До Испанской лестницы можно не спеша дойти минут за 20. Прямо рядом есть отличный ресторан Ristorante Calliope и место, где продают потрясающее мороженое ручной работы — обязательно попробуйте. Сами номера просторные, места много, но чувствуется, что они уже немного «уставшие» и просят обновления. Завтраки без особых излишеств, шведский стол довольно простой, но всё самое необходимое, чтобы нормально перекусить с утра, есть. Но главное достоинство этого места — персонал. Изначально мы забронировали семейный номер на 2 ночи, но из-за проблем с перелетом пришлось позже докупать еще одну. В наличии на эту дату оставались только «люксы». И тут отель пошел нам навстречу: чтобы нам не пришлось собирать вещи и переезжать из номера в номер посреди отдыха, нам просто улучшили категорию до «люкса» на все три ночи! Отдельное огромное спасибо работнице ресепшена Любе! Очень отзывчивая девушка. Все наши просьбы выполнялись просто моментально: понадобились бокалы в номер, новый халат, дополнительное одеяло — всё организовали без проблем. Кроме того, Люба дала нам кучу полезных советов и классных наводок по ресторанам, экскурсиям и даже подсказала, куда лучше сходить на шопинг.

Maxim (9/5): Хорошее проживание в самом центре - Приветливый персонал, местоположения, комфортно спать. Мы приехали рано и комната была не готова, оставили чемоданны и пошли гулять а когда вернулись забрали ключи и чемоданы нас ждали в комнате что было приятно. Завтрак - были высокие ожидания так как завтрак получил приз 2025, на самом деле ничего особенного, не все блюда были вкусные. В ванной комнате мерцала лампочка что раздражала и так ее не поменяли. Помпа в диспансере мыла не работало и пришлось пользоваться шампуням. Душ был с джакузи и джакузи тоже не работал. Но если не притереться в общем было все хорошо поэтому даю относительно высокую оценку

Gordana (8/5): Boravak u hotelu je bio izuzetno ugodan. - Doručak je bio vrlo dobar i raznovrstan. Lokacija je isto vrlo dobra jer je u blizini metroa, a i na pješačkoj udaljenosti od nekih glavnih atrakcija u Rimu. Atrij hotela je vrlo ugodan za opuštanje! Slastičarnica odmah iza ugla s odličnim sladoledom i izuzetno ljubaznim osobljem. Sobni namještaj je nešto stariji s manjim oštećenjima, dok su kupaonice uredne i čiste ali bi bilo potrebno zamijeniti tuševe i tuš kabine novima.

Fatto il check in ho chiesto all’operatore di addebitare sulla mia camera anche tutte le tasse di soggiorno di altre cinque camere prenotate e pagate per miei ospiti ma al check out alcuni ospiti si sono visti chiedere le relative tasse di soggiorno e le hanno pagate loro. Per una camera per la quale ci siamo accorti che non fosse compresa la colazione e che ho pagato il primo giorno di persona, abbiamo poi provveduto alla sera stessa a pagarla anche per il giorno dopo, onde evitare difficoltà per quegli ospiti ma di nuovo al mattino dopo è stato chiesto il pagamento a quegli ospiti che si sono molto seccati del disguido. Ho chiesto di segnalare il disservizio al direttore di hotel.

Robert (7/5): A lovely and convenient hotel for our 5 day trip to Rome - It was near enough the the train station and the Trevi fountain. The staff were friendly. Big bed. Big bathroom. Noisy location. Deliveries through the night. We were on the top floor and so could hear chairs being moved and tidied from the roof top bar.

Milena (10/5): Friendly stuffs, clean room & tasty food = great hotel. I would recommend, I would come back. - Hosts were very warm and friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. Towels were changed every day, and the minibar, tea, and coffee were replenished daily. The location is good, in a quieter part of the city without too many tourists. We were able to walk everywhere (the Vatican was the only place a bit farther away). Dinner in the hotel garden was delicious, with special attention from the waiter who served us—he told us about the unique olive oil and prosciutto they offer. The restaurant’s ambiance is beautiful and cozy, with a fountain whose sound is very calming. Also, there are several very good restaurants near the hotel. The only complaint is about the pillows—they were a bit uncomfortable.

