Decent gym and coolers with hot/cold/sparkling water on all floors. Valet parking is somewhat expensive. Not the hotel’s fault, but even though my room was on the 10th floor, the noise from the outside was very loud in the evening while the city was being cleaned. The toilet 🚽 in my room was dirty, not a pleasant experience for $330/night.

Das Frühstück, wie schon beschrieben ist eigentlich immer das Selbe. Aber ich denke einmal das der typische Amerikaner kein Frühstücker ist.

The air conditioning in the first room wasn't the best- but when we were moved due to an over exuberant family of a graduating senior- the air conditioning in the new room was perfect. - Morgan (7/5): Good overall sta - Overall was a good stay at the Muse, third time in New York and was the most expensive hotel we have booked. You get nothing different here compared to other cheaper alternatives. However room was always clean and there was one friendly member of staff (man on reception) who was the only one who would speak. Damaged property, during our two week stay I had two damaged iPhone chargers when addressing with the staff the manager suggested I go buy a new one and get it reimbursed, being from the uk I couldn’t find any within my area. I was told I could resolve once home, it’s now been two weeks and I’m still yet to receive a response from the muse. Our first night we had no sleep due to noise, shouting cars, bins ( all outside of the hotel ) I went down early the following morning and was told I should have requested a ‘quite room’ (first I’ve heard of this). However after being told to bring all of our stuff back down we were given a different room at the back which was quite.

Little Opus is very inconsistent. Impossible to determine when they’re open and what they might be serving. No remote control in our room. Phone did not dial the front desk or any department. Apparently there was supposed to be a sign telling us that but there wasn’t. Way too close to Times Square.

Come on!! - Breakfast is an insult for the guests ❗small window and you're allowed pick 3 items including coffee☹️ No fresh ingredients, no yellow cheese, just hard boiled eggs, yogurt & mussley, packed sliced fruits.. very insulting. Also - no Laundry service at the Hotel. You need to walk 10 minutes to the closest laundry, carrying it🤪. Definitely not a hotel for foreign tourists for long stay. Other than that, rooms are BIG and very comfortable!! Poor not fresh Breakfast. No laundry service.

The location is unbeatable, and although the street is very lively and noisy, you can still rest perfectly. You can’t hear any noise from the room, and the beds are among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I would also like to highlight the kindness of the staff. They are always available to help with any issue. If you need anything (an electric kettle, extra towels, etc.), they bring it to your room very quickly. I needed a late check-out because my flight leaves very late, and they truly did their best to accommodate us. Excellent value for money. I hope to come back next year! Nothing

The first room was noisy and had an unpleasant smell, and although I requested a change, the hotel didn’t move me until the next day. The second room was quieter, but the hair dryer was sticky and needed to be wrapped in a towel to use. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the cost. - Feverboy73 (8/5): Great hotel! - This is a nice hotel very central to times square. The hotel is nice and clean with air conditioning in each room. There is a water dispenser and ice on every other floor which is a bonus. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which is disappointing. There is a bar/café onsite but it was quite expensive. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. We had stayed here previously when it was a kimpton hotel.

- Roland (8/5): It's okay - The hotel is close to Times Square. There are a few restaurants in the same street and a convenience store (Abbondanza Cafe) for your snacks and drinks. Friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms are ok. Right in the middle between 6th and 7th Ave you have more than enough choices for transport, shops and food. If you have a room on the streetside then be prepared for noise at night. And the view is not really exciting but hey this is a bedroom. Bus and subway stops are about 5 minutes away. Not unlike some other hotels where the stations are right below the entrance.
- Angela (10/5): Plenty of room and great service near Times Square! - Staff was wonderful - shout out to Tony, who checked us in in the early morning hours! We were always greeted when we left and arrived. Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 3 people. It was so quiet, unbelievable to be so close to Times Square and not hear a thing from inside or outside the hotel. Went to Little Opus for breakfast- breakfast sandwiches were large and delicious, great deal for the cost! They add a 20% automatic gratuity onto food/beverage orders in the Little Opus restaurant. The only place it says this is in very tiny writing on the menus (if you even looked at the menu). Tipped as we usually do. Found out after getting the receipt and noticed the bill was extremely high. The manager was kind enough to refund us and make things right. Customers should be made more aware of this when paying at the kiosk.

- Samuel (4/5): Very challenging stay. - The location is great if you want to be around Times Square, Bryant Park and a few of the top attractions in New Yerk and not have to take the subway. Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. A lot. I travel a good part of the year and often stay in 30+ hotels and homes. We arrived at 1 am after a 6 hour flight. Immediately on entering the room we noticed loud noses coming from a construction site. We also noticed the windows didn't seem to block the noise and it sounded like we were almost outside. We asked to be switched to another room and were downgreded to a lower unit but at least it was quiet. The person said we could ask for another room on the other side of the building which would be quiet at night and of the same class we booked in the morning but we would have to leave our luggage at the front and pick it up in the afternoon. We came back in the afternoon and were assigned a room but noticed it was still close to the same side as our original room. That night I didn't get much sleep from the noise. I had requested another room but was told they were all full. The next morning I noticed someone different was working and asked if they could put us on the quiet side of the building. She said she could but we would have to get our luggage and leave it at the front desk which we did. The final room for the last two nights was quiet because it was against another building so even though we didn't have any kind of view, it was quiet. The building is very old and some things like having a barthroom fan or better sound insulation have to be lived with. The staff was friendly but the room situation really made the stay difficult. I manage vacation rentals and would never put someone in a place that loud at night. The air conditioning or heating fan is very loud so we turned it off which meant we just didn't get air in the room. I would suggest bringing very good ear plugs if you stay here. When we left I left some shoes in the room. We put our luggage at the front for 1.5 hours and the cleaner didn't notify the front desk that there were shoes left behind and also when I emailed I few hours later I didn't get a response.

Gdy przyjechałam do hotelu łóżeczka nie było w dodatku musiałam 2 razy schodzić na recepcję dopytać czy na pewno ktoś z nim już do nas idzie. Podróż była z malutkim dzieckiem a zameldowanie w nocy dlatego te opóźnienie było dla nas bardzo nie wygodne.

- Adam_L12 (9/5): Excellent stay with lovely staff at a very convenient location. - The staff were amazing, so easy to work with and arrange everything we needed. The room is extremely spacious and honestly can actually use the space even more/better. TV Channels selection was also great. Having water refill on every other floor is a huge plus. On top of all this, clearly - location is magnificent. We booked for 3 people and the sofa bed could have been made upon our arrival instead of us chasing it. The sofa bed itself is quite squeaky and not something overly comfortable to sleep on. But this are just small things.

- Nicole (8/5): - The rooftop room was wonderful! Loved the view and the ability to sit outside Our entire stay there we're issues with the elevators, had to take the stairs quite a bit.... we were on the 12th and 15th floor, there was a work around but very inconvenient and long wait times.

- mou5e (10/5): Pleasant and well-located - Great location, excellent staff, pleasant room. We had a free cocktail on our first night here, which was greatly appreciated. There was a small live band playing, lovely atmosphere, and the bartender was friendly and professional. Definitely a good choice.

- FREDERIQUE (9/5): excellent choix pour; emplacement et la qualité du couchage, très calme - excellent emplacement en plein Time Square sans les inconvenants du bruit ! idéal avec des ados qui ont pu gérer leurs déplacements seuls, vraiment bien situé la chambre double est vraiment spacieuse le personnel est agréable un détail mais l'éclairage de la salle de bain pour les filles qui souhaitent se maquiller, on n'y voit rien ! Ce n'est pas une question de vision, 20 an ou 50 ans on pense la même chose
