Helge (2/5): Noe oppskrytt hotell - Ok beliggenhet, greit hotell. Lavere standard og service enn det man får inntrykk av gjennom bilder, tekst og kommunikasjon. Velkomst-epost før ankomst er veldig, veldig imøtekommende og servicevennlig, nesten for store ord (vi er her BARE for deg og du må BARE spørre om hva som helst og vi skal gjøre ALT for at du skal få et perfekt opphold osv bla bla), men realitetene er noe helt annet, personalet er ganske likegyldige.

Ana (8/5): - L'emplacement est super, on peux tout faire a pied. Les commerces et boutiques et restaurant sont tous 3, 4 min a pieds. Tout prés du Domes. Monsieur au bar et les Dames du service très aimable. La réceptionniste, pas trés souriante, j'ai demandé si elle parlait français à dis de suite non, mais elle s'est même pas donner la peine de nous donner des informations du fonctionnement de l'hôtel, heure du déjeuner, l'étage de la chambre.... pas trés agréable.

أحمد (1/5): Keep away from the hotel my advice - Nothing I was stolen in the hotel and reported it to the police station more than 800 euros and 1000 usd in cash we're taken from my luggage and we report it to the recipient which we're not helpful and started defending their staff and not bothering looking at their camera who entered the room and who didn't. Unprofessional and improper behavior from the hotel

Deborah (7/5): Great location but tired hotel needs refurbishing for the price we paid . - Location, room size , having a bath as well as a shower , breakfast we’re good Only one lift working on out stay , the one that did work sounded like it was about to break . Lift mended on last day but not working for 3 days. Internet was unusable most of the time which really affected our planning and research for where to go and booking restaurants . The Aircon didn’t work , the first night in particular was dreadful we got no sleep ,the balcony window had a sign saying broken . I asked at reception for a fan and got a blunt no. At night the entrance to the hotel was surrounded by homeless people and tents . Very scary one night getting into hotel.

Фен какой-то удивительно древней конструкции. Окна комнаты выходили во двор. В пять утра забирали мусор. Было шумновато.

Corrado (9/5): Centralissimo - Ottima posizione a due passi dal Duomo. La camera era spaziosa e comoda anche se l'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto. Colazione eccellente con buona selezione sia dolce che salata. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota negativa è stato il riscaldamento troppo forte che non siamo riusciti ad abbassare.

Lyndsey (7/5): All about the location - Ideal location for walking to Milan's sites, the airport train, cafes, shops nearby; the room was a decent size and quiet; aircon worked well and wasn't noisy; blackout shutters, slippers, bottled water, toiletries, fridge; the breakfast buffet was ok, same food every day, but good bread loaves and a toaster would have been better than poorly pre-toasted sliced white bread. The restaurant staff were friendly, reception less so. The mattress was horrible: so uncomfortable (hard and with a big dip in it) that I woke with back ache the first night. I ended up flipping the mattress and also sleeping on top of a blanket and the duvet. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The wallpaper, furniture and carpet had all seen better days. There was no kettle or room safe. The bathroom was in better condition but the old wall mounted hairdryer needed replacing and the shower was hard to operate. One day of my stay the hotel wifi seemed to be down most of the day. I didn't realise my stay coincided with Milan Design Week which may have explained how expensive the room rate was.

Единственное- нет ни посуды, ни чайника. Завтраки великолепные! Есть комната для хранения багажа, это тоже важно и очень нужно. С персоналом общались на английском. Однозначно рекомендую отель!
