- Michael (8/5): ביקור נחמד, לא ממליץ עם ילדים. - המלון מאוד שקט, מארח בעיקר קבוצות של מבוגרים ונראה שיש לו הסכמים עם חברות התעופה אז מארח הרבה צוותים. המלון נקי מאוד, הרופטופ (היינו רק בחלק של הבר) ממש אחלה, המלון צמוד לפארק חדש ויפה. בסביבה הקרובה של המלון אין מה לעשות, הליכה למרינה לוקחת כ-20 דק, ממוקם כ 5 ק״מ ממרכז העיר אז מחייב מונית. הכריות מאוד רכות, לי ברמה האישית הייתה בעיה עם זה אבל לשאר המשפחה זה זרם. היינו עם שלושה ילדים אז הגדולה ישנה על הספה ואמרה שממש לא נוח. היינו באמצע מאי והבריכה הייתה קרה, לא מחוממת.

- Paleros Yacht Services (8/5): Great stay and upgraded! - Because we have visited so many times the Marriott Hotel I was upgraded. This was very nice. As I was travelling alone for work, my wife was "unhappy" that when all the times she came with me we were not upgraded. Hopefully next time again! The Asian restaurant upstairs is very good and could have a bigger menu. As always the pillows are too soft. We have mentioned this every time. You get two pillows but they are too soft. The bed itself is very good.

- Hadia (8/5): - The location is very convenient to cover the whole city, you are basically staying at a mid point from piraeaus port, glyfada area and downtown city center…so everything is 10-15 mins away by car. In general it was clean and good value for money. *pillows are so soo low , my husband and I got stiff necks from day 1 * the hotel needs to diversify the clientele they are promoting to through agencies, the hotel capacity was 95 % elderly over 60 and 70. We were the only family with kids for our whole stay of 6 days. And the staff at the buffet made us aware of complaints from our kids being loud…which is basically kids being kids on vacation! I suggest they diversify their marketing or make it adults only policy or in this case seniors only. It really felt like an elderly home and our kids are not welcome.

- MMIHaria (6/5): Disappointed - We stayed at Marriott Athens during Christmas week. As a Lifetime Platinum member, I was disappointed not to receive any upgrade. Unfortunately, we were given a very small room, to the point where it was not even possible to properly open our suitcases, which significantly impacted our comfort. The Executive Lounge itself is good, offering decent options, but it was very busy on many occasions, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The location is another drawback, as it is quite far from the city centre, meaning a taxi is required to get around. Breakfast was not good at all. Although options were available, the overall quality and organisation were lacking, and it definitely needs more attention and improvement to meet the standards expected from a Marriott property. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, the experience did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of room size, elite recognition, and breakfast quality.
- goldiez2026 (10/5): Best thing about this hotel is the people who work there - Mary Ann in the bar and restaurant was the highlight of my stay in the ATHENS MARRIOTT Bonvoy hotel. She was so welcoming, informative and friendly. We got to celebrate a little of the Greek Easter with Mary Ann giving us background on the traditions and even recommendations for what to do that day when almost everything is closed. I could see here moving up further in management of the hotel, she gets it. Also two women who worked in the Executive Lounge and restaurant, one was Errika and the other was a tall blonde who served us dinner and talked about the local traditions. The lady who helped keep our room clean was wonderful, and the hosts at the restaurant. Best, Goldie

- Philip (7/5): Comfortable and efficient hotel in Athens - Good well run hotel close to the conference centre. The staff were helpful. My room was a good size and very comfortable. I didn’t use the gym. It is quite a long way from the metro and too far to walk down to the old part of the city. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of restaurants in the area - I expected a pleasant sea front close to the hotel.

- LeavingOrangeCounty (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Second visit to this property and it didn't disappoint. Loved our stay so much that we added another three nights. The staff are all very attentive and professional. Everyone was clearly well-trained and committed to the experience of their guests. I will start my detailed review in an unlikely place: Housekeeping. The entire team was incredibly impressive and made a major difference to our enjoyment. Every person we encountered were friendly and helpful. Special thanks and recognition to Costadina and Silva. The Executive lounge is also excellent. Their offerings in the evening were varied and tasty. They even have draft beer. The staff were very active and engaged. They made a big difference. Kudos to Erikka and Mairy. They are both wonderful people. The hotel is lucky to have them. The team in the breakfast room were equally amazing. True professionals. Thanks to Marientina, Nikos and Irene for their amazing service. The hotel is surrounded by really good restaurants which we visited after appetizers in the lounge. There was also a Lidl close by to buy other things we needed. There is a park next door that is worth a visit...use the subway next to the hotel to get there in minutes. Possible improvements? The breakfast spread is good but it became boring after 7 days though! I would have liked to see more variety. The sauna in the gym has to be turned on in reception...this is annoying and unnecessary. The pool was closed during our stay...why? The standard red wine in the club lounge was just awful (this should be an easy fix).
- ΣΟΦΙΑ (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή - Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο. Δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο, κρεβάτι πολύ μεγάλο και αναπαυτικό, μπάνιο ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, το πρωινό βασιλικό, άφθονο και ποικίλο, προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, πολύ βολικό το λεωφορείο από το ξενοδοχείο προς το κέντρο και αντίστροφα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

- Paleros Yacht Services (8/5): Good hotel in good position, always same quality - The breakfast is very good and also they have added lactose free yogurt! What i do not like is that the pillows are too soft. Many years ago Marriott Hotel had always the best pillows and we even bought them for our private use. Now they are too soft. Yes you get two, but two soft makes it even worse when you lay your head on it.

Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξανά καταναλώσω χρόνο για ανψυχή εκεί - Πολυτελείς και προσεγμένες εγκαταστάσεις, άνετες και καθαρέςΤο γυμναστήριο εξαιρετικό! Το προσωπικό κρύο, αγέλαστο , με μια υπερβολική κ ψεύτικη ευγένεια . Στα συρτάρια των κομοδίνων υπήρχε «βίβλος» της αίρεσης των Μορμόνων , και ένα ακόμα γερμανικό βιβλίο άλλης αίρεσης. Πολύ offensive έως προσβλητικό για ξενοδοχείο στην Ελλάδα. Τελικά , παρότι έβλεπες την πολυτέλεια , το vibe ήταν γενικά κρύο κ απουσίαζε η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας.

- perryt543 (10/5): Nice Athens Hotel - The Athens Marriott is a very reasonably priced hotel with very good amenities for any type of traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to shout out to Alfonso on the front desk and Mary Ann in the breakfast restaurant for their exceptional service. The hotel is located near the coast, but has free hourly round trip shuttle to the city center from 10 am to 5 pm. A very good value for your travel funds.

One of our all-time favorites is the Marriott Athens. It is a brilliantly run operation, from the time you check in (Kristine who has been there for 30 years) to the well-maintained spacious rooms to the amazing food & beverage offerings and service (Fedra, a beautiful lady with the most amazing smile who has also been there 30+ years). Our present stay has been 3+ heavenly weeks, loving every minute of it. Each morning being greeted by Nikos Tzimbirlis & Mr. George to an amazing breakfast, having the best meals prepared by Chefs Tasos & Hagoudas and the very best part being the daily service provided by Ms. Fedra (never stop smiling). Congratulations to Mr. Venizelos Dimitris & Mr. Abraham Ketsetzioglou for their tireless management of this great hotel.

- Sinem (7/5): Mediocre hotel - Overall ok Breakfast, some staff members, spa. I booked a massage during the stay via phone. I received a call few minutes later to postpone it to 30 min later. When I went down for my massage, the reception lady I spoke to told me they had “a problem” with the massage lady and my appointment is canceled. I asked why she didn’t call me to let me know as I was in my room waiting for my appointment. Totally weird.. def not a 5 star hotel, quite run down.
- GavinBarker (8/5): Good for southern Athens trips - This is a well presented hotel, ideal for business travellers visiting the south/western area of Athens including the opera. Good points are the internal restaurants, with several other good options nearby. The hotel is clean and accessable. Public transport is limited but taxis are cheap and available. There is no room iron, and I was a little disapointed to not get bottled water after day one (i stayed a while). Overall good, would stay again.

Marientina and Nancy enhanced our lunch experience with great service and extra treats. Marientina even brought my husband's iPhone to our room after he left it on the table. She brought bottles of water and treats to our room as we were leaving to go on a cruise. What a special person she is!

- Daoda2 (2/5): Beware at the restaurant - I went to dinner at the Athens Marriott hotel while staying there. When I sat down at the table, the waitress came over, opened a bottle of water and poured me a glass. She did not say a word. I said, suspecting something was amiss, “Oh, thank you. The water must be complimentary!”. She said, “No, it is €6.” When I asked how she could do this without asking me first if I actually wanted water she replied, “It’s the restaurant’s policy.” I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. He apologised and said, “Oh, you don’t want water? That’s fine.”, and took the glass and bottle away. I couldn’t stomach eating in the restaurant at this point, so I walked out and asked to see the manager of the hotel on duty. After explaining to him the situation, his response was that the waitress had made a mistake. She should have asked me if I wanted water and offered me a complementary bottle with my meal. When I incredulously asked if that was all, he said I could have a 20% discount. I left the hotel and went to a nice restaurant

- PANAGIOTIS (6/5): - Το κτίριο και οι εγκαταστάσεις και η θέση Το ότι με ξύπνησε στις 08.00 αφού κτύπησαν και δεν απάντησα (είχα φθάσει 02.00 καί κοιμήθηκα μετά τις 02.30. Αφού ξηπνησα , πήγα να κάνω ντουζ, μήπως ηρεμήσω. Ενώ εβγενα από το ντουζ , βρήκα μπροστά μου την καθαρίστρια, πού όταν της είπα γιατί μπήκε στον δωμάτια 08.30, απήντησε ότι κτύπησε πριν μπεί μέσα. Δηλαδή αν είχε μπεί 5 λεπτά πρίν πιθανόν να με πετυχενε μέσα στο ντουζ. Όταν φόρεσα το ζεύγος των καινούργιων παντόφλω'ν και περπάτησα στα πλακάκια, κόλαγαν σε κάθε βήμα. Μετά από αυτό πήγα στην υποδοχή και ζήτησα να μήν μπει' κανένας στην διάρκεια της παραμονής μου.

Katerina was able to give me an alternative suite towards courtyard with less traffic after some confusion at the beginning. Dimitrios help me to check the new family suite out before I moved in. - The smoothies and the fresh fruits from the breakfast buffet was so tasty and made my day definitely Improvement potential - Some of the furniture in the room need to be replaced - I wish to have more Greek local specialities offers from the breakfast buffet
