Carol (10/5): We loved our stay at the Broadway Plaza--comfortable, convenient, quiet, clean, and welcoming. - From our first interaction with the staff through checkout, they were cheerful and helpful. We were delighted with our room, which had a large balcony with a view of the Empire State Building and other beautiful architecture in the area. We enjoyed spending our downtime sitting outside, getting fresh air. We were amazed at how quiet the room was when we shut the door to the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and not scratchy. The shower, though small, had nice hot water and good pressure. The hotel is very close to the subway, so it's easy to get where you want to go (we were in town for a show at MSG, which was only a short ride away). Madison Square Park is nearby and a beautiful spot to take breakfast or lunch. We would absolutely stay at the Broadway Plaza again. In a city as big as New York, finding a hotel can be an overwhelming task, but you can feel comfortable booking. It's great. We were incredibly pleased with our stay, and I don't have any serious concerns to note. The only thing that crossed my mind as a potential issue was that the shower might be tight for those with larger bodies.

Suzanne (8/5): Pretty good hotel - The location is excellent! We walked or took the subway easily to our destinations. The lobby is stylish and very appealing. People working in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The king bed was comfy. Scratchy towels. I think towels at a 4 star hotel should be softer and thicker. It was loud on Broadway Friday night and it woke us up in the middle of the night. We asked for a 30 min extended checkout and were denied. This may be the first time this has ever happened to me at any hotel.
Veronica (10/5): Really enjoyed our week at the Broadway Plaza hotel. Great location within easy walking distance to most of the main ext - Definitely the location ,and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I felt it was a little bit overpriced,seeing as you were literally paying for the room .

Katherine (9/5): Huge room perfect location in midtown, spotless rooms! - LOVED the HUGE room (not huge for NYC, HUGE IN GENERAL), so clean, always restocked, perfect location in midtown. I had four people staying in the room, but I guess I had clicked just two when searching and booking rooms. They charged us an extra 20$ per person per night. Why do this when the room is the same ?? I have no idea. They couldn’t give me any clear reason either. Also no hotel bar, not that we would have hung out that much anyway. Quiet room! View of Empire State!

Concierge Anthony was great - very helpful and kind to us. Waits for lifts were pretty long especially if you were on floors above 7 which only 1 lift went to.

Very central to major sites and multiple restaurants and coffe shops within easy walking distance.The staff especially Anthony the concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful. Ashfana (5/5): Adequately hospitable and habitable but they charge way too much for the service they offer. - It was a easily accessible, close to most landmarks and in close proximity to some good restaurants. The room was bigger than most NYC rooms. Water was always replenished. The staff members (did not interacted with them a lot) and housekeeping were quite nice. It was not clean. The TV and table had a coating of dust, the switches had dirty finger prints on it, the towels were torn and stained. Entrance is hard to find and signage is poor.

It was quick and easy to check in and the staff were really helpful and kind, the doorman remembered who we were and kindly helped with recommending and directions. The location has many good restaurants and cafe's on its doorstep. The lift is very slow and only one functions the higher floors and is also used as a service lift so was often very full

Il y a une station de métro juste à côté et d’autres à proximité. Pour se restaurer que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner, le dîner, ou boire un verre, il y a de quoi faire autour de l’hôtel. Pour ce qui est du personnel d’accueil, il est agréable et attentionné sans oublier les portiers qui sont souriants. Notre suite donnait sur l’Empire State Building (à demander lors de la réservation) ce qui confère un petit plus à la chambre. Elle est pourvue d’un mini frigo, d’une cafetière, bouilloire (dosettes, sachets de thé et bouteilles d’eau réapprovisionnés tous les jours), de nombreux rangements (placards, tiroirs). Le personnel de chambre est également très professionnel et souriant. On s’y sent comme à la maison, la qualité de la literie n’y étant pas étrangère. J’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir. -

Brent (9/5): Don't hesitate if this hotel is on your short list! - The front staff were super nice, attentive, helpful, and went beyond their normal responsibilities to help us. The door men added to the feeling of security and were always helpful, especially Anthony who went out of his way to carry our bags to the taxi he called for us. The hotel is in a great location that felt pretty safe and had great restaurants and food carts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a liquor store and 7/11 a 4 min walk away. It's near the Flatiron building and a nice park where we listened to some jazz one sunny afternoon. There is access to subways, but we mostly took a taxi everywhere because we were with elderly people. It was a quick taxi ride to most of the jazz clubs we visited. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff replenished everything we wanted really quickly. Frankly their service was better than many 5 star hotels. I had a Zoom meeting and the little loft area in the lobby was perfect. Wifi isn't the best at the hotel, but my Zoom meeting didn't glitch once. New York is expensive. We spent $400 per room per night. For that much money in Japan you can stay in a suite at the Hyatt or W Osaka hotel. It's not the hotel's fault. I'm using this section to say that I'm judging the hotel on it's price relative to other hotels in New York - not in the world. So when I label the hotel as "wonderful" I don't mean wonderful for the price. I mean wonderful for the price compared to other hotels we looked at in New York. It wasn't good value in general - it was good value for New York.

