Every member of the staff — from reception to housekeeping, from the restaurant to the bar — demonstrated a level of warmth and expertise that is truly rare. My husband and I immediately felt at home. There is a refined yet intimate atmosphere that makes the experience both elegant and deeply comfortable. The culinary experience was outstanding: the food is of remarkable quality, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The cocktails, equally impressive, are crafted with great attention to detail and creativity. And then, the views… simply breathtaking. The terrace of our room and the restaurant both offer spectacular panoramas over the Gulf of Naples — the kind of views that leave you speechless and linger in your memory long after you leave. A truly unforgettable stay — we cannot wait to return.

Being welcomed by name with a hug and shown to our room by the concierge, made us again realize the sense of pride and ownership that is part of the entire Grand Hotel Parkers experience. The rooms combine a sense of style and comfort with eye popping views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. Our lunch was simply exceptional and beyond expectation. Delicious. The entire team from concierge to those helping with our luggage provides service with a smile and sincerity. Another five star L visit!!!!

- N9768WLerinb (10/5): Beautiful, refined hotel in Naples. - I stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's in a suite with my two kids (9 and 11). The hotel room was lovely and felt fresh and clean. Breakfast is on a terrace overlooking the city and the water. Breakfast was included in our room rate and started with a tower (pastries, yogurt, mini pizza, mozzarella) that was brought to the table and then we were able to order a la carte. I loved it and and really appreciated the gluten free options. My kids would have preferred a buffet but were still able to find great options that made them happy. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. We walked a lot in Naples but the hotel is up a hill and going most places involved steep staircases and windy roads which might not suit everyone.

Our room overlooked the sea and of course Mount Vesuvius which was stunning. Incredible staff, efficient, but friendly and approachable. Quality of food:- delicious!

- travelady88 (10/5): Extraordinary hotel - best address in Naples with roof top view and fantastic restaurant - Best hotel we stayed in for a long time. Fantastic service - thoughtful and friendly without being snobbish. Breakfast was included and cooked to order, great avocado toast and poached egg with salmon on toast. Each breadbasket comes with riccie and fiore sfogiatelle pastry and small bites of cakes. Room was thoughtfully designed with make up mirror, great lighting and menu for pillows. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend the 2 person menu for 137 euros including a tapas style of Naples street food but elevated and small portions and two pastas. Cocktail and wine recommendations were also great. Got several complimentary delicious small items from the chef . On our last day, I left a couple of items in the room by accident- hotel packed them up and sent it to our luggage in storage. Seamless delightful service . Worth every Euro ! Also a historic hotel ! Enjoyed the movie posters in the saloon.
- Q6226RUmiket (8/5): Beautiful setting with great views, but room for improvement in service and dining - The hotel is housed in a beautiful building and offers stunning views from both the rooms and the restaurant. Breakfast was very good and well assorted, and the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful in accommodating every request. There were, however, a few aspects that did not fully meet five-star expectations. The bathroom was not perfectly clean upon arrival, as there was hair left in the shower. When we arrived, no one was present at the entrance to assist with luggage, which was challenging as we were traveling with a baby, although the staff quickly stepped in and were very helpful once they realized guests had arrived. The restaurant, while set in an elegant environment, felt overpriced for the quality of the food served. The lasagna and vongole were average, and in a city like Naples where excellent cuisine is the norm similar dishes can easily be found elsewhere at a much better value.

The staff is excellent - especially Marco the Concierge! But the front desk team is also quite nice and very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and everyone is so very accommodating. The reason for the 4* review is the room itself. There were areas that needed a bit of paint. And the bathtub/shower is problematic as others have mentioned. It’s is very difficult to regulate the water temperature and the tub does not drain during a shower. Hard to imagine that this cannot be fixed. Still - it is easy to recommend this wonderful hotel as the issues are inconvenient but not enough to override the upsides of this property

We also found the restaurants on the floor to be of high quality. The room was cleaned thoroughly and on-time every day. - rrj (6/5): You may want to choose another 5 Star Hotel - This review is mostly negative for two reasons: A simple five minute shower would overflow the shower floor. You are left standing in a inch of water under slippery conditions. The carpeting showed staining throughout our bedroom: avoid Room Number 521, first room off the elevator. Next, the 5th floor hallway had water leaking down the walls in two areas, leaving water on the marble floor and stains on the walls. During our 5 night stay, nothing was done to correct the problem. The best part of the stay was the 6th floor breakfast. But after the 2 day, you realize that you don't need all that food and the Etagere of yogurt, fresh fruit, butter&honey, rolls&bread, and pizza, and 5 types of pastries. It is all too much. You have your choice of pillows, which again is over the top. The location is up and walking 'down' into the Centro Storico' will take over 30 minutes. The closest Metro is Piazza Amedo (Line 2) and about ten minutes away. If it had not been for a packaged deal from Delta Airlines, I would not pay the price of over $600.00 per night to stay here.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Marco & Vincenzo who helped us book trips to Pompeii, Ercolano and Mt Vesuvius and we always had a good time in their company. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive in the restaurant. Especially Teresa.

