- Roz (10/5): Fabulous Stay! - Stayed with my mum for 2 nights, lovely balcony, fabulous friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and fresh with good facilities, didnt have breakfast but a great boulangerie a few doors down for early starts and some great cafes, restaurants and a creperie in the area. The rooms are compact but this is normal in old parisian buildings and it is such a reasonably priced hotel. Right next to a metro station for access.

The 12th district is lovely in that you are close enough to everything you need, but in a more quiet and touristy area. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. We didn't stay for long, but everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through Gare de Lyon.

- ZEITOUNI (4/5): Doesn’t correspond to 4-stars Hotel - It’s not really 4-stars Hotel. The quality of products are very poor (ie: Soap, shower gel, etc). Even water is Tap water at room temp (No minibar, No empty Fridge). The offered tea and Coffee are the worst you can propose (Which 4-stars Hotel is proposing Lipton Tea in 2025?!) The Employees are, however, very nice and kind. Breakfast is Medium (or M-). It doesn’t justify 17€/person. Apologies for the negative feedback.

Very good service . Opposite a metro station which is fantastic and makes getting around very quick and easy . There is also a supermarket a one minute walk away which is very convenient.

We spent the same amount of money every night and each time had some less than desirable aspects they made us feel like we should have spent a little more so we could actually enjoy ourselves. This place IS everything you can ask for at a reasonable rate. It’s paris. The rooms are going to be slightly smaller than usual. That is to be expected. You wont find something this well kept and modern and great location for less than 200$ a night anywhere else. Book it before they are sold out

It was way too hot to sleep even though we asked for the temp to be lowered. -The rooms are VERY SMALL. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the same area and never had such a tiny room. Pictures online do not accurately portray the rooms. -We had to change rooms numerous times due to the AC not working and one bathroom smelling like sewage. I will say it again- the staff was incredibly kind and moved us into several different rooms to remedy the issues we experienced. They did everything they could to help the situation. I would not stay there again just because of the size of the rooms. I felt like I was tripping over our suitcases and the over abundance of furniture in the room.

They went over and beyond to help us. We needed a cab to get to the train and few were available because of a big rainstorm. The hotel receptionist found us a ride (when I couldn't on any of my apps) and walked us out in the pouring rain to make sure we connected with our driver. Highly recommend this hotel.

- Mary Ann (10/5): - I have stayed here at least ten times over the past 7 years….staff and hotel are charming and the metro right around the corner makes it a perfect stay.

The pictures shown on Expedia are "the wrone ones" as mentioned by their staff which leads you to book a room based on the amenities within it and size and receiving a different one. After booking a room which seemed to be spacious I had to leave 2 of my 3 suitcases and a stroller in the lobby as there was no walking space inside the room as the distance between the bed and the wall with the TV was around 20 inches (50 cm). There is no parking in or around the hotel as you must drive close to 10 minutes to the parking garage where I'm assuming they rent spaces out of and walk all the way back to the hotel after you park which could be at midnight as it was our case. The area where the toilet is smelled like an airplane bathroom even though it's separate from the bathroom itself. The only good thing about the hotel was the big elevator which fits everything in the event you have to bring it back down to store at the lobby without having to do multiple trips. At least they planned ahead for that one.

The hotel had all the right facilities but the attention to detail was a bit lacking - there was no shower gel in the dispenser and the hairdryer cord was too short which made it difficult to use. I can’t wait to re-visit Le 209 Bercy again next year.

The room was absolutely tiny. Hotel policy of only 2 people per room not advertised at reservation and reception staff just wanted to sell us another room for a 7 year old. This created us no end of problems given our childcare arrangements had fallen through last minute.

The reception tried to help us organise parking in secrete underground car parks, but the website is only in French and the car parks were not a very nice experience. The website should be updated accordingly, as it is misleading. This upset the whole experience.

- Melanie (10/5): - The air conditioned rooms when it was 108 outside was greatly appreciated. Staff was so friendly. Close to metro, cafes and a grocery store.

- Richard (6/5): Nice room but really small. - Nicely appointed and clean prison cell sized room. Toilet 2'x3', barely room to get in and out. Friendly staff.
- Robert (2/5): Stay Away! - Horrible communication upon checking in. Did not get email explaining codes or if we even had a place to stay. I called the phone number provided but it kept disconnecting me after a recording. Very frustrating. The email finally came after complaining to Hotels.com. We almost booked a new place. Then there were few towels and no toilet paper. So we had to find a super market. The beds were just thin mattresses like the typical fold out couch type, which is exactly what the bed was. I would not recommend this place. To add insult to injury the cleaning guy showed up at 10:45 and was very aggressive to make sure we got out by 11:00. Terrible.

- Lisa (8/5): - This property had some great and unexpected features, such as motion detector lights in the bathroom, a huge TV, Nespresso coffeemaker, and a great balcony, among others. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
