Яна (3/5): - Хороший матрас, хорошие полотенца и в целом большой и чистый номер, с хорошей уборкой! Не понравилось всё! До центра пешком идти 40 минут о каких 15 минутах все отзывы? Номер в каком-то отдельном подъезде, крючки для полотенец держались на соплях, страшно было вешать, чтобы не сорвать их! Подушки каменные, звукоизоляции никакой, слышно как в соседнем номере дышат!

Andrew (8/5): the stay was very nice overall - it was close to the station and the reception gave us a map which was really nice because we did not know where we were going as small Asian people from Australia the mirror was slightly above our height threshold in the bathroom it wasn’t much of an issue but it made it a little bit inconvenient to see ourselves in the mirror. the sidewalks outside were a bit uneven for our luggage to get to and from but reception did have someone to help us to the stay

Karin (10/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe von Termini ist perfekt. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man gelangt mit der UBahn schnell zu allen wichtigen Plätzen in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel Personal war sehr nett und bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Rayne (10/5): Incredible staff, great location near Termini station, comfy beds and cute rooms! - The staff were so incredible here, allowing me to check in early after my long haul from Australia was such a kind gesture and it really made my day! They also provided me with a free room upgrade, and stored my luggage until the checkin time before putting these in the room for me so I didn't have to do this myself. The room was really cute, the bath tub was a very nice touch. Bed was comfy and the location is perfect being just a short few minute walk from Termini station - highly recommend! Nothing at all - 10/10 stay!

Biz kahvaltı almamıştık çünkü etrafta kahvaltı yapılabilecek bir sürü seçenek var. Farklı yerler tecrübe etmek istedik. Ama isterseniz kahvaltı seçeneği de var. Marisa (7/5): Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. However, I would have liked more soundproofing from outside noises. - The hotel was very clean, and every staff member was very pleasant/helpful. The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location (about a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini train station). Air conditioning was very comfortable. It felt like there was no sound proofing of the room from the windows. Our rooms faced the street on the second floor and I heard everything outside (what sounded like garbage pickup at 1:00am) each night, and horrible loud noises at 6:00am Saturday morning. All sounded as if the window in the room was open! The tubs in both rooms are set unusually high up off the floor, need to be careful getting out.

Milla (8/5): - The room was clean and was cleaned daily. We were staying at a different building as where the hotel was. It was actually quite far from the hotel and was annoying to walk to the breakfast every morning outside.

Amy (6/5): Basic room, close to train station. - Staff are friendly. The rooms are very dark, there is no good lighting. It makes it hard to see. There’s not a lot of space for clothes or to put your things. I wish there was a kettle so could make tea or coffee. This was a short walk to the train station, but I didn’t like the neighborhood. Didn’t seem to be a nice part of town. Would not want to walk alone down the street at night.
fatbardhaskenderi (10/5): - We actually got upgraded to a room in the main building and everything inside the room was impeccable. Highest cleanliness in both the room as well as the bathroom. Equipped with coffee/tea maker tray, a walk-in closet wide enough for all our stuff, comfortable bed, clean sheets. I can truly say that it was one of the best hotels, I stayed in, if not the best. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They gave as recomendations about some good nearby italian restaurants, that we actually went to and enjoyed very much. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was better than expected.

Colin (10/5): - We have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel many times now and it never disappoints. We really like the intimate and friendly feel and the location is perfect for the transport systems being literally 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini. That said don’t expect mobs of rushing tourists around the hotel, no it’s a little oasis of classy tranquility. Our go to hotel whenever we visit Rome

ffionj537 (6/5): Very loud hotel - I'll start with the good - the location is great, very convenient and the staff are very polite. The issues are with the building itself. The walls are paper thin. Our room was across from the lift and could hear the ding of it arriving and the shuddering of the doors opening each time. Everytime anyone entered the corridor it was as if they were in the room with us. We could hear every conversation crystal clear. Cleaners would start cleaning between 7-7.30, and this would always wake us up as we could hear the banging coming out of the lift and the room doors opening and closing. I've never before stayed in a hotel so loud. If you're a light sleeper this isn't the hotel for you

andreadL2138AT (2/5): SCAM - This hotel is a SCAM.... i booked a room in hotel, but i received a dirty room 5 minutes away, into one annex building....i wanted to change the room and pay the difference in order to stay in hotel, but i was refussed in a non polite way. They took the money also fot the city tax, despite switching the hotel and not stay there. SHAME and SCAM!

Jacek (10/5): A real decent 4-star hotel among many fakes in the area. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, proper breakfast and nice - Extra comfy bed, spotless clean, odourless, silent A/C with heating, kettle, safe box. The breakfast area is tiny and gets packed at peak time. The room doors could have been closing a bit more silently to allow neighbours sleep early morning.

Experience728838 (10/5): Amazing stay at hotel royal court, where they treat you like royalty!! - I stayed in the annex while in town for business and had a really lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how central the location is. It’s just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes, which made it really easy to get around and enjoy the area after work. What stood out most to me was the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful, and they made the place feel really welcoming. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s a perfect spot if you want comfort, convenience, and friendly service at a good price.

They booked tickets, taxis, and gave us eating information. The area was close to the train station and the bus station so was very well located for one without a car.

The hotel rooms are spread across 3 different buildings and our room was in a separate building and not in the main building where check-in, the lobby and breakfast are held, which was a bit of a bummer.
