• Olena (6/5): Доречно для просто ночівлі - Невеликий готель у зручному розташуванні — поруч метро, магазини та кафе. Кімната дуже маленька, підійде більше для того, щоб просто переночувати. Без кондиціонера, тому в теплу погоду може бути душно, але вікна відкриваються. Плюс — у ванній є обігрівач, на якому зручно сушити речі, а також був холодильник. Найбільший мінус — дуже маленьке та незручне ліжко для двох людей. Вид із вікна — у сусідній будинок, через що було трохи некомфортно. Загалом — приблизно 7/10, якщо потрібен варіант саме для сну та активних прогулянок містом. Маленька кімната , маленьке ліжко , вид з вікна у будинок , брудні рушники

Auf dem TV Sender laufen nur französische Sender ansonsten nichts. Am Abend wird es etwas lauter, wegen der Hauptstr. Keine Parkplätze für PKWs. Öffentliches Parkhaus ist sehr teuer, aber in der Nähe.

Humidité telle dans la chambre pendant la nuit que les rideaux et les draps de lits touchant le sols ont été détrempés pendant la nuit. Pas de geste commercial et de simples "excuses pour le désagrément. Vous auriez du demander a la reception pour changer de chambre en pleine nuit" le matin suivant cette mauvaise nuit.

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Literie très confortable. Décoration sympa. Petite chambre et petite salle de bain bien agencées et équipées. Kit thé/café d'accueil dans la chambre. Vue sur une cour intérieure délabrée (l'hôtel n'y est pour rien). Heureusement que la literie est de très bonne qualité et le quartier est calme, car nous entendons le son sourd du métro sous l'hôtel (cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir).

• Glen (1/5): Bed Bugs in Hotel Montholon! - The place had bed bugs and I got bitten. I was staying in room 66, I checked the sheets and bed for bed bugs on the first night and it seemed clear however, they change the sheets every day. I am unsure what night it happened but it can take a good few days for the bites to appear or even for them to become itchy and noticeable. On the fourth day I noticed some bites in a line after they became very itchy. I confirmed with a couple of friends who were with me in Paris, and had been bitten by bed bugs before, that there were indeed bed bug bites. I also cross-checked the way my bites looked online. I spoke to the hotel receptionist and they immediately denied my claims by saying that they have never had an issue with bed bugs - they were extremely defensive and essentially called me a liar. They did offer me a new room so I just took that instead. He found it strange that I had only gotten bites on the fourth night and not before but they do take a while for them to appear. Before I left I ended up throwing away a bunch of clothes as I didn't want to risk contaminating my home, and the clothes that I did take back I chucked them in a very hot wash. I also took precautions when I was there, from the first night, ensuring that I never left any of my clothes on the bed and storing my suitcase and bag raised on a surface. I would highly recommend that you avoid this hotel if you do not want to risk getting bed bugs. It really isn't worth it as once you get them in your house they can be extremely difficult to get rid of and you may even have to get rid of your clothes. The staff don't seem to care too much either so you won't get any sympathy, even if you have evidence of bite marks. I have put some photos of the bites on the review, however they don't really show how much inflammation occurred after. I hope you do take my warning and find another hotel to stay in Paris!

The place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and is conveniently located near a metro station. It has a private washroom and a lift, which made our stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and even allowed us a 20-minute late check-out. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I wish the towels were newer, as some had a distinct old smell. The toilet bowl could also use more thorough cleaning.

Les finitions sont très moyennes (lumières, prises électriques, abajours, portes et boiseries...). La chambre est sombre. La salle de douche est très petite et inconfortable. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

In de winter is het denk ik écht te koud, we hebben geen kachel of iets gezien. Verder wel óp de grote markt, gezellig ingericht, goede bedden en een plek waar je met veel mensen kunt overnachten voor weinig geld

• Barrie (10/5): - The Montholon Hotel was a very good choice for our stay in Paris It was an easy walk from the Eurostar Terminal. We had, as requested a double bed in a nice clean and well appointed room with a good view from the windows. Breakfast was simple but adequate, in clean surroundings. What was a very busy main road is now mainly bicycles and so the hotel was quiet and peaceful. All very good!
