• Belinda (4/5): - Great location. Very close to airport coach drop off and the Luas. Right in centre of Dublin. The rooms were ridiculous. Ours was tiny. We had a twin room. The beds weren't even single size. They were narrow and so light that if you dared roll over (and miraculously didn't fall out of it), they moved across the room. The bathroom wasn't much better. The toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't get the paper of the loo roll holder, without maneuvering half off the toilet. There was no way to turn the shower on without soaking your head. The towels were tiny. The hotel gave you 2 tiny sachets of coffee for 2 people, no biscuits! The WiFi was intermittent so the tv didn't work because the signal kept going. And our view was of some bins! You would accept all this if it was a cheap hotel, but it wasn't!!

• Michał (7/5): Overall, a good hotel with helpful staff, in a somehow uneven location - Very helpful staff, very good coffee in the hotel cafe, location close to everyting. Overall clean, although the room was a but small. The hotel is located in a rough neighborhood. It is a very central location which feels completly safe during the day with tons of police around and the people just going about their business. However, later at night it transforms completely, infested with junkies and groups of teenagers looking for trouble.

El check-in fue muy rápido y sencillo a pesar de llegar a las 2 de la madrugada La ducha era fija y salpicaba por encima de la mampara mojando bastante tanto el suelo del baño como la zona del lavabo donde dejé objetos personales.

• Pernille (7/5): Sentrumsnært, rent og trygt. Jeg kunne valgt dette hotellet på nytt. - Veldig fin beliggenhet for å se ulike steder i sentrum av Dublin. Pent interiør, rent, hyggelig personale. Rolig, ikke noe støy fra gate eller andre rom. Det er en liten gym på hotellet, det var et pluss vi ikke hadde sett på forhånd. Frokosten er helt OK, men jeg ville satt pris på noe mer variasjon -for eksempel oppskåret frukt og grønnsaker. Vaskepersonalet kom inn på rommet vårt klokken 8 am første morgenen, og var generelt veldig ivrige etter å gjøre jobben sin. Måtte be dem komme tilbake flere ganger -skiltet med "Do not disturb" falt lett ned når vi hang det opp.

• Antonio (10/5): Amiamo Dublino e ritorneremo presto! - È stato un soggiorno molto bello. L’albergo, sebbene non centralissimo, si trova molto vicino al centro e ciò ha fatto sì che potessimo raggiungere le ns mete in pochissimo tempo e soprattutto a piedi. La camera, seppure ubicata al primo piano, ha soddisfatto pienamente le ns aspettative: spaziosa, moderna, luminosa. Il personale è sempre stato molto discreto, gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Ottima la colazione, molto ricca, una ricca colazione irlandese. La colazione dovrebbe essere un po’ più varia ma iè potrebbe migliorare l’offerta relativa alla colazione mediterranea. Nella ns camera mancava il frigorifero … peccato!

The young man on reception booked it for 9.30 PM which we discovered when the taxi didn’t show.
