- Ivan (8/5): Un’ ottimo hotel con qualche neo - La struttura è oggettivamente molto bella nel complesso con camere curate, personale estremamente gentile, vista panoramica e ogni comfort ma… Bisognerebbe intervenire con un restyling. In questa occasione ho notato due buchi ad una tenda e una ammaccatura alla porta del bagno molto evidente. Piccolezze ma che andrebbero monitorate e sistemate. Inoltre il buffet dei dolci potrebbe essere reso piu’ invitante con qualcosa di piu’ variegato e fresco.

- Maria Luisa (8/5): Soggiorno comodo e funzionale vicino al Policlinico Genelli - Hotel grande, comodo, pulito, a pochi passi dal Policlinico Gemelli, dalla stazione ferroviaria omonima, da alcuni esercizi commerciali e da un supermercato. Camera al terzo piano molto ampia, con balcone e vista sul cupolone di San Pietro; ho ricevuto un upgrade per questa camera, molto gradito. Ottima colazione, varia, sia dolce che salata. Consigliato! Una cosa strana..i letti avevano le rotelle e tendevano a spostarsi facilmente..potrebbero essere trasformati in letti fissi😉 o si potrebbero installare dei blocchi sulle rotelle stesse.

- Francesca (10/5): Accogliente e pratico - Hotel moderno e molto ben organizzato , a pochi metri dal policlinico Gemelli . Camere ampie e confortevoli . Ristorante aperto 12 ore al giorno dalle 11 alle 23. Personale alla reception straordinario in particolare Sabrina per professionalità e empatia e’ una fuoriclasse Al ristorante ci sono solo due camerieri ma immagino dipenda dai lunghi orari di apertura . Rallenterei la chiusura delle porte degli ascensori.

- Ivan (9/5): Un posto elegante ma con qualche criticità oggettiva - Struttura molto elegante con reception sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Camere con vista mozzafiato su San Pietro. Davvero un luogo tranquillo e gradevole. Il banco dei dolci della sala breakfast andrebbe tutto rivisto. Brioches gommose, torte secche, nulla di veramente all’altezza di una sala e di un posto cosi bello. Cosi come sarebbe meglio sostituire i distributori di succhi industriali con quelli di spremute fresche, non particolarmente buone. Altro tema sono i phones nellle stanze. Sono del tipo ordinario cui si attacca la spina e non linsi trova gia’ a vista. Questo impone una ricerca ( spoiler: si trovano in un sacchetto nero nell’armadio). Ed inoltre una volta attaccati si staccano facilmente. Non una cosa gradevole. Infine segnalo che gli infissi delle porte del bagno nella parte inferiore sono logori e rovinati da acqua e dal tempo. Andrebbe fatto un restyling. Unitamente alle vasche da bagno, magari da sostituire con docce dove non so scivola cosi facilmente….

- Arash (8/5): Clean, good location but avoid if you are sensitive to ambulance noice. - It s clean good location and the ataff is fantastic. It s near the hospital and you can hear the ambulances all the time. I m not sensitive to noice but if you are avoid.

- Silvia (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Petersdom. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und in der Qualität, wie man sie von der Hotelkette kennt. Die Betreuung war von Anfang an von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt wirklich top! Das Hotel ist gut für eine Städtereise geeignet. Der Bahnhof ist nur etwa fünf Minuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug ist man in rund sieben Minuten am Vatikan.

L'hotel è molto pulito, il personale disponibile e cordiale, ristorante ottimo, colazione ottima, tutto fresco e buffet ricco, palestra eccezionale - è una palestra esterna convenzionata, molto grande, attrezzata, con personale disponibilissimo, aperta dalle 6.30 la mattina. Tutto quello che mi serve! nulla da segnalare
