- Sven (9/5): Tolle Base für einen Paris Kurztrip! - Für mich ist die Lage in der zweiten Reihe zum Champs-Elysée perfekt! einige Attraktionen sind in fußläufiger Entfernung und man kann trotzdem in den französischen Charme eintauchen, indem man auch Restaurants besucht, die hauptsächlich von Einheimischen genutzt werden! Die METRO Station Franklin D. Roosevelt ist auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt! Auch das reichhaltige Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen!

- Oktay Atagil (5/5): Some parts of the otel doesnt seems like 4star! - The breakfast and the location is good The bed offered at the hotel is definitely not a king-size bed; it is two separate beds joined together and fixed in place. This is clearly a misleading statement. Additionally, although there is an elevator in the building, there is no access to the floor where our room is located. With suitcases, we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. We were forced to climb three floors, first by taking an elevator and then by ascending one more floor using a narrow and non-standard staircase. This situation is unacceptable. The room provided was converted from an attic space, is uncomfortable, and does not meet any standards of a 4-star hotel. There is a significant discrepancy between the photos and the description; this is clearly misleading the customer. The location may be good, but this absolutely does not justify the poor standards and high price offered. The 4-star rating does not reflect reality. We had to stay for 3 nights, but this experience is absolutely unacceptable. The booking platforms must urgently inspect this facility and especially these types of rooms. Otherwise, customers will continue to be systematically misled.

- Angel (9/5): Muy buen hotel con gran personal - Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de París al lado de los Campos Eliseos. El hotel está muy bien pero lo que ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido especial ha sido todo el personal (mención especial para Constanza). Después de la primera noche avisamos de una pequeña incomodidad en la habitación y, sin pedirlo, nos cambiaron a otra para que nos sintiéramos más cómodos (como así fue). Mostraron interés por nuestra estancia en todo momento, nos aconsejaron muy bien y resolvieron con eficacia cualquier posible incidencia. Si volvemos a París repetiremos allí. No había servicio de restauración salvo desayuno (muy rico por cierto).....pero aseguran que se trata de algo temporal.

- Luciana Cristina (3/5): Decepcionante. - Não é o que vende no Booking. Para o que entrega nunca é um hotel 4estrelas e o valor cobrado. A cama péssima de espuma, ao se mexer ela mexia junto por ser leve demais. Tinha que pegar um elevador depois descer e subir escada super apertada, com as malas. os tapetes eram sujos, o banheiro minúsculo e a água escorria fora do Box por não ter isolamento. Não tem isolamento, então ou em cima ou do lado alguém usa água a gente fica ouvindo isso. Decepcionante pelo valor cobrado e hotel péssimo. Não sou de ficar reclamando. Mas me achei enganada com o que vi no booking e o que foi entregue.
- Nathanson (5/5): Noisiest hotel of my life. - Staff was nice. Good water pressure in the showers. It was incredibly loud. There is a nightclub across the street and several in the area. The clubs close at 4 and 5a. At that time, the parties pour out into the streets. There’s party noise from 8p-7a. If you like sleeping during these hours, don’t stay at this hotel.

- Jurian (10/5): Gezellig lang weekend weg - we hadden een kamer op de hoek van het hotel en hadden uitzicht over de gezellige straatjes. De ligging was echt heel centraal. We hebben Parijs lopend en op de fiets goed kunnen ontdekken. Ons viel niets tegen.

Nos hicieron sentir realmente especiales, nos dieron una habitación excelente y tuvieron muchísimos detalles por nuestra preboda, lo cual hizo todo aún más memorable. La ubicación y las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano. Queremos destacar especialmente a Karim, Víctor y Jairo, que estuvieron atentos en todo momento y se ocuparon de que la pasáramos perfecto durante toda la estadía. Sin dudas, volveríamos por la calidad y calidez del servicio. Nada. Todo fue excelente