Crystal (10/5): - Very clean room, although the shower was quite small the water pressure was amazing! I really enjoyed our room and stay. The location is about ~15 min walk to the Trevi Fountain but it’s nearby a bus stop that takes you everywhere throughout the city.

The food is very bad, its simply easier to go out and pay few euros and eat something good. The room had no working AC so a day was simply not a time to be inside and nights were so difficult to sleep.

KONSTANTINOS (10/5): EXCELLENT HOTEL ACCOMODATION - Great location in a quiet street and elegant neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean. It is notably how friendly and helpful was the staff. Especially I have to mention Ms Aurelia for the interest she showd to my problem (I forgot my wallet in the taxi returnung to the hotel) and how professionally she dealt with it. I have to thank her once more !! The paper cups in the room.

Carl (8/5): - Läget var perfekt för oss, inte långt att gå för att ta buss eller tunnelbana. Många resturanger i närområdet. Personalen alltid trevlig och hjälpsam, ett exempel är att vi bokat singel rum till min pappa och bad om ett rum med bara dusch utan badkar då hans har lite problem med foten och det fixade dem direkt.
Seebees (10/5): Provided rates remain competitive, happy to commend this hotel to others - As a family, 5 of us { adults} stayed here for the 2026 Six Nations rugby weekend. We were not the only Scots who’d chosen this hotel - you could have draped a Scottish saltire outside the hotel, there were that many Scottish visitors! Because of the number of overseas guests in Rome that weekend, hotel prices in general were higher than usual. However, frankly, we heard nothing but praise, compliments and good cheer from fellow Scots. Location is handy to walk to/from Termini, but equally accessible on foot or via Metro to Trevi, Ponte and Prati plus many other areas. Lots of decent coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy radius. Cost of rooms was in line with if not better value than most other hotels of similar grade when you include the well-served and decent breakfast option. Rooms were of an entirely acceptable standard. Noting it was winter and Rome was enduring some heavy Scottish weather that weekend, the aircon seemed a tad confusing for us. But, this was swiftly explained and reset by helpful housekeeping staff. Reviewers who expect a brand, spanking new hotel with multiple amenities at these rates live in cloud-cuckoo-land! This is a pragmatic and practical place one can choose to stay. Finally, a brief shout-out to Reception staff - esp. Tania - who were not only efficient but also willing to be tremendously helpful. All in all, provided rates remain competitive, happy to commend this hotel to other visitors.

Kahvaltısı çok iyidi, her şey taze ve temizdi. Çeşit açısından da çok iyi bir kahvaltıydı. Güler yüzlü personel ve iyi bir Wi‑Fi bağlantısı vardı. Tekrar geldiğimde yine bu otelde kalırım.
SULEYMAN (3/5): Konum dışında hiç bir avantajı olmayan bir otel. Önermiyorum. - Konumu iyi. Kahvaltı iade eder ama zeytin bile verilmemesi tuhaf. Yıldızı olmayan yerde bile zeytin çeşitleri hatta Parmesan peynir veriyorlar. Burası hem pahalı hem 4 yıldız kahvaltı ehh… Otel çok eski olabilir ki normal ama odaların içi çok eski ve ve bakımsız. Yatak ve yastıklar hiç konforlu değil. Klima sıcak hava vermiyor. 3 gece boyunca eşim ve çocuklar üşüdük. Dışardan pencere kapalıyken bile çok ses geliyor. Otelde konaklamaya başladıktan sonra alerjim tetiklendi. Hala geniz akımtım var. Öksürüyorum.

As a foodie, I absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet - the whole selection was great and delicious. I think the pillows in the room and the bedding could be a bit of higher quality, but other than that, everything is mostly good.

Taxi Service .. Freundlichkeit .. zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit..
