• Julie (9/5): Convenient location with clean, quiet rooms - If you get in before your scheduled check-in, I highly recommend stopping in to see if they have a room ready. I went to drop my suitcase off in the morning before check-in and was pleased they had a room available for me already without an additional charge. Staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent, near the station and several cafes and bakeries. I requested a quiet room, and it was indeed quiet!

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, könnyen megközelíthető, egy saroknyira a memmingeni reptéri busz megállójától illetve a főpályaudvartól. Tömegközlekedés nélkül is minden fontos látnivaló elérhető. A közelben pékségek, kávézók és egyéb étkezési lehetőség található. A szoba megfelelő méretű, jól felszerelt, tiszta, a forgalmas utca ellenére csendes. Korábban érkeztünk, de azonnal megkaptuk a szobánkat. Ilyen nem volt.
• michael (8/5): A great place to stay, but a bit pricey. - The property is top notch. The space we had for the price was a bit cramped. I slept on a fold out couch, navigating between couch and bathroom required a bit of caution. 5 days of the wonderful breakfast began to get a bit boring. It is still a great place, but I am done with it.

• Eleni (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι ότι καλύτερο για να γυρίσεις με άνεση την πόλη αλλά και για να μετακινηθεις από και προς το αεροδρόμιο!!! Το πρωινό ειναι πλούσιο, χώρος που σερβίρεται πολύ όμορφος και οι σερβιτόροι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!!! Είχαμε κλείσει ένα οικογενειακό δωμάτιο με ένα δίπλο κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ -κρεβατι. Στον καναπέ- κρεβάτι κοιμήθηκε το μωρό μας 2 χρονών. Καθώς το στρώμα του καναπέ ήταν πολύ λεπτό χρησιμοποίησα το ένα πάπλωμα για ενίσχυση του στρώματος και ζητήσαμε από τη ρεσεψιόν ένα επιπλέον μονό πάπλωμα για να σκεπαστεί το μωρό. Το ζήτησα δύο φορές και το βράδυ που φτάσαμε και το επόμενο πρωί και δεν μας έφεραν ποτέ. Τελικά το ζήτησα και από τις κυρίες που καθάριζαν τα δωμάτια και την τρίτη μέρα της διαμονής μας αποκτήσαμε το πάπλωμα.. Για ένα ξενοδοχείο που πληρώνεις το βράδυ πάνω από 200€ νομίζω ότι οι παροχές θα έπρεπε να είναι αντιστοιχες.

Lovely courtyard to sit out although we did think as the rooms were called courtyard rooms that there may have been access to the courtyard. Would have liked tea, coffee and milk in room

Konnte nach dem CheckOut meine Tasche noch ein paar Stunden dalassen, das hat mir sehr geholfen. Der Klassiker, im Bad fehlt eine etwas größere Ablage für die Waschsachen und auf einer Seite am Bett gibt es keine Steckdose. Handyladen geht da nur über den Wecker - das habe ich aber zu spät bemerkt.

• Mayumi (9/5): 心温まる素敵なホテル - 何度も宿泊させて頂いています。駅から近く、何よりもスタッフの対応が素晴らしく、ホテルに着いた途端疲れを忘れる程、暖かく優しく出迎えて下さいました。フロント奥の中庭もお気に入りで心安らぎます。着いた時に頂ける色んな種類のフリードリンクも有り難く、時差ボケで目覚め暖かい飲み物が欲しくフロントへ行ってみたら、早朝なのに暖かいお茶を頂け、夜間のスタッフの方もとっても素晴らしい対応をして下さいました。お部屋にはベッド、机等がアンティーク家具でそれも落ち着けてお気に入りのポイントです。 今回は何もありませんでした。

• Michael (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay as all the things that mattered to us personally (quiet, clean, cool) were fulfilled - Really nice courtyard with shady trees and very quiet despite being downtown. A/C in the room worked very well. The mattress in my room was quite saggy

• GRAZIANO (10/5): UN KING A MÜNCHEN - Bella e comoda struttura di 7 piani in zona semicentrale, ben servita con i mezzi di trasporto (bus, tram, metro, treni). Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro città con una comoda passeggiata di circa 15 minuti tra negozi, bar, ristoranti, etc. Hotel bello , super pulito , con personale gentile, disponibile ed attento alla soddisfazione del cliente (un plauso a Richard della reception, una persona a modo, sempre disponibile, gentile, premuroso e pronto a mettervi a vostro agio). Stanze ben arredate, a dimensione con moquette per terra (pulitissima), cassaforte e vagno mon molto grande. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché ha un prezzo caro, ma attraversando la strada troverete un bakery/caffè dove potete fare un'ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente inferiori. N.n.

• Noelia (10/5): Excelente combinación de precio y calidad en Munich - Nos hospedamos en el hotel en el mes de abril. La habitación nos resultó cómoda para dos personas con equipaje mediano (2 valijas de 23), al igual que la cama, almohadas y baño. La ubicación a 5 minutos de la estación central da versatilidad de movimiento pero no está en el medio del ruido de la habitación. Todos los empleados siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros atendiendo a nuestras consultas incluso una de ellas hablaba español. Por último y que siempre suma en el viaje quería destacar la disponibilidad de Café / Té de manera gratuita, al igual que un agua grande de cortesía y en el caso de q elijas que no te hagan el servicio de habitación te regalaban un voucher por bebidas en el bar y todo con un precio súper accesible. Lo recomendamos!! La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero lo sabíamos de ante mano.. así todo estuvimos muy cómodos

No one assisted with luggage, which made things especially difficult for me as a pregnant woman traveling with my 70-year-old mother. The staff saw me struggling with my suitcase but didn’t offer any help, which felt disappointing given the expectations of hospitality. Breakfast was basic and the same each day. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful when providing information.

Außerdem ist der Innenhof, wo man im Freien sitzen kann, recht schön. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war recht eng und für ein Paar zu klein.
