• Cathy (9/5): - Completing our check in at our room was smooth, and we appreciated not having to wait at reception. All the staff were very helpful. Transfers were completed with ease and no fuss. (In the future could you greet arriving visitors at the flight gate? This was part of the Raffles Hotel, Singapore procedure with transfer from the airport.) We had a wonderful stay Thank you. Limited awareness of lactose intolerant visitors. Which are at least 5% of the general population. The Gand Hotel in Taipei does cater for us and has a selection of savoury and sweets made with lactose free dairy. E.g. Creme brulee

• Colin (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in the Peninsula, Hong Kong. - This is a very well organised hotel with friendly, polite and competent staff. The location is very convenient near to the Star ferry at the bottom of Nathan Road. Felix is a great place for a night-cap before bed. The lobby is a special place to go for breakfast. I didn't get the chance try lhe lobby for lunch or tea but will try to find the time for that on my next visit. Gaddis had excellent food with very professional staff and had the nice touch of a live band over dinner.

Location suits exploring the area on foot. The breakfast was exceptional, very fresh, wide variety. Pool and steam/sauna facilities also exceptional. Mattress a bit lumpy.

• TOMOKO (9/5): ラグジュアリー - 全体的にに素敵でした。 デラックス ハーバービュー キングルーム に3人で泊まる予定で事前にエキストラベッド含む3台のベッドをお願いしていたにもかかわらず、3時にチェックインしようとするとフロントの女性から今から用意するから外出したらどうかと言われました。用意ができたら携帯に電話すると言われていたのですが、電話はかかって来ず、1時間後にフロントに行くとはじめと違う人が慌ててチェックインしてくれました。それ以外は素敵なホテルでした。
• Janet (10/5): A perfect stay in a historic setting. - An historic property with modern rooms and excellent service. I splurged and got a Rolls Royce to take us from the cruise port to the hotel and it was everything I hoped it would be. Getting met at the door and escorted to the room for check-in was marvellous. The agent spent 15 minutes with us completing formalities, explaining amenities and making meal reservations. The room was perfect.

• Alex (10/5): Fabulous, way beyond expectations. - Everything is perfect, the staff is amiable and the building is gorgeous. Breakfast could be significantly improved. Feels somewhat bland and almost everything has shrimps in it, and I am severely allergic to it. Even the options that didn’t have shrimps in the first day, had them towards the end.

• Jane (10/5): Great stay. We would visit again. - The Pennisula is truely a 5 star hotel. Other hotels may claim to be and fall short of expectations. This hotel delivered first class quality,. However you do pay for it! We requested another drink in the Felix bar at 22.30hrs, to be told that this was not available. last orders had just passed. We understood the bar shut at 23.00hrs, so were surprised to be told we could not have another drink. Also the 'small eats' in the Felix bar were disappointing and chairs seem cheap. Other wise the view made up for it!

• MOSHE (2/5): מאכזב - המחיר יקר ביחס לתמורה יחס משפיל !! אנו מאוכזבים מבוקינג קום ומהמלון !!!! בגלל תקלה טכנית של המטוס הגענו במקום ב 29 לפברואר הגענו ב 30 לפברואר כלומר לילה אחרי. למרות שמסרנו למלון על האיחור בגלל התקלה של המטוס המלון לא היה מוכן לזכות אותנו בלילה הראשון וחייב אותנו בלילה ב כ 1500 דולר המלון שלח אותנו לבוקינג קום שבוקינג קום יטפל ויפתור את הבעיה שלנו ואתם בוקינג קום לא עניתם לנו המלון רמז שאם היינו עושים הזמנה ישירות היה אפשר לטפל בנו דבר שנתן לי מחשבה לעתיד בהזמנות הבאות שלי אולי עדיף ישירות עם המלון החזיקו אותנו בקבלה בהגעה ובעזיבה זמן ממושך ורק נתנו לנו הסברים ושיעורי תיירות דורש את טיפול בוקינג קום שנקבל זיכוי על הלילה שלא היינו !! משה מנו
