There had clearly been a water line break or something because they had fans going on the carpet and had clearly sprayed something to try and mask the smell. Then you informed about it in the confirmation email. It's was hidden until we go it; $25 per night was too much. Show it before making the reservation!!!

En ciertos horarios suele haber bastante gente y puede ser difícil encontrar mesa, pero llegando temprano la experiencia es mucho más tranquila y cómoda. Por las noches se ecucha ruidosi hay gente en los pasillos o cuando llegan las habitaciones conjuntas.
- Rita de Cassia (8/5): - Eu achei excelente a localização do hotel, SUPER perto dos parques da Disney ( entre 10/15m na média). Além de estar cercado por restaurantes super legais, um deles fica exatamente atrás do hotel, o Golden Corral ( buffet de valor único e à vontade). Além de ser perto do Walmart, Outlet Vineland e Disney Springs. Inclusive, eles oferecem transfer gratuitos de ida e volta para os parques da Disney, Vineland Outlet e Disney Spring. Basta agendar via QRCode 24 horas antes, são super pontuais. O hotel concede um crédito de 5 dólares para usarmos no mini-mercado ao lado da recepção, e todos os dias usamos ele. A tarifa possui café da manhã, super básico, mas, atende. Como ficamos somente 4 dias tudo correu bem, mas, acredito que para hospedagens longas tornaria um pouco massante. Mas, sempre tínhamos frutas ( banana e maçã), pão, bagel, café, leite, iogurte, muffind e o famoso waffle do Mickey. Talvez para o paladar brasileiro, sentimos falta de mais frutas e tipos de bolos por exemplo. O hotel fica em uma Vila com mais dois outros hotéis da rede, e achei isso muito legal. Os quartos são espaçosos e atendem perfeitamente, no quarto que ficamos tinha um microondas disponível. Além de ferro, tábua, gelo no corredor e café na recepção. Considerando o valor pago versus as entregas, achei perfeito para um casal. Pontos de melhoria: disponibilizar serviço de transferência antes das 09h da manhã, já que é melhor chegarmos cedo nos parques. Ex: o primeiro ônibus sair 07:30, seria maravilhoso.

- sabine (9/5): Wir hatten Spaß waren viel Shoppen. - Das Hotel liegt Zentral zu allen Outlets und 6 min zum Disney Springs . Frühstück war ok. Personal sehr nett. Leider kein Kaffee oder Wasser bei Ankunft, was sehr schade war, ich kenne kein Hotel wo es im Empfangsbereich kein Kaffee oder Wasser gibt.in der 2.Nacht gab es von 23 Uhr bis 6 Uhr kein Wasser im Hotel, war angekündigt aber nicht so toll bei 3 Personen im Zimmer . Leider war ein Fehler passiert bei der Reparatur so das bis 8.30 kein Wasser da war . Man kann sich denken wie alle Toiletten aussahen . Es war nicht so toll !!! Leider kam keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels was nicht so toll war .

- Johnson (8/5): Overall it was a great experience. - breakfast was well stocked up until the very last minute. Did have lots of seating inside. Optional to sit outside if during the busy hour there was few seating available. Wi-Fi did not work after my second day, for internet tv like Netflix and prime ect. Power went out once but did come back on a few minutes later.

No hay nada alrededor, servicio del personal malo. - Camas cómodas y tamaño de la habitación adecuado, que hay unos restaurantes cerca para comer (no son del hotel), y que ofrece transporte (limitado y grosero) a disney. Nunca pude tomar el autobus de los outlets tampoco te explican como hacerlo. Poco que destacar por el precio que cobran. Las habitaciones no estan bien aisladas, se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo, es molesto en la noche. El desayuno fue muy malo, de mala calidad y lo mismo siempre, el cafe asqueroso. El personal no es nada amable, hacen el minimo esfuerzo. La alberca no esta climatizada (habia mal tiempo cuando fui en mayo y estaba muy fria) y hay gente tomando alcohol y comiendo dentro de la alberca y jacuzzi cuando se supone esta prohibido, el personal no hace nada para impedirlo. Ofrecen servicio de transporte a disney y outlet, este ultimo parece que no es cierto. Cobran un resort fee adicional a lo ya pagado. Lejos de todo, no hay ni una farmacia cerca, ni para comprar bebidas o algo que no sea del hotel. Destaca negativamente la mala actitud de la mayoría del personal.

Al principio estuvimos en una habitación con mucho ruido porque estaba al lado del ascensor, pero hablamos al front desk y nos cambiaron de habitación . La comida muy rica! - Lucas (8/5): - O tamanho do quarto era bastante confortável, a iluminação podia ser melhor. Possui uma grande área de estacionamento e shuttle para os parques da disney. Funcionários agradáveis e ainda disponibilizam um voucher de 5 dólares para usar na loja do hotel. Achei pena não incluir shuttles para os parques da universal. Os horários dos shuttles também não são os melhores, pelo menos os de regressso. Havia alguns barulhos no quarto que podem incomodar quem tem o sono leve (frigorífico a fazer barulho, o ac mesmo desligado também fazia).

Me cobraron 3 veces en mi tarjeta d crédito por la estadía y un mes después luego de no tener respuesta del hotel estoy gestionando a través de booking y esperando la devolución. Le expliqué varias veces al personal que mi pago fue hecho al momento de reservar pero insistían en cargar la estadía a mi tarjeta

- Jose (10/5): Excelente en general. Lo único que deberían es sumar el estacionamiento al costo por noche. En vez de cobrar por separad - Me encantó Que me cobrarán el estacionamiento
- Milay (9/5): - El staff y el desayuno maravilloso. El colchon de dormir y las almuadas suoer comodas. Bueno. En la abitacion se siente un poquito como a humedad, por el tema de la alfrombra del piso. Otra cosa, te cobran $25 extra todos los dias de parqueo.

Beds and pillows were comfortable AC super cold and could not set up desired temperature. My daughter got sick. More people needed on reception. We were unlucky that we didn´t have water in our bathroom for a while after Saturday tournament, when needed

- cecilia (7/5): - La ubicación y el compleho en sí (Marriot Village) son muy buenos. También que tenga servicio de traslado, aunque sean pocas frecuencias, a los parques Disney, y al Outlet. La habitación familiar tiene buen tamaño. Y tener el desayuno incluido, los waffles de Mickey lo mejor. Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación familiar (reservada meses antes) disponible, por lo que la primer noche tuvimos que instalarnos en una habitación mas chica. Y lo que no me gustó nada, esta vez, es que bo tiene ventilación natural las habitaciones, las ventanas no se abren, y aunque tiene equipo de aire, se siente feo olor, supongo de no ventilarse bien y tener los pisos con moquete (que no es tan higienico).

- Karla (7/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Outlets didn’t work, not all elevators worked and signs not posted on it. Staff didn’t tell customers what doors couldn’t be used or that elevator was not working.
