townby (10/5): Great, cozy hotel just off the Main area of Champs Elysees. Good for walking. - Very nice boutique hotel. 37 total rooms. The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff took exceptional care of us. Food at breakfast was good and we ate at the Thai restaurant for dinner one night. It too was good. The rooms were cozy and clean, not overdone. The hotel is 2 blocks away from Champs Elysees. Two very, very small items that I would say could use adjustment; the shower could use a shelf or dish to hold a ladies razor or similar (per my wife) and our minibar was restocked with decaf only, not regular coffee. Not a huge deal but just worth noting. Otherwise fantastic.

461georgeo (10/5): Exceptional - I recently spent 3 nights at the Hotel over New Years Eve I have been fortunate to have stayed at some very nice Hotels, and must say I was really impressed with my stay at the Norman Hotel. The location is excellent, it is with 100 meters of the Arc De Thriomphe and the Avenue Champs-Élysées The rooms very exemplary and really spacious, the Hotel upgraded us to a Corner Suite which. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, they could not do enough for us Breakfast was very good, again the staff went out of their way to ensure we had all that we needed The Porter, Anais, was incredibly helpful I really have no bad words, and if we visit Paris again, there is only one Hotel for us now, Norman Paris Hotel & Spa

rosdruceevanson (8/5): A mixed bag of experiences! - We recently stayed in a different hotel, Hotel Norman, for our annual trip. We were traveling in November and this was the only hotel available to us using Hilton Honors points. ( Something odd is happening with Hilton properties in Paris. It is almost impossible to find hotels that are not listed as sold out. It doesn’t matter what dates you put in. You are steered towards paying Euros, and even then the room availability is practically zero. Diamond guarantee is offered, which seems to lock in a reservation, but prevents those of us who support Hilton and want to use our points from doing so. I have yet to get to the bottom of this, stay tuned!) Hotel Norman is in the SLH group.( Small luxury hotels) that was recently acquired by Hilton. There are less than 40 rooms total. We were excited to stay in a different property, but upon check in, which has only one person at the front desk, so you must wait until your turn is available, we were met with some confusion regarding our upgrade upon availability. We were there for 8 nights, but the best they could offer was an upgrade for 4 nights and then back to our original room. We accepted. The upgrade was very nice, but the room itself had many dings and gouges on the walls presumably made from previous guests,some visible water damage from the roof , stains and rings on the console that held the coffee maker,and a very modern vibe with almost no hanging space for any larger clothing items. Not very luxurious! We were unable to access the spa at any time. It was always locked and no one appeared to know what was going on or explain to us why. Clearly, an 8 night stay is a luxury, but this hotel is not really built to accommodate actual luggage and its contents that you need for that length of stay. It seems to invite travelers and business guests who are on a 1-2 night stay. A couple of shelves and a hanging rack were the only means of unpacking. For 2. Challenging. Breakfast was included and we were looked after by the breakfast staff with great care. When we had to return to our original room after the 4th upgrade night, we discovered that there was a problem with the electrical lights, and so, once more, we were moved. I felt some sympathy for the staff, who were trying to handle all this, but we also had to move twice and that was a bit of an issue.It would have been better to have stayed in our upgrade for the entire 8 nights. Still, overall, the management were very professional and pleasant and they did their best. It all worked out, with a few deep breaths on our part. Personally, I temper any expectations when visiting Paris, (this was our 26th visit) because we do understand space limitations and all that entails with visiting, but the Hotel Norman has a few wrinkles to iron out still. We are hopeful that this review is shared to management, and that they understand our concerns.

Georgia (10/5): Everything was a 10/10 and we cannot wait to return! - The staff was amazing, lobby, restaurant, and room were all gorgeous and the location is incredible. Upon checking in the staff accommodated an early check-in and really made us feel special for our anniversary with a room upgrade and complementary glass of champagne at the bar. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast being brought to our room at a specific time every morning was a game changer. We also were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating with a crib and unexpected room cleanings when our little one made some messes. Really impressed with this as, not every hotel is welcoming and friendly to babies and children.

There is no dressing cabinet, and the bathroom is separated from the area with the washer and the rest of the facilities. C5977TQjoshs (10/5): Conveniently located small luxury hotel with a helpful staff - Very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights after arriving Pairs by train. We traveled from the train station by Uber which works well in Paris and no problem getting rides back to the hotel if needed. In contrast, we found it easiest to have the hotel call for taxi when we traveled from the hotel to venue or back to the train station. For some odd reason the taxies got to the hotel very quick and the prices were competitive. The hotel is conveniently located just a few bocks off the Champs-Élysées, so just a few minutes walk from nice shops and a good range of restaurants. The hotel staff is very attentive. Shout out to Leo who handled our check in, showed us to our room snd recommended good restaurants. Other staff members were also helpful and very nice as well. The hotel is part of the SLH or small luxury hotel group which is with-in the Hilton Honors program. If a traveler has Hilton Diamond status then breakfast will be covered. The hotel has a nice dining area and also a lobby bar that is well appointed. We were lucky and scored an upgrade to a suite that had a nice sitting area and bedroom area with a moveable partition. The room also had a balcony. the room was very nice and immaculate. Given location and service quality, room costs may seem high, but like the other Hilton perks mentioned, this may be a good place to use Hilton points. We were very lucky since Hilton was running a 1/2 price special to buy points a few months before our trip. For this location, and several other Hilton properties across France and The Netherlands, the math worked out that use of points, including purchasing added discounted points, in some cases, was economically attractive and worth looking into for each individual case, especially for the higher end properties, when planning a trip.

