (8/5): Top pour découvrir Londres ! - L’emplacement à proximité de la gare. Hôtel propre. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. Le petit déjeuner est perfectible.
- Kleber (8/5): Estadia excelente, conveniente e agradável! - Gostamos muito do restaurante e da sua equipe! Comemos bem nos jantares! Equipe atenciosa e cordial. Os quartos conectados para família foram muito convenientes e agradáveis! O hotel tem boa lavanderia próxima com ótimo custo benefício, e próximo de pontos de várias linhas de ônibus, linhas de trem e metro. Teve apenas o inconveniente de cobrança parcial durante a minha estadia, o que foi muito chato, mas o restante foi ótimo. Tínhamos a garantia, e queriam que fizéssemos nova garantia, o que não foi claro frente o que já tínhamos feito.
- Barbara (9/5): Nagyon kellemes szálláshely, tömegközlekedés nem rossz, de nem központi. - Rendkívül bőséges reggeli választék, nagyon készséges személyzet. Lehetett volna nagyobb a szoba, illetve jelezni kellett, hogy 4 főre pótoljanak mindent a szobából, de nem volt ezzel sem gond.

- delphine (7/5): Hôtel correct - Le petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix, rapport qualité prix , proche métro Le quartier très sale mais proche métro pratique ! hôtes pas très souriant c'est dommage, ils manquent quelques patères dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir suspendre des serviettes, les joints du pare douche moisis, oreillers à plumes pas simple quand on est allergique le double lit en 140 cm juste pour un couple.

El personal muy amable y el desayuno sin grandes lujos pero correcto, e incluso personal dedicado a hacer tortillas y huevos fritos en el momento. El aire acondicionado perfecto. Destacar la amabilidad de Isabel que fue la chica que nos atendió en el check in y en el check out. Nada que no nos gustase.

A localização não era perfeita para quem está a visitar Londres, mas tem vários autocarrros à porta e uma estação de metro a 10 minutos de distância. A equipa foi toda muito prestável e amável. É uma boa relação qualidade preço, pois todos os hoteis de qualidade comparável mais perto do centro ficavam a quase o dobro do preço Gostámos de tudo

- Paul (9/5): Super place with stunning breakfast staff - The hotel is well placed oin Maida Vale, near Kilburn. It is very comfortable with superb staff. The breakfast is excellent but the abolute highlight is the omelette bar. The chef and assistants there are out of this world.

I’ll stay again. Impressed by how quiet it was despite being the location. Hallway / Corridor a little tired. Some lifts not working. No fresh coffee (only machine) at breakfast.

Lifts were out of order and stairs were not made easily available, going to parking was really a challenge and we paid same expensive parking fee. My son would live if they offered made-to-order crepe or pancakes but only factory-made usual pancakes were served.

The pool was around the corner and part of another health facility. We were asked to leave the pool on both days due to booked classes. There were also no beach chairs / lounges as advertised
