Caroline (6/5): Great location but not worth the money - The location is fantastic, right next to the London Coliseum and very easy to get to as it’s so central and in the heart of Covent Garden. The bed and pillows were probably the comfiest I’ve had in a long time. A few things, which I did raise at reception when checking out, the tv wasn’t working upon check-in, this was quickly resolved after calling reception but the tv signal kept dropping out, it wasn’t a smart tv and the guide didn’t work. The lock on the toilet door was broken and there was no shower gel. You also didn’t have the option to open the blinds, which meant no natural light. These things may seem small but I have stayed in many other hotels in London for half the price and better standards, for what you are paying for these rooms, the maintenance and standard should be extremely high, I was underwhelmed and disappointed.

One of the best showers I have had anywhere. The simplicity and effectiveness of the shower hardware is great along with the hot water and thirsty linens provide for a complete reviving experience. Nothing that I could say.

79023bcf6ff67183abe55d8a070550c7 (6/5): Good location. I wouldnt consider it a 5* - Staff Location Clean Thin walls- our neighbor had parties 2x in the night. At 3am!!! We couldnt sleep properly. It was disappointing. We also could hear everything they were saying. I have never experienced this before at a hotel. We upgraded to a “garden room” and the door wouldn’t lock. Then they moved us to another room with garden and it also didnt lock. So we were moved into a standard room. The gym lock didnt work either. So we couldnt get in. The blinds on the windows were either broken or missing the handle to shut. Needs som repairing.

bd469598808e73917a7241ab5f8ba9e1 (8/5): Good location for us., greeted by nice smiling staff, rooms clean and bright and quite. - booked 2 rooms, requested if possible we could be near each other. We was accommodated nicely with rooms 230/231. overall very nice room, bright, clean. Room 230 - thank you for having a decent hair dryer and for having the plug next to the lovely large mirror, complementary water is a plus! Room 231 all good. Perfect for one night stay. Breakfast good. Thank you. Room 230 The curtains didn't close properly, curtain hooks stuck, I didn't want to tug and them to much. I couldn't work out how to close the blinds :) silly me. Room 231 all good

Carmine (10/5): Consigliato! - Posizione centralissima, vicino alla fermata della metro Leicester Square. Albergo nuovo nella struttura e di design, anche se minimalista. Staff cordiale e professionale. Camera pulitissima ogni giorno, con ottimo spazio vivibile e piena di amenities da vero 5 stelle. Colazione ottima e abbondante per quantità e varietà (unica pecca non c'è la Nutella o una cioccolata spalmabile, come mai?!?) Consigliatissimo! Illiminazione serale/notturna non eccezionale
