Each and every staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant options were amazing as were all of the on-site amenities. The classic luxury and overall hospitality was impeccable.

Marine (7/5): I had high expectations which were not met. - the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is very good. the set out of the bedroom, especially the bathroom. Worst shower I have experienced in all my hotel stays. No attention in the room for the guests. Coffee machine and kettle on request only, which is not mentioned on check in.

When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall.

William (3/5): Bad. Should not have had to live on top of a construction zone. - Good location They are currently doing major renovation on the first floor of the property. Our room was right above the renovation and all day long there was sanding, hammering and jackhammering. It was really terrible since we were trying to sleep because of jet lag. They should not rent out those rooms because of the noise. They are uninhabitable. I would recommend calling to see if the renovation is still going on and I would not stay there if they say yes. We could hear it all the way out in reception. Really terrible job by management to be selling those rooms, in particular at such a high rate. Won’t stay here again. Lots of nice hotels in Mayfair.

The food was amazing in the Connught Grill and the Red Room was such a nice chilled private bar! Breakfast was also 10/10 oh and the bed was one of the best we’ve ever slept in! A bit too dark!