Pamsoloadventurer (10/5): Loved staying here - Beautiful hotel. The rooms are so comfortable. I had two nights there. I walked to the main street and did a little shopping and sightseeing. Marie the Concierge helped me get my ticket for the TooTBus. She was extremely helpful my entire stay. Ibrahim (not sure of spelling) was the night clerk, and I had some nice conversations with him. I had to check out at the hotel very early and he made sure I was right on my schedule for leaving. I highly recommend this Hotel. I would definitely stay there again..

ilangl2023 (10/5): Norman paris - We were truly happy to spend five nights at this lovely, modern hotel near the Arc de Triomphe. The location is perfect — with easy access to many major attractions — and every member of the staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We were traveling with our child, and we are deeply grateful to the hotel for accommodating us so thoughtfully as a family. Our room had large windows that could be fully opened, allowing for great ventilation, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping was especially professional, and the nightly turndown service was excellent. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the option to enjoy it in the room made it even more convenient. I will never forget the delicious croissants — truly unforgettable! We’d also like to sincerely thank the female staff member with a bob haircut who welcomed us so warmly each morning — her kindness really stood out. If we return to Paris, this is definitely the hotel we’ll stay at again.

ioolie (10/5): Loved this small welcoming hotel - We stayed at this lovely hotel for the last 2 nights of our 2 week trip to France. We loved it. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival (without asking) that was spacious and so comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking Rue Balzac. Breakfast (incuded with the room) was delicious. The hotel is very well-located just a 5 minute walk from the Georges V metro stop on the Champs Elysees. We particularly appreciated Francis at the concierge desk, and Tom in the restaurant, who were both incredibly friendly, nice and professional. Will definitely stay here again!

nhesterk (8/5): Good hotel - Good location for tourist. Very professional reception team. however there is only one lift share with everyone including staff. Also had lunch at the restaurant and the gentleman didn’t inform me one of the dishes is not available until I order it. He wasn’t very welcoming (playing his phone) when I was trying to get a seat. Room is nice - however a bit weak in light with a desk that’s not designed for work. Small gym as well - only have free weights. Nice it has a spa but it could get busy.

heatherhK2247GP (10/5): Friendly Luxury! - I was so impressed by this hotel. The service, bartender, room…all of it was top notch. Special shout out to Francis at the front desk who was informative and friendly and used umbrellas to get us into our taxi while it was pouring rain. He gave us advice on how much time we needed to get to different areas in the city and he asked about our adventures when we returned. Francis made us feel like we were regulars. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The room was excellent with all the comforts one could ask for: a comfortable bed, fantastic climate control, and for a tea drinker like myself, a wonderful high-tech kettle. Everyone on staff was kind, particularly Francis at reception. I would love to stay here again, a quiet gem just behind the city’s most famous avenue.

axil23 (6/5): Nice hotel but I wouldn't stay again. - Firstly, the good aspects of the hotel are its newly renovated location and friendly staff. It’s conveniently situated just a minute’s walk from the Champs-Élysées, and the small boutique hotel atmosphere ensures a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast policy. The included breakfast is limited to a continental spread, and any additional items require an extra charge. We were only provided with a bread basket, small yogurt, juice, and coffee. I’ve had better breakfasts at hotels that cost significantly less than this one. To make matters worse, ordering a second cup of coffee is also an additional charge. The menu only allows you to order one of each item, which is unacceptable for a hotel that charges 800 EUR per night. It’s simply not fair to charge extra for basic amenities like coffee. Considering the cost of providing a second cup of coffee, which would have been minimal, it would have been reasonable to increase the room rate to 805 EUR and offer unlimited coffee at breakfast. This simple change would have made the experience much more enjoyable and justified the higher price point. Unfortunately, the hotel’s decision to nickel and dime customers after charging such a high price has left me with a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would not be willing to pay the price again.

Napanut (10/5): Paris Retreat - Very impressed with this hotel and staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed with dark finishes which my husband appreciated. I booked a cozy room which is a bit on the smaller side but very comfortable. If you want a lounge area and terrace book the upgrade. As a diamond member I wasn’t offered an upgrade which was disappointing especially when I was told “unfortunately no” and a single guest checked in after my husband and I , and was offered an upgrade for free . I was nosey and asked if he was a diamond member and be said he nope, he’s a Marriott guy and had just booked this 5 min ago on Expedia.. hmm ok. Either way yes, this hotel is gorgeous the bar is great. The bellman are extremely courteous and helpful. I would stay here again .
