Qualität und Dareichung im teuren Bereich nicht angemessen. Zimmergrösse war u.E. nicht 34 qm wie bezahlt - mit ca. 29 qm.

It was quite loud from about 10am to 10pm at night. We were 27 floors up and you could still here music. Before booking check to see if there are any events being held. This impacted our stay as metro lines and surrounding areas were at capacity and made it hard to leave the area to get meals

- chibicha (10/5): - 2日間の東京ドームライブに参戦するために利用させてもらいました。 シングルルームを予約してたんですが、シングルルームが足りなく値段そのままでツインルームに変更されてました。 自動チェックインだったので間違えはないと思いましたが1人でツインルームだった心配になり、フロントの方に確認させてもらいましたが、シングルの方が多いため変更されたと聞いて安心しました。 先に教えてもらえると良かったな、と思いました。 朝食も2日目の朝は和食でおかゆ選んで3日目はバイクングでいろんなもの選べてどちらも美味しかったです。

- KEIKO (2/5): また、宿泊したい。 - 清潔感 朝食 ルームメイキング従業員の方に 外国人だと思いますが とても、良い対応をしていただき 挨拶も、心地よかったです。 テレビのリモコンがなかった。 朝食場所で、上司らしき人が 外国人の従業員に 私の目の前で、叱り付けていたので 何の事情があるにせよ 客の前での行動ではないのかと。

- MIKA (5/5): 私はたまたまコンサートの為の滞在の人たちが利用する時間帯と被り、混雑に巻き込まれたので、それで疲れました。部屋は快適でした。 - 部屋はスペースもゆったりしていて、清潔で快適だった。 チェックインの事前登録はしていったが、チェックインまでの待ち時間が40分ぐらいと非常に長かった。待つ椅子もとても少ない。 エレベーターに乗るまでの混雑もひどく部屋に上がるのにだいぶ待つ。
- Yuting (9/5): 交通位置很好，去哪都方便，飯店乾淨整潔很舒服 - 交通方便，飯店周邊很熱鬧，飯店裡有便利商店，一樓有咖啡廳，營業時間長，退房後出去回來還可以在這邊小作休息再離開。另外工作人員人很好，協助安排房間，所以可以不用再另外移動一次，整體體驗感佳👏
- Emi (9/5): - Nos encantó todo, el personal fue muy amable, todo muy limpio y amplio, silencioso, vistas maravillosas... había obras en el edificio y nos pusieron un papel en la habitación disculpándose por si se escuchaba algún ruido, pero para nada, todo silencioso, la ubicación maravillosa, volveremos sin duda! No nos gustó irnos jajaja Por poner una pega, a la hora de hacer check-in, debes hacerlo tú mismo, y quién no sepa inglés o japonés puede ser algo lioso, pero no pasa nada porque hay personal que te ayuda!

- Serge (7/5): Pas térrible pour le prix - La chambre était spacieuce et bien équipé sans plus. De la moquette partout et viellote et sentait pas bon dans la sale de bain. Localisation pas top 2 à 3 changement pour aller vers d'autres lieux pas très pratique. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais.
- Silviana Sollima (10/5): - L'hôtel est majestueux. Position centrale dans un quartier calme le soir, très proche de plusieurs métros et trains. Le personnel est discret mais entièrement disponible si besoin. La chambre était très spacieuse et la vue à couper le souffle. On a même pu voir le mont Fuji. Difficile de partir.

- ADAM (10/5): - Great staff, great room, great value. Can't believe I have ever stayed anywhere else when I am in Tokyo. Other properties that match this level are 2x as expensive. If you are trying to decide between a cheaper place, here, or staying at somewhere very upscale -> I honestly think it is worth just staying here. You get most of the quality of a 'better' place for 40% of the price. I will be back. Thanks. Some wifi issues, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff they gave me some wifi brick within 2 minutes of calling. It worked perfectly well, but I only had a day or two left of my 10 day stay. The beds did not seem the best to me, but who knows... that may just be a 'me' problem.

- Anna (10/5): Exceeded all expectations - Amazing hotel I would easy give it 5 stars. Great location near everything, Tokyo Dome with restaurants and shops 1 min walk, taxi available just at hotel door 24/7, which is very convenient. Cleaning every day and all staff very pleasant. All facilities available you could ever think of, restaurants, very easy automated check in and check out. There is absolutely nothing to dislike.
