- Kayla (1/5): Be aware you are only paying for the location and not a dreamy stay! - However the location is great for getting around the city with lots of shops and nice pubs near by. We recently went to LDN for a week and stayed at the Dreamtel in Kensington. Spoiler Alert: It wasn't dreamy at all! First things first the room was tiny as fuck. You could barely move around the room because it basically was just a bed. The second time we entered the bathroom we were greated by a giant cockroach. The floor boards were creeking, there was no fridge in the room, you couldn't open a window and also you couldn't access the balcony (for whatever reason...it was locked.) It was boiling hot in the room and you could hear it VERY loudly when people from the room above us were flushing the toilet. The bed was waaaay to small for two adults. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were wobbly and the shower had a plastic basin and also there was no toilet brush or ventilation system. The light in the enterance of our room was not working, you had to turn the main light (which was all different shades of white) off by the door at night, the bedside cabinets had glass tops that would slide around. They have a smart tv in the room...it's just VERY slow and you could watch netflix on it but it doesn't work (was all just connected to Amazon prime). Not sure if that's good or bad news or if I should just cry. Room service was ok but I guess that's the bare minimum. To top it all off there was a fire alarm at 11pm on our last night, because someone smoked in their room. Which is great when you're trying to catch some sleep because you have to go to the airport the next day. (NOT)

- Marika (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Lokalizacja obiektu świetna, bardzo blisko do metra i sklepów, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Było czysto, obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Nie było problemu żeby zostawić bagaż zarówno przed jak i po zameldowaniu. Dobra kawa i herbata w pokoju. Kilkukrotnie z niewiadomego powodu uruchomił się alarm, musieliśmy dzwonić na recepcję żeby upewnić się czy nic się nie dzieje. Na szczęście nie spaliśmy, więc nie stanowiło to bardzo dużego problemu, jednak jednego dnia było to dość późno (około 23:30) więc mógłby nas obudzić, bo normalnie o tej godzinie śpimy. Pokój był dość mały, gdybyśmy mieli duze walizki nie byłoby możliwości żeby je otworzyć. Łóżko na wysokości około metra, dla niskich osób może to stanowić problem, bo jako osoba z wzrostem 167 cm po całym dniu zwiedzania było mi ciężko żeby się wdrapać. Łazienka malutka. Suszarka w szufladzie w jednej z szafek, więc na początku nie mogłam jej znaleźć, dość stary egzemplarz, przy suszeniu było czuć spaleniznę. Wąskie korytarze, nie polecam dla osób, które mają problemy z poruszaniem się.

- Sherree (9/5): Easy to get to; central to all amenities; local to diverse eateries; comfortable; clean - The room had all of the facilities needed for a very comfy short stay. Cleanliness was superb, and the fact that there was air conditioning was a fantastic bonus! Staff were very polite. Would definitely recommend to others if travelling to an event at The Royal Albert Hall - just a short taxi ride away at a cost of £10. Great to be back at the hotel within minutes of finishing. Then followed a good nights sleep to cope with a long journey home to the Kent coast. I just could not get the TV to work, meaning the screen came on, but I was unable to get on to any channels (constantly telling me that "the programme that I wished to view wasn't available" (even though it was free channels, e.g. ITV, BBC, Channels 4/5 etc. Quite frustrating when my co-traveller was able to get her tv working immediately! There wasn't anyone at the reception desk to ask for help, so I gave up. This part made the few hours in between times, boring!

- Natalia (5/5): It was alright, but I hoped they could react faster to my problem. - It was in good location, breakfast was rather tasty. Rooms were looking good, but a bit small. My room had some bedbugs (as diagnosed later by a doctor i had to visit due to bites swelling and hurting), I talked with staff every day but they were only able to move me to other room after 3 nights of constant biting (I had over 50 bites all over me, face included). But I was able to get a part refund, which is good.

The bathroom door in the room didn’t close, the handle was broken. There was construction going on with the hotel set up right at the window so we had to have the curtains closed the entire time we were there as the scaffolding was set up against our window. This was not said to us when arriving, definitely worth mentioning. The hot tap didn’t work in the bathroom sink. You have to leave the shower running for at least 5 mins to get hot water

Tiene el metro a 2 minutos y muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El hotel en sí está genial. El primer día tuvimos un problema en el baño y nos lo solucionaron enseguida. Fueron muy atentos y las camas comodísimas. Repetiremos Los pasillos son una locura de puertas y parecía q te pierdes ya que el ascensor no llega hasta el ultimo piso.

- MURAT (8/5): Çok merkezi, bütçe dostu bir otel - Otel şehrin en merkezi ve nezih semtlerinden Earl's Court'da. Metro istasyonu yürüyerek 3 dakika uzaklıkta. Restore edilmiş tarihi bir binada. Heathrow Havalimanından Piccadilly hattına bindikten sonra 40 dakika da Earl's Court istasyonunda olabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca bu istasyondan District hattı da geçiyor. Bu iki hat sayesinde zaten Londra'da gezilebilecek yerlerin %80 ine ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Otel odaları ufak ancak fiyat olarak uygun. Odada tv klima var, buzdolabı yok. Kahvaltı biz Türklere göre zayıf ama karın doyurur. Odalar çok ufak ama zaten gezmeye geldiniz sadece uyumaya gelin. Bir diğer sıkıntı ( benim için sıkıntı değildi ) Metro otelin yakınından geçtiği için tren uğultusu duyulabiliyor. Otel yönetimi çok dürüstçe web sayfalarında bu konuda uyarı yapmış. Bu dürüstlükleri takdir edilir. Beni rahatsız eden bir uğultu değildi, uykumu engellemedi. Ancak uyku sorunu yaşayanlar, uykusu çok çok hafif olanlar bu durumu değerlendirmeliler.

- Joanne (8/5): My stay was as per my expectations - The position was good very close to subway and shops. Staff were pleasant. We were able to leave our bags there while we went to London. I left a bag at the desk and when I went back to find out if it had been handed in or someone had put it away, it was gone.

- Ken_Murphy (7/5): Fantastic location, but don't be expecting to host any parties in the room! - Best thing about the hotel was the location. Just off the main Earls Court road with a tube stop right at the top of the street, lots of places to eat, supermarkets, etc. There were complaints on this site about the noise of the tubes. I didn't really experience this other than a relatively quiet clacking sound every few minutes or so which didn't really bother me. Although if it was the middle of summer and you had the room windows open, then it could be a different matter. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. Certainly had no problems sleeping. The bed could have been better made up though as the fitted sheets moved constantly. The room, as mentioned on other reviews here, was tiny. So small, even opening the door and trying to walk through it if you had a small backpack on, was difficult. The bathroom was also pretty small with very little room to dry yourself off after a shower, which yes, was also on the small side. Although I am a big guy so your experiences may differ. Water heat and pressure were fine however. The controls for the heating were in a bizarre place, up very high on the wall almost at the ceiling, so you had to kneel or stand on the bed to reach them.

- Vera (8/5): Estadia de qualidade, com bom serviço e ótima localização. - Gostei de tudo, desde a receção, à limpeza e ao conforto da cama! A zona também é ótima, fica perto de tudo: metro, cafés, restaurantes e lojas. Poderiam verificar o aquecimento. No quarto onde fiquei hospedada, ele não estava a funcionar e, como a cidade é bastante fria, acaba por ser sempre necessário. Ainda assim, o quarto estava com uma temperatura agradável, mas para quem tem mais sensibilidade ao frio seria bom dar uma olhadela.

Really wish disposable bedroom slippers were given.... small gesture that goes a long way to make every guest's stay much more comfortable.

On face value the room looked adequate for what we paid and the location. Upon entering the bathroom, or should I say… cupboard. There was hardly room to swing a goldfish. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Think I had a total of 4 hours sleep. Maybe we had the worst room in the building. Oh and the hairdryer wiring looked dodgy.
