Rhonda (9/5): Wonderful!! - Beautiful hotel. Great bar area. Cute ice cream cart in the lobby for free ice cream. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff super helpful. They'll order a taxi for you. Rooms were clean and the biggest room I've ever stayed in. We were able to walk to the Temple Bar area but it's a little out of the way. Super close to the zoo and busses and hop on hop off busses so it just depends on what you're looking for. Don't let the distance deter you, this is an amazing hotel!!

Moore (10/5): Excellent! - The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a delicious lunch in the bistro while waiting for our room and the wait staff there was great!!! It is a 5 minute walk from Central Station.

Will use again! - Went to Dublin for a concert at the 3Arena, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from Heuston and Museum Luas stop is 2 minutes in the opposite direction so it is perfectly placed on the Luas for the journey into the city and to the 3Arena. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only used the room and was impressed, didn't spend any other time in the hotel. They looked after our bags before check in and after checkout so that we could explore. 20 minute walk from the zoo also so great location! Quieter than expected in the hotel so a good rest was possible. Nothing

The only things I would mention were the position of the safe. Which was nearly on the floor, you had to go on your knees to access. Door man who greeted us on arrival, tho didnt speak simply opened the door didnt know where Guinness Factory was, which was surprising ! When we asked if we were within walking distance of Guiness Store door man didnt understand what we said. Simply shurugged his shoulders. Guinness poured at bar was done in less than 10-15secs. Awful. And disappointing for an Irish hotel so close to Guinness Store House, especially given the tourist interest in it. At breakfast no potato bread & again staff didnt know what we were talking about. This was our 4th stay in this hotel over the years but it has lost its spirit, could have been anywhere really. Restaurant food very poor we had to send food back twice plus table next to us also sent food back. Sad really it used to be a very good hotel.

Ferraro (9/5): - Vicinissimo alla stazione Heuston dove fa capolinea anche il bus 782 del Dublin Express (comodo per il trasferimento da e per aeroporto). Ci sono molte fermate di tram e autobus praticamente sotto l'hotel, ma se non avete paura di fare qualche passo in più, si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi la zona di Temple Bar. La colazione a buffet è ottima e molto varia. Comodissimo il servizio di deposito bagagli così come abbiamo apprezzato i distributori di acqua potabile al piano. Lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto a dare indicazioni utili e a soddisfare al meglio le richieste dei clienti. I bagni avrebbero bisogno di un lifting

Tina (10/5): Excellent - The location was fantastic , I got the bus to Hueston station from the airport and the hotel was across the road. The staff were lovely and helpful. We got an upgrade and our room was stunning. The food was delicious Nothing

Geraldine (10/5): Ashling Hotel was lovely, rooms cosy, tasty food, good service and great location. - Checkin was efficient and welcoming, room was cosy, breakfast was very nice, a lovely lady who welcomed us, selection was great, varied and food hot. Great location, walking distance to Heuston station (very close, just across the bridge from the hotel) and about 20 minutes to downtown. Lovely stroll along the Liffey to get into town and Luas tram car runs right in front, passes very frequently. Just across from the Guiness brewery too!

Niamh (7/5): Enjoyable and relaxing - We didn't have breakfast. I picked this hotel because of the location from the train station. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Wasn't happy that the 2 armchairs in the room were very threadbare. Didn't like using the plastic cups in the bathroom for the price we paid for the room.

jade (7/5): - Room was lovely and clean. Staff friendly. At breakfast the bacon was hard cold and over cooked and sausage was alittle under cooked.
Clair (7/5): - Lovely hotel, good housekeeping, good restaurant and food. Don't wish to tar all reception staff with the same brush, but pretty unhelpful at the desk when we checked in. Paid for upgrade and received the wrong room. Had to go back and sort it but no apology.
