Während der gesamten Zeit konnten wir unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben. So konnten wir die Zeit vor dem Check- in und nach dem Check- out für schöne Spaziergänge und Besichtigungen nutzen.

Portant la chambre était en classement premium. - pas de maillot de bain homme taille l ou cl entendait vente à la piscine - porte entrée hôtel fermée le soir ( minuit) donc obligés de passer par les portes à côté avec personne pour vous aider

Shower temperature at times would suddenly change from hot to cold and vice versa (causing one to jump out of water stream, and then wait for temperature to return to normal).

Marjorie (10/5): Super séjour dans un endroit très appréciable. - Emplacement idéal, chambre spacieuse et confortable, lieu de vie agréable. On peut se défier sur une partie de ping pong dans le hall, et il y’a des espaces cosi un peu partout. Aller se détendre au sauna et à la piscine en fin de journée c’est parfait aussi. L’eau de la piscine pourrait être un tout petit plus chauffée mais ça c’est mon côté frileuse peut être 🤭.

Soizic (7/5): A few things could be better, but overall I like this hotel, espcirzlly the location and the correct price. - Always glad to stay at Pullman hotel Bercy. Rooms are not very well maintained - humidity on the bathroom walls. Also even with the « don’t disturb » message on the door, someone from the staff entered my room early in the morning. And there was at first a mistake in the pricing of my room at check in.

Quand on le remonte au personnel, il n'y a aucune réaction ... la piscine est notée comme étant ouverte jusqu'à 20h (sur le site) alors que c'est 22h les équipements sont vieillissants, l'accueil n'est pas très souriant pour le prix de la chambre, le rapport qualité / prix est une cata !

Rohmer (9/5): Tout était parfait ! je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % - Le confort de la literie , la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais, le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute , la situation de l'hôtel dans un quartier ou l'on se sentait bien avec des boutiques et des restaurants et proche du métro. Le petit plus la piscine et son sauna et hammam pour se relaxer après une journée de visite. rien
