• EMILIE (8/5): Très bel hôtel de standing à proximité de points d'intérêts et de transports - L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à proximité du bus 15 qui relie le centre, du métro, des navettes maritimes et de points d'intérêt comme le Tower Bridge, la Tower of London ou le Sky garden. La chambre pour 3 personnes est spacieuse. Les lits confortables. Le personnel à l'écoute et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner copieux sucré et salé et de qualité. Absence de brosse WC dans les toilettes.. Présence de la femme de ménage à notre retour du déjeuner dans la chambre ce qui nous a obligés à attendre 10 minutes dehors et entrée intempestive du technicien dans la chambre (il avait oublié un outil et nous ne savions même pas qu'il était venu dans la chambre juste avant..) mais sans frapper, et notre fille était aux toilettes porte ouverte et cela l'a beaucoup choquée.. Il s'en est évidemment excusé.

Abbiamo prontamente avvertito la struttura chiedendo se potevano rimborsarci in tutto o in parte l'importo che avevamo già saldato (oltre 1.000€). Ci è stato risposto di no. In primo luogo in una città come Londra probabilmente le camere che abbiamo prenotato sono state riassegnate ad altri clienti per cui la struttura ci ha guadagnato due volte e, se anche non fosse, non avendole utilizzate, la struttura ha risparmiato su pulizia, utenze, impegno per il check-in e altro ancora. Non averci rimborsato nemmeno una piccola percentuale la mia recensione non può che essere pessima. L'avidità non sempre paga.

Le camere per Booking sono sempre le più brutte, succede ogni volta . Questa volta avevo chiesto un upgrade con vista e mi hanno dato una camera infondo ad un corridoio dispersa con vista su un cassone , finestre minuscole, stanza di al Max 10mq. Non ho reclamato perché i miei figli erano già entrati nel letto e andati in bagno e non mi sembrava educato farlo dopo. Ma per 795sterline più 60 per l’upgrade 3 notti , penso avrei trovato sicuramente di meglio . Bagno senza porta ma con porta stile saloon. Non potevamo letteralmente stare in piedi contemporaneamente nella stanza perché non c’era spazio sufficiente. Claustrofobica e senza luce a causa delle piccole finestre.

Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir. - grande chambre bien équipée, hôtel a coté du métro, petit déjeuner super, beaucoup de choix, pas d'attente pour nos horaires entre 7h et 7h30. Un service pour garder les bagages bien organisé. Le personnel adorable. le restaurant sur place pratique quand on a déjà bien marché toute la journée, pour le diner (ouvert aussi le midi) est très bon. En bref rien de négatif.

Otherwise good - Bed comfy, room clean TV: TV made screeching sounds when connected to HDMI cable, so could not share media with TV which was kind of the point of the room. Chromecast was not working. USB-C connection to phone could not find playable media. Toilet: The doors to the toilet were barely doors. Neither I nor my partner felt too comfortable using the toilet whilst the other was in the room.

• Yusuf (7/5): Schönes Hotel mit relativ guter Lage und sehr nettem Personal - Sehr nettes Personal, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Zimmer, Kleiderbügel, ausreichend vorhanden und sogar für Röcke, gute Lage, ein paar Minuten bis zur U-Bahn-Station. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig, aber auch einiges an Auswahl. Fenster sind etwas undicht, was in unserem Fall nicht schlimm war. Könnte manchmal etwas laut werden. Keine Toilettenbürste.

