Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden: Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und die Lage ist wirklich top. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bahn und Bus ist hervorragend. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keinen Fitness- oder Spa-Bereich. Für mich war das kein großes Problem, aber es könnte für Reisende, die Wert darauf legen, wichtig sein. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Housekeeping auf der fünften Etage – meine Etage wurde von Adile betreut, die ihre Arbeit wirklich ausgezeichnet gemacht hat. Sie war gründlich, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auf der zweiten Etage war meine Erfahrung leider nicht so gut. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin (Name unbekannt) wirkte genervt, wenn man um eine Zimmerreinigung bat, und die Sauberkeit war nicht auf demselben Niveau. Normalerweise gebe ich ungern negative Kommentare ab, aber in diesem Fall möchte ich es fairerweise erwähnen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber empfehlenswert – vor allem wegen der Lage, der Sauberkeit und des freundlichen Personals wie Adelaide.

• Havva (8/5): - Mein 1. Besuch in diesem Hotel, hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster kannte so was gar nicht. Würde das nächstes mal Zimmer ohne Fenster nicht nehmen. Zimmer sauber ein großes Lob an GÜLİZAR sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück nicht so abwechslungsreich aber ok. Die Lage ist ok auf die Hauptstraße müsste man bisschen bergauf gehen ca.5 Minuten. Ja,würde Preisleistung weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Hygiene und Ordnung gelegt wird. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I booked a superior room, but to my surprise, the room I received was noticeably smaller than others on the same floor—and significantly smaller than what was shown in the booking photos. When I brought this up with the front desk, the staff member informed me that the hotel has 55 rooms, each with a different size. I found this response quite unprofessional. I was expecting a more standardized experience, especially for a "superior" room category. It felt like a matter of luck—if you're fortunate, you might get a more spacious and comfortable room. Additionally, noise was a significant issue. My room was located next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator operating throughout the night. The lack of soundproofing made it worse, as even conversations in the hallway were clearly audible. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is quite convenient, and the price is reasonably fair for the area. However, the room size inconsistency and noise issues unfortunately overshadowed my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to provide a more consistent and restful experience for future guests.

• Enes (10/5): - I’ve spent a significant part of my life in hotels due to work, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s always a pleasure to return. The staff here are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are immaculate, which is particularly important to me as I suffer from a severe dust allergy. Even the slightest dust can cause me breathing issues, but here, I can breathe easily and sleep peacefully every night. The bathrooms are also spotless, and the rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s centrally located, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away, the Metrobus 9 minutes away, and Cevahir Mall only 5 minutes away. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city with ease. I’ve stayed here many times, and I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thank you for making every stay so wonderful!

The rooms are very small What I did not like about my stay in the hotel is that I was surprised that the double bed is not king standard size but queen size one. (Pictures on the booking site fool you) It accommodates a couple very narrowly at the tip In the event that you have a child, it is not must to provide a special bed for him by the hotel, as I asked them to provide it for my child, but they said that there are only two in the hotel and they are already busy with other guests.

I would have rated my stay as OK if we didn't face an issue with the A/C during our stay.. we have visited in April.. we couldn't turn on the AC as it was and central system and it was only used for heating.. we complaint to the hotel staff but they did not cooperate with us at all and claimed that this applies to all hotels in Istanbul at this period of the year (which is absolutely not true) because the weather is generally cold at this time of the year.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - i am from canada i and my partners we go to istanbul for work as well our family will come with us specially in summers. we been staying in titanic comfort in last 15 years as each trip we make to istanbul. officially is a 3 star hotel but in reality rooms and seevice is as 4 star hotel. the manegment is excelent as they make treat you as their own friend and staff will go out of thier way to make you feel at home. rooms are as i said 4 star hotel standard. no matter what time of day or night if we needed any thing even pass midnight just it takes 1 phone call to reception in few minutes you get what you asked for. staff are very friendly and always respecting guests. Mr savas the hotel manager is very kind person he iss always avilabel as well as his staff to help you he always greets you and always invtie you for tea or coffee. he always ask what you need and he will tell to hiss staff to get what yopu ask for. Mr selcuk is assistant manager he is always there to make you feel at home. even house keeping staff are excelent daily rooms are getting clean and fresh clean towels and beding daily been refresh. breakfast is excelent even fruit been serve in breakfast ands it is buffet. veriety of breakfast been serve. even guest are late for breakfast resturant manager Mr hakan will make a breakfast plate and you will no go on your day business with empty stomach. we are very pleased staying in titanic comfort and as long as we go to istanbul for work we will stay there.

• Herson (10/5): Better than some 4 stars hotels - The hotel is a smalll beautiful hotel. It's located in a very local part of the Şişli area of Istanbul. Şişli has to be one of Istanbul's best kept secrets. Great, safe and up beat neighborhood of Istanbul. Great for shopping, dinning and walking. It's only one Metro stop away from Taksim Square and 4 Metro stops away from Sultanamed. The hotel is clean, safe, the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive.
