Donna (9/5): Lovely hotel, in a good location for Milano centrale - The room was lovely, on the fifth floor with a balcony and a view over surrounding buildings. Breakfast was also good and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. I could have rung reception for a kettle but was tired after a long flight and just would have loved a cup of tea as soon as I arrived.

I find it quite a nice and hustle and bustle around. The room was quiet too. I don’t like the AC that turns on and off very two seconds kept me awake all night long. I asked the front desk to no avail so around in the morning time I just turned it off so that I could catch some sleep.

Il y a un grand choix de restaurants aux alentours et le quartier est calme. Privilégiez une chambre côté intérieur car le passage des trams dans la rue peuvent gêner un peu. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un grand choix et frais. Le personnel a été très accueillant et agréable. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas comme nous aurions voulu car il a fait frais pendant notre séjour et nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus chaud.

Ramatis Haywanon (10/5): Lugar perfeito para uma estadia romântica - Atendimento excelente, ambiente histórico e bonito, café da manhã muito bom e localização central. Além de tudo, ainda um restaurante Michelin com bons preços, considerando Veneza.

Maria Luisa (5/5): Breve soggiorno a Milano - Ottima posizione accanto alla stazione Centrale ed alla fermata della Metro. Camera nella media. Staff cordiale. La pulizia è risultata piuttosto carente. Abbiamo trovato delle unghie e dei capelli sul letto. Appena segnalato ci hanno cambiato stanza, disattivando pero' la card e lasciandoci al buio per qualche minuto. La pulizia e le modalita' di gestione dello staff andrebbe migliorata