431sar_nd (10/5): Will definitely stay again, 5 stars!! - We stayed at broadway plaza for 7 nights, the hotel was in a perfect location, our room was spacious, clean and stocked everyday with all your essentials. All the staff were super friendly, and have to give a shout out to Anthony at the entrance who ordered us our taxi to the airport and helped with all our luggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on travelling to NY

843liami (10/5): Great stay with amazing staff and perfect location - recently stayed at Broadway Plaza Hotel with my partner and had a really positive experience overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On our first night, the team even offered us the option to switch rooms in case the noise was an issue, which we really appreciated. We were advised that rooms can get smaller on higher floors, but when we moved from the 3rd floor to the 8th floor, there wasn’t much difference in size. The room was still comfortable and a good size—and as a bonus, we had a great view of the Empire State Building. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Another highlight was how accommodating the staff were on our last day—they allowed us to store our bags and even let us charge our phones before heading to the airport, which made things so much easier. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful service and a fantastic location. I’d definitely recommend it!
davidwI4164OX (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting NYC. - We stayed at the Broadway Plaza Hotel during the second week of March 2026 for quick spring break trip. We have five people in our family so finding a hotel that will accommodate us is often challenging. Our room at the hotel was relatively large for NYC standards. It had two king beds and a sofa bed which was perfect for our family. The location was great with easy access to the Subway which made everything we wanted to do during our trip just minutes away. The true gem of the Hotel though is the staff. From the moment we walked in through our entire stay they were wonderful. The only downside is the hotel doesn’t have food service or a bar but since you’re in NYC those options are basically around every corner including several options near the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and I suggest you do to.

beaniee93 (10/5): Look no further…you’ve found your NYC hotel! - What an incredible hotel that made such a good base for our pre-Christmas trip to NYC. It couldn’t be in a better location, on a ‘nice’ quiet-ish street with subway stations (and a Starbucks!) a stones throw away. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are a really decent size for a city centre hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that would make it even better would be a hotel bar, but you’re so close to Nubeluz etc. it’s not too much of an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

jefftU6210ZY (10/5): All Class - We just left the hotel and had a perfect experience. From the moment we got there, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They got us checked into our room early and always greeted us with a smile every time we left the hotel or came back. On the day we checked out we left our bags for the day as we were taking a late train at night back home. The employee at the front desk, Junior, was extremely kind and instantly offered us the bathroom key in the lobby and promptly grabbed our bags and offered us waters for the road. Truly a great way to end a great experience. We will be back next year!

The reception team were lovely and always smiling. The room was beautifully presented. Large room(602) and spacious. Super comfy bed, great wifi, hot shower and spacious bathroom. Great midtown location with TS about 10 mins walk. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Hotel is in a perfect location to visit all the attractions in Manhattan; easy walk to Empire State Building, Rockefeller, Grand Central, Times Square and easy access to public transportation to visit the farther ones as 911, Brooklyn Bridge and Central Park. The room was big, clean, bed comfortable. We really enjoyed this hotel. The only thing that bothered us was the noise early in the morning from the cleaning crews using power washers at the restaurants below on Broadway.

We were in NYC to celebrate our friendship and this hotel’s accommodation and friendly staff made the trip even more special! Also, the location was fantastic! We had a bathroom issues on the last night of the stay but the front desk manager, mr Gonzalez took care of it right away. We were very impressed with his professionalism! omarshariff (10/5): Will definitely return. Great NYC value and location. - Where to begin? I’ll start with the friendly and accommodating staff. I meant to write down names, and I’m sorry I didn’t, but Junior stood out as well as the doormen & concierge. Housekeeeping staff was also very responsive. We found the location to be perfect with a subway stop just feet from the front door. The hotel fronts a pedestrian part of Broadway, and I don’t know what kind of windows they have, but it was so quiet: did not hear a single siren in six nights. Our room was large for New York and the two double (or queen?) beds were so comfortable and the linens were upscale. The bathroom was small but spotless & equipped with toiletries & plenty of towels. Bottled water and Nespresso coffee pods were replaced daily. The Smith restaurant right across the street was comfortable with tasty food and drinks. The Grey Dog, 2 short blocks away, was great for breakfast and more casual dining with friendly staff. Thank you, Broadway Plaza staff for a PERFECT stay. I can’t wait to return.
