• Maryna (8/5): Very convenient apartment in central London - The apartment is very quiet and perfectly located. Great restaurants nearby. It has everything you need for a short stay. The coffee machine, tea, milk and water (still and sparkling) were great as a "welcome gift". The apartment looks a bit different than on the pictures. The furniture and walls need a bit of a refresh.

The images in the online ads showed the property as being a little more glossy and glitzy. - maybe taken immediately after refurb a few years ago? Whilst not misleading, it was slightly less luxurious than expected. Our apartment was on the 5th floor - quite a trek up stairs as no lift. It was fine, but if we had any health/heart issues, this might have been an unexpected issue.

• sstirling2018 (8/5): Location, location, location! - The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. We definitely got our steps in. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was a little run down, not exactly as shown in pictures. Bathroom was also extremely compact. Also there is no lift so bare this in mind if you have heavy luggage.

The balcony is very narrow and overlooks behind the property so no view. You are situated in the heart of Mayfair and a 5 min walk away from Oxford Street. The shower is great - very powerful and the bed is very comfy. The biggest drawback for us was the stairs. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you. However, I'm sure you could request a lower floor although there would still be 2 flights of stairs to conquer. The staff and communication was exceptional.

The bedding and pillows were perfect, and nice large bath towels provided and a fabulous shower. Loved the coffee maker and having a filtered water pitcher was a nice touch. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). Could not ask for anything better. Nothing!

También plancha. Y hay un adaptador para enchufes europeos. A nosotros no nos importó, pero no tiene ascensor, por lo que si vas muy cargado o con movilidad reducida puede resultar algo más incómodo. La escalera es amplia y cómoda. Tal vez un par más de tacitas en el apartamento podrían poner.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back!

• sydneya965 (2/5): Avoid!! - So many things that let this place down: The wall in the lounge had black dirty marks on it, the sofa was dirty and so were the kitchen sides. The shower/bath had dirty marks on also. Wasn’t clear there would be no one to let us in, needed a passcode to get in and had to call them to find out what it was. There was no lift and on the 4th floor with 2 suitcases was a struggle! The hallways had dirty ‘put up’ beds on each floor. All in all, the general hygiene was very poor to the point we couldn’t stay there and ended up checking into another hotel around the corner. Don’t be fooled by the photos online!!!!

Street was noisy at times but this is central london. Great staff. 24 hour concierge did not answer at 7:45 in the morning. Only downside - there was a problem with the electrics. I woke up to no lights in bedroom ir bathroom. I would stay here afain.

• Roving01891179033 (8/5): Great location, fab room. - Great location, just off Regent Street, and fabulous room/suite? Everything was very clean, it was a very affordable suite for the price of a Premier Inn etc. So a no brainer for us. The one draw back was we were at the back of the building and so the lights from the office blocks and the constant noise of their generators, or whatever it was, kept us awake. We living in a dark, quite village, so maybe someone from London or a big city wouldn't mind? Our room really need double/triple glazing and proper black out curtains, not just a pull down blind.

• M&M London (8/5): Wonderful apartment in the heart of Regent Street - Lovely apartment right in the heart of Regent Street and Oxford Street area. Very cosy and lovely apartment. The staff were friendly and offered to carry our luggage up the 5 floors as there isn’t a life. It was very helpful as it would have been a real struggle as we also had a toddler. The flights of steps with no lift. Apartment was smaller than in the picture. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it looked much bigger on the photos.

Its a brothel promoting prostitution. The bathroom was dirty and the bedding was smelly. The whole apartment smelt like damp, couldn’t even breathe in there.

The kitchen and bathroom were both a good size, as were the bedrooms, with more generous sized living space. The location was superb, the apartment very clean and the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. There was no lift and the apartment was on the 5th floor. Also, the shower was slightly tricky.
• B0446 (10/5): London theatre trip - Loved the location, right in the heart if things. The Concierge/Reception was so helpful . We had an apartment for 3 couples, so 6 people. We all loved the apartment, it was clean and spacious would highly recommend & will save the info for future trips

• Nicole (9/5): Great location great staff heaps of space for central London and cooking facilities when wanting to stay in. Will - Spacious and great location. Fabulous flexible and helpful staff. Particularly with luggage five floors up! The stairs!!! But we knew about this in advance.
