Der Früstückssaal ist der oben abgebildete und der Service ist so liebevoll. Das Frühstück geht auch bis 11am was schon mal für sich spricht. Das besondere ist das grosse Marmorbad (Zimmer 103). Ein Traum Alles perfekt. Ich weiss nicht, warum das Hotel nicht 5 Sterne hat.

J’ai moins aimé la literie un peu dure pour moi et le petit déjeuner que j’espérais plutôt buffet continental car je mange surtout salé/protéiné le matin et le jambon et jambon de dinde n’était pas terrible alors que les charcuteries italiennes sont d’habitude très bonnes. Les fruits super. Le service adorable. Mais peu de choix.

При обращении на ресепшн нам оперативно предоставили обогреватель, но есть ощущение, что он там должен быть постоянно, т.к. температура не поднимается даже при жаркой погоде на улице

- Dot321 (7/5): Handy for San Marco - The hotel is in a great location only a 8- 10 minute walk from St Marco. The interiors are ornate with plush furnishings and great canal views from the communal areas. The staff were very professional and helpful. We found it very hard to find plug sockets for charging laptops and phones etc. The AC was set and it led to a very warm room. Just don't open the windows, as we got eaten alive by Mosquitoes.

Our server was very attentive and made our mornings extra special (Roberta) When we first arrived they had us in a ground floor room, very pretty but for myself I have a very sensitive sense of smell , they were able to move us after two days to a second floor room and it was delightful.

- Emmanuel (9/5): Très agréable hôtel excellemment situé - Magnifique palazzo, joliment décoré, situé dans le quartier calme du Castello, mais proche des sites touristiques. Nous avons apprécié d'être surclassées dans une suite avec une très belle vue sur les canaux et une jolie salle de bain. Le personnel est très agréable, poli et très serviable, particulièrement les dames du petit déjeuner qui sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié, avec des produits de qualité et un service à la demande, ce que nous préférons nettement aux buffets. Nous avons aimé prendre le petit déjeuner dans l' ambiance très feutrée d'une salle magnifique. Une collation est également disponible en journée, ce qui est très sympa au retour des excursions. Nous avons découvert d'excellents restaurants à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons été étonnées de ne pas disposer d' un miroir grossissant lumineux dans la salle de bain, accessoire que nous apprécions particulièrement en tant que femmes. Sinon tout était parfait! Nous avons testé le restaurant et le bar suggérés par l'hôtel, faisant partie du groupe, et situés tout près. La cuisine proposée par le restaurant est bonne et raffinée, mais en habituées de la cuisine gastronomique, nous n'avons pas été éblouies. Quant au bar, si le barman était très sympathique, et nous a gentiment accueillies en nous précisant que nous ne pouvions pas rester longtemps, (ce qui n'était pas un problème puisque nous voulions juste prendre l'apéro et tester le restaurant en face) le patron par contre nous a clairement regardées de travers en disant au barman que nous n'avions rien à faire là! Comprenant très bien l'italien, nous avons été surprises de ce mauvais accueil. Heureusement, il y a plein d'autres endroits très accueillants!

El personal es muy amable, especialmente la persona que se encarga de los desayunos en el Palacio. El desayuno muy bueno. El hotel solo ocupa la primera planta del edificio y en la planta superior debe haber una vivienda. Desde nuestra habitación de oía bastante ruido.

- Andrea (10/5): - Perfekte Lage um Venedig zu erkunden, ruhige Ecke, aber trotzdem nur 5 Minuten bis zum Markusplatz, haben direkt beim Check-in ein Zimmer upgrade bekommen, aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, unglaublich bequeme Betten. Ich würde wieder buchen, ich kann das Hotel Palazzo Priuli auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The hotel is perfectly located very near St. Zacarria stop and within walking distance to must-visit places like Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Basilica, and the main shopping area. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning interiors that make the experience even more special. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, and we really appreciated the welcome drinks along with snacks available daily until 5pm. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience—highly recommended! Everything was good.
- Gabriela (7/5): Decent experience, room not great - The staff was really nice and helped us on multiple occasions. The breakfast is really good and in a beautiful room upstairs which we really liked. The staff who served breakfast is so nice and so quick, we really appreciated them! The location is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The 2 people room with a canal view actually had bars in the windows and was located next to a busy street which was inconsistent with what we expected based on the booking.com description. So the room was the biggest downside (loud and dark). Also, on the way from the airport to the hotel, the hotel booked us transportation and it was strange as it was a car taxi first followed by a water taxi which was unexpected because we’ve been to Venice multiple times and this was the first time that transportation was not handled entirely by a water taxi. Also, the reception hotel was located in a different hotel of a lower standard, so the first impression wasn’t very good because of strange transportation method followed by a reception that looked nothing like what was in photos followed by discovering that the room was next to a busy street and had bars in windows.

- Alakbar (10/5): Сплошной позитив. - Дворец или большая вилла 15 века, мало того что история в истории так еще и запах ладана, супер. Сухо и тепло, это важно в Венеции. Хороший завтрак, 5-8 минут от площади. Нет такого.

- Ekaterina (10/5): Роскошный отель, вкуснейший завтрак. - Расположение одно из лучших в Венеции. От вокзала можно добраться на водном автобусе до остановки и от неё буквально 5 минут пешком. Район очень тихий, туристов в марте было мало в отличие от других районов Венеции. Заселение проходит в соседнем здании, найти вход довольно просто. Потрясающий интерьер отеля, замечательный зал для завтрака. Также в проживание входит полдник: во время уборки номера можно угоститься просекко, лимонадами и десертами в общем зале. Завтрак просто шикарнейший, только ради него стоит остановиться в этом отеле.

Номер был чистый, прекрасный микс старины и современности. Не было запаха сырости. Локация хорошая. На ресепшене обслуживание небрежное, на отмашь, с высокомерием я бы сказала. На продление дали цену в два раза больше, чем на букинге. Я продлила через букинг. Ребятки на ресепшене не айс ни разу.

I stayed at Palazzo Priuli from March 6th to 8th and was given Room 107. What the hotel fails to mention is that this room is directly above a restaurant/bar with extremely loud music and constant noise from the terrace. At 21:30 the music was blasting, you could clearly hear people’s conversations, chairs scraping, tables moving — everything. Rest was absolutely impossible. I called to reception to complain, and although they said they would lower the volume, it was barely reduced. I had to call back a second time because the noise continued. I asked the receptionist to come up and listen to it herself. A staff member came to the room, acknowledged the noise, and then told me there was nothing she could do and that I simply had to “put up with it” until the bar closed at 23:00. This response is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 4 stars. The management showed no willingness to solve the problem, no respect for guests, and no understanding of what basic comfort means. The room is clearly not soundproofed, and selling it at this price is misleading at best. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel — and absolutely avoid Room 107. Poor management, zero noise control, and a total lack of guest care.
