• Brigid (5/5): A handy hotel close to the hub of Singapore. - The location was excellent. We could drop in and out during the day while doing sightseeing, which meant we could have a quick shower, change clothes or have a nap. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom.

• Wakana (7/5): ホテル時間よりも外出時間に重きを置く旅行者にお勧めします！宿は寝るだけ！と割り切ると、オックスフォードホテルの利便性が強く感じられると思います。 - スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしかった。 ホスピタリティ！！！！！！ 1人旅行中の私にとって、おはようやgood nightをlobbyの方へいえるのは気持ちが良いものでした。 そしてロケーションも最高でした！ 最寄駅が多く、徒歩でも尋ねられるスポットは多いです。 23時以降は慣れてない方は不安に感じるかもしれませんが、若者など治安が悪いわけではないです 壁が薄いのか，他の宿泊客が25：00頃廊下でお話ししている声が全部丸々聞こえました。言葉は違えど、聞くに耐えられず悪夢のようでした。

В пешей доступности ресторанчики и фуд-корты. В отеле питание не предлагается. Номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое: кровать, холодильник, чайный уголок (чайник, чашки, ложки, чай, кофе, которые пополнялись каждый день), телевизор, стол, стул. В санузле встроенный фен. Каждый день пополняли гель-душ, шампунь, туалетную бумагу по мере расхода. Уборка каждый день. Требуют назвать номер кредитной карты

• Sonia (7/5): Agua caliente no se le debería negar a ningún huésped. - La ubicación Que la habitación no cuente con algo tan elemental como una pava eléctrica. Peor aún que el personal no pueda brindar un termo de agua caliente (algo elemental para que un argentino disfrute cualquier estadía).

Muhasebe kalacakmışmış sorun yokmuş. Sonra itiraz ettim güvenlik numarasını bile yazmışlar böyle bir şey olamaz. İtiraz ettim ve güvenlik numarasız yeni doldurdu diğerini yırttık attık ama İnsan tedirgin oluyor. Böyle bir saçmalık görmedim. Eski bir otel zaten hadi bir miktar provizyon al ve sonra çıkışta iade et. Şok oldum.

SPACE FOR PARKING YOUR CAR. BUGIS MARKET IS 5 MINUTES WALKING UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL IS OLD AND YOU FEEL IT. OLD FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS. OLD DOORS. OLD A/C UNIT. OLD CARPET. OLD WINDOWS. NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM SO YOU CAN HAVE A COLD DRINK WHILE THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE IS +30.

Os funcionários não são muitos solicitos. Não gostei da frieza das pessoas, não recebi nenhum tipo de auxilio para facilitar a estadia. Da falta de empatia dos funcionarios.

• Marco (8/5): - Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Got a free room upgrade so that's a big plus. Check in & Check out process quite quick. Great location with 2 hawker foodhouses within a 2-minute walk and nearby bus and MRT station. I wish they would put in bidets.
• SeanDoc79 (2/5): Not our best stay. - The location is about the only thing to really like. Also appreciative to the staff that allowed us to check in from 12pm as the room was ready. Wifi and AC worked well. The hotel room is rather dated. Bit of mould on the walls and tired looking room. Stains on curtains and carpet. Gives an overall feel of dirty, even if the room was clean.
• Justin (7/5): Room was good and beds were clean. Close to different MRT lines. Shower leaked a little - Location was good for the different MRT lines and bust stops. Bras Basah and Bencoolen very close by. Bugis and City Hall stations a 10 minute walk. Hotel was clean and a 24 hour desk. Room was a good size for 2 people sleeping in separate beds. Housekeeping was good with fresh towels everyday. Beds were comfortable. No fridge in room which is a bummer but we knew that before going. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Rooms on one side of the building have a view and on the other side no view as close to another building.
• James Millard (2/5): Avoid, avoid, avoid! - Location. Nothing else though The staff has a seemingly sociopathic indifference to the suffering of others. I was in extreme pain and could barely walk when I checked in. In contrast to people on the street, taxi drivers, etc, the person at the front desk didn’t offer any assistance. Later when I inquired about ice and ibuprofen and explained that I was immobile, I received no help whatsoever (I figured it out for myself with Grab). A kind hotel would have tried to help with these things. A smart but greedy hotel would have charged me for help with these things. Either option would be fine with me. The staff here couldn’t be bothered. Also, the fixtures make no sense. The shower only stays in place if you solve the three-body problem and precisely balance an object on top to restrain it. The light fixture hovers over half of the bed, reducing its effective usable surface, and there’s generally no cold water. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

• Julie (9/5): - The location is excellent being so close to Bras Basar station. The reception area has very comfortable couches and is very pleasant. The shower was very easy to use. The room has a small bedside table too high and too close to the bed and I injured my hand in my sleep on the hard metal corner on the bedside table The male staff came up immediately and repositioned the bedside table. We got the run around with the female staff member on the telephone to book this extra night.

• Marina (1/5): Don’t stay here. Stay anywhere else. So much mold and the staff is not helpful at all. - Not much. It is in a central location but we had to bus to everything still. It was wildly dirty. Our room smelled like pee and there was mold everywhere - we tried to cancel our second night because it was so bad but the staff were very unhelpful. We ended up changing rooms - this one didn’t smell like pee but still had mold everywhere and a large gap under the door so you could hear everything happening in the hall way.

• Alberto B (3/5): I had a horrible night becuase if the mouldy smell. - It’s close to the train station. The room I was given reeks of mouldy smell. The only lighting in the room was desk lamp and that was it. The only thing working well was the air conditioning.

• Editta (10/5): Ich war 3 Wochen in diesem Hotel und würde wieder dort hin gehen - Es war sehr gut, jedoch hätte es eine sanfte Renovation nötig. Die Türen ins Zimmer sind alle zerkratzt. Es wäre eine kleine Sache diese zu streichen. Neben dem Hotel hat es ein zweckmässiges Restaurant, dass mann mit wenig Aufwand wieder aktivieren könnte, so dass die Hotelgäste ihr Frühstück dort einehmen könnten. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden
