- karen (7/5): 2 night stay to meet friends in Dublin - Room was beautifully decorated, wonderful curtain fabrics and art. Bathroom great. Staff were all very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Room was quiet at night with window closed. Breakfast good and generous. The room was comfortable but very small. We booked a Joyce room which was not the smallest category. The photos of this room category on Booking.com are misleading. Apart from a small single wardrobe and minibar cabinet there was only room for a bed. No chair or desk. there was a cushion on the window seat but very low, the window draughty as single glazed and in full view of office workers opposite. We were there 2 nights, any longer would have been tricky. The price seemed expensive for such a small room, but Dublin does seem expensive. I don’t think I’d stay there again because of this.
- Jim (8/5): Overall top class. Expensive but very comfortable except for room location. - Everything, location excellent, breakfast excellent and Floritz restaurant was also amazing. Room 32 at the top of the house. No elevator.
- Niamh (8/5): Ideal location - Great location, just a stones throw to st Stephen’s green shopping centre/grafton street. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff and even helped to carry my luggage to the room. The window in the room was difficult to open

- Gillian (8/5): - Room was lovely and modern but with plenty of character. Hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly. Complimentary cookies were delicious Lighting was confusing at least 10 switches in a small room. cracks in the wall in bathroom where something was clearly removed from wall. Room was beside a loud air conditioner so there was a loud droning noise.
- Ruth (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - The property was smart and sumptuously decorated There was one peeling piece of wallpaper in our room but otherwise it was immaculate - both the communal areas and our room.

- marita (10/5): - Le style de l’hôtel est vraiment très romantique L’emplacement est parfaite. La propreté est impeccable. Il ne manque rien dans la chambre. Il a un fer et un table de repassage. Le sol dans la salle de bain est chauffé.
- Natalie (10/5): - This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was great. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooms and a lovely bar and reataurant. No lift, but i didn't mind taking the stairs. It was worth it!

- Hannah (9/5): Truly wonderful stay - gorgeous rooms and fabulous staff! - Fabulous staff, so friendly and helpful - you can tell they enjoy their jobs which is so refreshing. Wonderfully comfortable beds, beautifully decorated rooms, delicious smelling toiletries and even fresh cookies and a handwritten note waiting for us. Loved our stay, would recommend to anyone! If I really had to dig to find something, our room was a bit cool and we couldn't work out how to adjust the thermostat/air con - but I know the staff would have helped if we'd asked!

- Paula Ann (10/5): The space alone is just lovely, but the food, staff and location make this stay a 11/10. - Gorgeous, intimate property. Perfect location. I would not even try to look for another place to stay in Dublin. It was perfect.
- Grant (10/5): The best location in Dublin - Clean, great food and some of the best staff in Dublin. Nothing, everything was perfect. The elevator did not go to the top floors but the staff helped with luggage.

- Jenny (10/5): A wonderful weekend break in a great city - Great location opposite the park which was lovely to walk around and very close to the city centre and all the attractions. Beautifully decorated and maintained and lovely breakfasts. We didn’t try the restaurant or cellar bar for an evening meal but they both looked really nice and so would definitely try them if we came again. Nothing

- Linda (10/5): It was beautiful, quiet, cozy and clean with incredible hospitality from everyone that works there. - It was a beautiful hotel and everyone there was very friendly and would do anything to make our stay better, especially Christie and Edgar. Fantastic breakfast in the cozy pub downstairs. Very high end furnishings in the rooms. The bed incredibly comfortable. All super clean. The stairs are a lot, but we considered them our workout. Our room on the third floor was small but lovely and quiet. I would have loved to had shelves or drawers to put clothes away.

- Diane (9/5): 1 night stay in Jan - Room was quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was great.
Breakfast was lovely, nice to have a la carte breakfast rather than mass buffet food waste.
Location is unbeatable for shopping, dining and nightlife options. The reception/ hallways are sad and need of updating. As the 1st impression of the stay it is off putting

- Amy (9/5): Fantastic stay at The Townhouse - Gorgeous stay. Our room was fantastic - beautifully decorated, comfy big bed and great bathroom. Extremely clean. The service was excellent. Location is a short walking distance to the main attractions, shopping and restaurants. Single glazed windows in the bedroom meant a draft and noise coming in front the street which made it hard to sleep. Would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.
- Paddy (8/5): - Definitely the location great,
Lovely place to stay, Single glazed windows, room was cooler in morning and slightly noise from outside at night time, i.e., sirens but room was lovely,

- Leo (10/5): An excellent location in heart of Dublin with wonderful staff - We had a room only stay. The location and room were excellent. Matched what we booked. This was a Christmas treat so we knew we were paying extra for location and property. Breakfast was €20 extra per person if required. Nothing stood out as being not to like. Staff were very pleasant and room was excellent with views of St Stephens Green.
- Joyce (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Outstanding accommodation! - Can’t fault this property. Great location, a few minutes walk to the main area - Grafton Street. The staff are incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Stunning room and one of the best breakfasts of our trip. Highly recommend