This is the best hotel to stay in Naples without a doubt! Everyone is so friendly and service oriented. The concierge Marco and Giovanni are amazing! Both are witty, lively and so helpful. We also dined at their restaurant George (amazing gastronomic treat) and had drinks at their amazing rooftop bar and bar lounge. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back!

- CBP65 (4/5): Disappointing compared to other hotels of this standing and the overall feeling of the city of Naples - The hotel offers splendid views over the bay of Naples. The concierge booked us a fantastic guide. The rooms are small and not well designed. The concierge, valet parking and housekeeping staff were efficient and kind. Bar staff was slow and ignored us. Room fridge was warm, it was needed for medication which was then taken to the restaurant. Very uncomfortable. We asked for the ice pack to be frozen and it got lost. When showing obvious distress we were shown no empathy from the receptionist who proceeded to present us with the bill so she could carry on with the next person checking in. Overall an upsetting experience in Naples where everyone else met us with kindness and generosity. The city is well worth a visit. We will not come back to this hotel.

The hotel seems like it was recently renovated and is located in a nice neighborhood. .The staff was very welcoming, The hotel is no more than 10 minute cab ride to all of the highlights of the city. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Naples. The views of the city and bay from the breakfast terrace are amazing!

- ashleydL7152AU (8/5): Fine hotel in a gritty city - Parkers has a welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel is well appointed and seems to be the best hotel in the city. The room was very sturdy and quiet with quality linens and a two floor suite. The location of the hotel was tough if you like to leave and walk around, as it’s the height of summer and Naples is brutal on the main roads with no shade during August. Not Parker’s fault that it’s in a location that feels unwelcoming. That said, the Chiara neighborhood is apparently very safe and upscale for the city. Net net this is likely the top hotel in Naples and I credit the staff with being nice and attentive,
- Charaka (10/5): Way nicer than you think... - When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! The service from every staff person was extraordinary👍 Prior to staying there, we asked if they could store an extra bag for us while we traveled to Greece. They did it gracefully, easily and at no charge. We arrived back from Greece at noon two days later prior to checkin time. No problem they said, and let us enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop terrace. It is a stunning view of the sea and yachts. They came and gently informed us that our room was ready. So many extras at this hotel that it’s hard to list them all. The last one was when we left at 4am for an early flight, they packed a delicious breakfast for us to enjoy on our flight. We loved the whole experience!

Just the right size property -- ample space but never feels crowded. The tower room felt like having our own little Villa. Mike at the pool is a gem, the bartenders are charming, and the piano bar is a little slice of old school charm. Spa treatments are wonderful, we booked on arrival without difficulty. Conchetta's massages are magical. Fantastic sleep, great bed and blissfully quiet. Hotel location is a great starting point for wanders around the island, and the taxi driver they scheduled for us for a day trip to Sant'Angelo was utterly delightful. We shall be back!

- travelingfam75 (10/5): Service was excellent aside from one staff member... - We were in Naples for one night prior to catching a flight the next morning and chose the Grand Hotel Parker's based upon the reviews for service, terrace views and the restaurant reviews. We were initially placed in a room that was apparently below the restaurant. When we checked in the noise from above was loud enough that we asked the gentleman who showed us to our room what was going on above us...was it construction or was it something that would continue throughout the stay? He assured us it was temporary and something that did not happen ofter and would not be an issue. The noise continued while we settled in. We went for a drink upstairs on the terrace and came back and hour later...the noise continued. We went for a long walk to explore and returned and the noise was louder than it had been previously. I went to the front desk to inquire what was going on and if this was going to stop since we thought it was construction on the floor above us and now it was after 5:00 pm. I was informed by a blonde haired front desk worker whose name I don't remember but whose poor attitude I do remember since she sighed and was curt when I asked about the noise..that it was not construction but the restaurant and she would call up to them to tell them to stop. It did not stop. I called down too ask for someone to come upstairs to hear what we were listening to and spoke to same woman ( I know this since she sighed again and her attitude was loud and clear) and was told someone would be up to the room. I can not believe we are the only people to ever mention the noise from above since it was from the restaurant and must happen continuely. I only mentioned the issue with the woman at the front desk since it was so out of place among all the other professional staff we encountered. Her attitude and demeanor were completely off putting and out of context to all the other staff and level of service during our brief stay. She needs some of the same training the other staff members have had if she is going to continue to be customer facing. Here is where the hotel's service became outstanding. The front desk manager came up and apologized for the issue and informed us that the were moving to a new room. He was professional and kind and moved us to a fantastic room on the 3rd floor away from the noise. The room was fantastic and the issue was resolved. We had a fantastic meal on the terrace for our last night in Italy. Our waitress was fabulous and engaging. We had a wonderful sleep to be fully rested to start our long journey home and breakfast was lovely. The issue at the beginning of the stay had been forgotten and we said we would be back if we were ever in Naples again. I would highly recommend this hotel and believe it has to be one of the best views from the terrace in all of Naples.

