Also you can find Layla Lebanese restaurant for Halal food .. the food was so tasty there . The room size is small , it's suitable for 2 persons only.

Ruhige Lage und auch in den Zimmern war es ruhig. Der Abzug im Badezimmer ging nicht und die Kopfkissen waren sehr hart und unfassbar dick. Daher bei Komfort etwas Abzug.

- inselberger (8/5): Hôtel devenu impersonnel mais très bon point de départ pour visiter Paris - C’est très bien situé raison pour laquelle je le fréquente depuis 1996 chaque année et l’accueil était excellent mais depuis 2-3 ans c’est beaucoup moins bien Nous n’avons pas eu les chambres réservées pour une des deux …une chambre twin c’est transformée en chambre avec lit double minuscule et donc 2 nuits presque blanches … a ce prix là c’est très moyen mais nous étions au calme comme demandé lors de la réservation

Tabakları atar gibi topluyorlar ve mutfağın kapısı olmadığı için tangur tungur sesler hiç kesilmiyor. Zaten daha az ses çıkarmak için ÇABA DA GÖSTERİLMİYOR. Müşterilere kızgın gibi davranıyorlar. Her sabah tek asansörle mal taşıdıkları için uzun beklemek zorunda kaldık.

- Anastasiia (7/5): A decent hotel for sleeping - Great location right next to the Arc de Triomphe. Even though our second-floor room faced the street, it blocked out the sound. The room was quite small for three beds. The closet was clearly a bit dated, as was the rest of the furniture, as was the hairdryer. There was a cobweb in the corner of the ceiling. However, the mattresses and bed linens were fresh. The bathroom had a tub rather than a shower, which was nice. Overall, the size of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. However, the toilet was separate and there was no trash can inside.

- Lionel (5/5): PARIS : Parfait - HÔTEL CERMIC : Décevant. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont dans l'ensemble correctement tenus et le cadre met dans l'ambiance parisienne. L'attitude et le manque d'intérêt du personnel d'accueil. Nous avons été correctement accueillis à l'arrivée mais un incident s'est produit lors de l'accès à notre chambre (travaux de réfection, peinture inclus). Non seulement nous avons tâcher nos vêtements et accessoires à la sortie de l'ascenseur mais en plus malgré avoir relancé l'accueil, nous n'avons pas eu de suivi. Lorsque nous avons relancé pour la troisième (3ème) la personne présente à l'accueil, cette personne s'est permis non seulement de mettre en doute notre parole mais attendait que nous la relancions. ce n'est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel, nous y allons à chaque déplacement sur Paris mais force est de constater que le service n'est plus ce qu'il était.

Staff will hold your belongings before check in and try to help as much as they can. Overall it's a good hotel for sleeping over & showering. Very old, no ventilation in the bathroom and shower. The carpets weren't the cleanest. Confusing and claustrophobic layout of the hotel, it was hard to find the stairs.Not exactly as shown in pictures.

- Leo (5/5): Fonctionnel et pratique mais à revoir. - L’emplacement du lieu, l’accueil du réceptionniste, la propreté du lieu. La Clim était sur chauffage alors qu’il faisait très chaud le jour de notre arrivé, cette dernière étant très vétuste avez aussi du mal à produire du frais. La taille du lit pour 2 personnes est très limite. La vétusté de la salle de bain pour un hôtel étoilé. En effet, une salle de bain avec peu d’espace de manœuvre et très rudimentaire avec rideau de douche. Les chambres mériteraient un bon coup de remise à neuf (peinture, plinthes, Clim..)
