• Ahmed1503 (9/5): Wonderful hotel, great location - Excellent facility, courteous staff, great location and wonderful breakfast. I'd definitely rebook this hotel if I visit Istanbul again. Some painting and structural maintenance is required.

Aunque este año no tenían hummus, el desayuno sigue siendo muy variado y bueno. Que a mi compañero de trabajo lo llamaran sobre las 23:30 (y media hora más tarde aparecieran en su habitación) para reclamar un error en el pago del restaurante, que además no era suyo. Considero que no son horas para molestar a los huéspedes y que esos temas se podrían solucionar por la mañana sin perturbar el descanso.

В номерах отсутствовали при заселении халаты, их нужно просить и на следующий день их забрали. Отель 5 звезд, а уровень сервиса тянет на среднюю тройку. Обратились с просьбой дать нам счет за проживание, они не понимают , как его сделать. Вообщем , если бы не расположение ( рядом с выставкой) ни когда бы там не проживала

• Ricci (8/5): Exhibition in Istanbul - Best option for the next door fair, it is a Business location Comunication to guest should be improved as nobody passed a message about some material left at our attention the day before, but again people of the Reception were quite professional.

The atmosphere was fantastic with an amazing view, very friendly and welcoming staff, and a great variety of delicious breakfast options. Everything was fresh, well presented, and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful breakfast spot in Istanbul! The shower could be improved by having full glass panels/doors so the water stays inside the shower area. It seems like an easy fix that would make the bathroom much better overall

What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the reception team—especially Kenan, Eda, and Ecrin. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything went smoothly and were always available to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude and dedication to guests really stood out. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely come back again!

• Antonina (7/5): Отличный отель для участников выставки. - Отличное расположение отеля, если Вы приехали на выставку, идти максимум 5 минут. Завтраки очень хорошие! Отличный огромный тренажёрный зал, хорошая сауна. Номер большой и удобный, кровати нормальные. Красивый вид из окна. Очень не понравилось - что номер был весь прокуренный! Это на этаже и в номере для не курящих. Вентиляция и кондиционер не работают, создают только шум. Окна не открываются. Проветрить помещение не возможно. Это прям большой минус! До центра очень далеко, по пробкам до 2ух часов в одну сторону. Поэтому для туристических целей однозначно не рекомендую!

• Stefan (9/5): Very nice and convenient stay close to the Tuyap Convetion center - The hotel was very clean and perfectly located for my trip to the yarn fair at the Tuyap Fair and convention center, which was only a 5 minutes walk. Alternatively I could have used the shuttle service from the Hotel to go to the convention center, but weather was nice, so no need for that :-) Brakfast was very good and also the room service menu was very fine for me. What I need to point out is the very friendly and helpful staff all over the hotel. My special thanks goes to Eda, Bita and Kenan at the reception. All had been fine, I have nothing to complain.

El restaurante del Hotel también tiene muy buena oferta de comida, a veces a carta a veces también hay buffet. La atención del personal es muy buena (Eda, Bita, Kenan y Su), hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera más que agradable. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado pero el personal fue muy atento y rápido en ayudarnos. Se empieza a notar que el Hotel tiene ya unos años, está todavía bien, pero tocaría ir renovando ya algunas cosas.

• Toub (9/5): Spacious rooms and helpful staff - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to other travelers. First, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness and support throughout my stay. Eda and Bita were especially kind and helpful, assisting me with several requests and even helping me communicate in Turkish with certain institutions. Their support made my stay much smoother and more comfortable. The male staff member at the reception (unfortunately I forgot to get his name) was also very helpful, kindly guiding me on the best ways to get to the city center and recommending some hidden gems worth visiting. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a pleasant place to relax after a long day, and the bathroom was also well designed and convenient to use. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. There were different types of bread, meat, eggs, fruits, and pastries to choose from, making it easy to start the day with a satisfying meal. Lunch and dinner were also very tasty, although the menu had a more selected offering. During my stay, I also tried the spa facility and booked a 60-minute full body aroma massage. It was absolutely worth the money. After a 12-hour flight, the massage helped me relax completely and was a wonderful way to recover from travel fatigue. One thing to note is that the hotel is located quite far from the city center. However, this was not a major inconvenience since there is a mall, several shops, a bus stop, and cafes & beach with beautiful views all within about a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. For those interested in sightseeing, there is also a chocolate museum located about 20 minutes away, which could make for a fun visit during your stay. Location is far from city centre

She always keeps a genuine smile, remains helpful, and approaches everyone with a positive attitude. You can clearly see that she cares about her work and about the guests’ experience. She is proactive, attentive, and regularly checks on people to make sure everything is going well. Her professionalism and dedication reflect very well on the hotel and show that management truly values guest experience by having someone like Sue looking after guests throughout their stay.