- AnywaysGuys (10/5): Come for the view...stay for the service! - On our recent trip to Italy, we stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's. We were a little concerned about staying in Naples based on previous stories we heard. Any reservations we had were put to rest when we drove up to the hotel. Grand Hotel Parker's is located in a very safe residential area outside of the city center. However, it is extremely walkable to a number of delicious restaurants and high end shops. It is also close to a beautiful park and you can easily walk to water. When you walk into the hotel it's like walking into a museum. The walls are lined with beautiful paintings and the lobby is adorned with sculptures that look like they were lifted from the Uffizi Gallery. The room was very comfortable and had a small balcony that provided a view of the Chiaia district below. The highlights of our stay here were the breakfasts and the fantastic service. Every morning, we sipped cappuccinos while staring out the large windows that looked out to the water and to Mount Vesuvius. The staff not only brought out a variety of pastries, yogurts and fruit, but they were attentive to any custom requests (e.g. cold americano) and offered made-to-order dishes. Everyone was polite and friendly. This warmth and affection also extended from the desk attendants and especially to the concierge. Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman's name, but he was always ready to help with a big smile, and he provided two restaurant recommendations which turned out to be the best meals of our trip. He would always greet us when we came back and asked how we liked it. He truly helped provide a family-friendly atmosphere. If you are going to stay in Naples, I highly recommend Grand Hotel Parker's for the A+ staff, wonderful views, and convenience to the water.

- HolsAddicts (8/5): A lovely hotel but.....! - We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights ahead of our wedding on the Sun Princess. The rooms were made immediately available after speaking to the manager having been told they weren't when we arrived. The rooms are clean and are a good size with a coffee machine and daily bottles of water. We had a issue with the shower spraying water over the glass shower panel and this was rectified very quickly. The breakfast was included in our booking and was amazing. Sitting on the terrace overlooking Naples was stunning. We had a lunch time pizza which was very nice. Unfortunately, the meals we had each evening on the terrace, were lukewarm despite us all having different things. It was a shame that this let down the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault any of them. It sells itself as the only 5 star hotel in Naples but this really is based on it's history and location and the fact that it's like staying in an art gallery. The artwork all around really is stunning but we've stayed in better hotels.

- NoSpin (10/5): The Place to Stay in Naples! - This hotel was superlative in every way. The property itself is impressive. The common areas, the restaurants and our room were all nicely appointed. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and dined at the 2 Star Michelin restaurant George . The food and the service was outstanding at both. I gave the location only a "very good" rating because although it is positioned for great views of Naples, unfortunately not much is of easy walking distance. On the plus side, taxis were always available right outside the front entrance. The truly outstanding part about the hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered were so cordial and welcoming. This is the place to say in Naples.

The greeting on arrival,the room (the housekeeping exceptional), the 6th floor restaurants and service were all faultless and so appreciated by my husband and I. The courtesy of all, the ambiance, attention to detail throughout ……fantastic! Before our arrival I had been in contact with the concierge team. They were both efficient and courteous. But, when I met them I was completely in awe of their knowledge, camaraderie, friendliness, care and concern. Their pure professionalism was amazing. (An interesting point was that I lost the band on my new Panama hat and asked if they might know where I could get it replaced…..within moments it was organised! We cannot wait to return! - Carol (6/5): - This hotel has a fantastic view of the Bay of Naples. It is very elegant with a sort of old fashion style. It is not near anything that a visitor might want to go to. You need a taxi to go anywhere, even to grab a bite to eat. The hotel has two restaurants: (1) a 2 star Michelin rated, very, very expensive one and (2) a regular restaurant with elevated service and food presentation but mediocre food.

They try to run off meter and overcharge for any transfer from hotel. We had 2 experiences of being charged 25 Euro to Old Town and 40 Euro to the airport, both 50% above what fares should have been.

All the staff seemed to know that it was my husband’s birthday, so made it extra special for him. We dined in the George Restaurant- which was a gastronomic experience, and the following morning had breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Unfortunately we were only there one night, but would love to come back.
