- Cullens (9/5): We were celebrating a couple of birthdays and we were made to feel very welcome and special. - The choice at breakfast was vey good and it was delicious. Service was very prompt and friendly. Charlie's restaurant was being refurbished so was not available for breakfast or Sunday lunch which we had to cancel. Thatw as disappointing

- Louise (10/5): Amazing! - We stayed at the hotel as a treat for a family birthday. The hotel was fantastic from pre arrival contact to checking out.Staff were attentive and the small cake in the room was a wonderful touch for my brother in law’s birthday..Housekeeping made sure our rooms were spotless with thoughtful finishing touches for comfort. The hotel was extremely busy as you would expect in the run up to Christmas but staff were professional, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. A wonderful stay celebrating a special occasion.The stunning Christmas decorations really put us in the Christmas mood. Lots of wonderful memories from the stay.

- Junko (10/5): I can’t think of staying at any other place when we are in London - It really was a perfect place to enjoy a two nights stay in London. Close to the Buckingham Palace and key areas, but facing a not so busy street. The staff was truly amazing and we were very well taken care of, including’Mum who needs a wheelchair to get to one place to the next. Our special thanks is goes to Giui.
- LEONIE (10/5): A perfect few days to cemebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary - and within walking distance of the Il Vicolo Italiian r - Room was quiet and luxurious, all the staff were charming and went out if their way to hrlp. Breakfast was delicious, especially the super fresh berries Coffee delicious too Nothing!

The staff so kind and accommodating, this should be an example to Marriott, Four Seasons etc as to how a guest should be treated. I will be back, and only wish this were a hotel located in many destinations as it’s the best!

- Paul (10/5): - Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.

- Susan (10/5): Brown's Remains a Favorite - This was my second stay at Brown’s, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly—"no" is simply not in their vocabulary. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle on my first day in London. The concierge was incredibly helpful, recommending a treatment facility and even calling Princess Grace Hospital to ensure I could be seen promptly. Additionally, they thoughtfully assigned us a room near the elevator to minimize the number of steps I had to take. Despite my injury, I still thoroughly enjoyed London—it may have just slowed my pace a bit! I love staying at a small hotel where the staff knows your name and remembers your preferences. Brown’s remains my top choice in London!

- Francis (10/5): Exceptional - The room was lovely the staff were engaging and interested in you. The doormen were first class We had breakfast on the Sunday morning. We got entirely the wrong order and when a second coffee was asked for we had to ask again as clearly message not delivered to kitchen. This did not spoil things and the correct breakfasts were delivered.

- Lucas (10/5): Most pleasant stay, will come again - Kindness and professionalism of the personnel. Cleanliness of the premises and the room. The drinks and the food were excellent. Breakfast served at the table and of perfect quality. Our bed requirements were all fulfilled on our arrival, without having to make any reminder. Very limited number of TV channels and remote control slow. Not enough space for toilet requisites and only one basin for two guests.

- Chris (10/5): Perfect hotel in the perfect location for enjoying Mayfair and St James - We travelled to London to celebrate a special occasion and we needed somewhere special to reflect this. Browns was absolutely perfect, from the moment we arrived till we jumped in the cab to Liverpool St Station. A wonderful treat and our stay could not have gone better. The staff and the hotel all excellent to mention anything else would be nitpicking and small minded!!!

It is in a different category to Salthouse Hotel in Northern Ireland where I recently stayed but smaller hotels could really learn from Browns