• Kim (7/5): Op de slaapbank? Think again! - Fantastische uitvalsbasis om Londen te ontdekken! De metro (Tower Hill) is letterlijk om de hoek, loop een stukje verder en je staat op de Tower Bridge. De wards in de Tower of Londen zijn je buren en het is een aanrader om ‘s avonds even naar de overkant te kijken, naar het verlichtte iconische monument. Daarnaast voelt de buurt ook heel schoon, rustig en veilig - niet onbelangrijk als je met kleine kinderen in Londen bent. Of als je niet met kleine kinderen in Londen bent. Er zijn veel leuke en goede restaurants op een steenworp afstand van het hotel, maar je hoeft niet eens de deur uit, want in het hotel-restaurant Keepers kun je de hele dag aanschuiven. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends was voor grote-stad-begrippen uitgebreid en lekker. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn hartstikke schoon en goed onderhouden. Rituals douche-artikelen zijn natuurlijk gewoon een traktatie. We wisten dat de kids op een slaapbank zouden slapen, maar je hebt slaapbanken waar je prima op kunt slapen (zeker als kind) en je hebt de slaapbanken in dit hotel. Onze dochter van zes rolde meerdere keren per nacht in het gat tussen de twee ‘delen’ van het matras, waardoor ze middenin de nacht klem kwam te zitten en ze alleen door ons wakker te schreeuwen ‘bevrijd’ kon worden. Dat is niet bevordelijk voor de nachtrust en een slechte nachtrust tijdens een stedentrip met kids is… 😖 We hebben dit na de eerste nacht meteen aangegeven bij de receptie. En we hebben gevraagd of we - tegen een meerprijs (let wel - we betaalden al ruim 400 euro per nacht voor deze slaapbankoptie) - een kamer konden krijgen met vier gewone bedden in plaats van de slaapbank, maar dat was geen enkele optie. De enige optie was een extra kamer boeken, voor wederom ruim 400 euro per nacht. We wisten dat we een slaapbank hadden geboekt. Dat is natuurlijk helemaal waar, hoewel de reactie misschien iets vriendelijker had gekund. Of constructiever. Iets meer meedenkend hoe we wel aan een goede nachtrust konden komen voor de volgende twee nachten. Dat had leuk gestaan in deze review, maar er valt feitelijk niets tegenin te brengen. Kortom: de kamers zijn schoon, het normale bed slaapt heerlijk en als je met z’n tweeën bent, zou ik dit hotel zeker aanraden. Maar ben je van plan om de slaapbank-optie te gebruiken: think again! :)

• Emmanouil (3/5): - The hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. The main issue is that the room we were given for a family of four with two children was, in reality, a room designed for two people, presented as a four-person room. Its size and standards were clearly not suitable for four guests. The space was extremely limited, with no proper room even for our luggage, and moving around the room felt uncomfortable as we constantly bumped into each other. The second major issue was the sleeping arrangement. While there was a proper double bed, the remaining guests were expected to use an old sofa bed with a very thin mattress of poor quality, completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay. It was also unstable, constantly moving and giving the impression of a temporary or makeshift bed. Turning during sleep felt unsafe, as if it could shift or collapse. Upon arrival, despite the booking being for four people, the room was not properly prepared. In addition, basic practical items were missing. There was not even a simple glass or holder for toothbrushes and toiletries. Compared to other hotels at a much lower price point, which already provide essential amenities, this hotel falls noticeably short. Overall, the equipment and furnishings felt cheap, basic, and of low quality. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The seating area consisted of small tables and hard chairs, more suitable for a quick coffee rather than a proper meal. It was not comfortable for breakfast, and tables were not set, with no ready cutlery available, which further added to the sense of poor organization. Overall, the experience does not justify the price nor meet reasonable expectations for a family stay.
• DeanandWei (6/5): Not All Accor Novotel Properties are Equal - As Accor Novotel properties go this hotel is well below expectations. Many of the amenities expected of an Accor Superior room are non-existent. The property's restaurant service appears to be outsourced. The breakfast is decidedly sub standard, lacking variety, preparation and service for a Novotel hotel, in fact below what one would expect of Ibis property, well below other London area Novotel's. The laundry service has been outsourced to a third party and is surprisingly expensive for a London Novotel. Customers are required to use the 3rd party's website/app turning a 5 minute operation into an ½ hour ordeal. Their regular service isn't the world standard of in by 9AM back by 5PM, it's the next day. You have to engage the 3rd party yourself, exposing your financial details, travel and personal details to an unknown 3rd party. It's about 30% more expensive than other Novotel's in London. There is no itemized list, charging by weight with a minimum weight. The floor's water dispensers, now an expected item at Novotel properties, is a down scale model (the one found in the restaurant is the standard). Water carafes are the one in the room with little guarantee that they have been property inspected and cleaned by the property's kitchen, as are the carafes at other Novotel properties world wide. The room had not been properly cleaned in a very very long time. The rug was covered in stains and spots. This used to be an excellent hotel. It's well located dear a metro station, close to the financial district, easy to get on the N. Thames running trail, convenient to site seeing at the Tower.

• francesca (7/5): Week end di Pasqua - Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla fermata Tower hill della metropolitana, buon rapporto qualità prezzo Staff molto superficiale, il giorno di Pasqua la stanza non è stata pulita, camera essenziale anche un pochino vecchia, ho sollecitato 3 volte per far oscurare il vetro della doccia

Ein schön grosses Zimmer für London . Rezeption sehr freundlich . Sehr gutes frühstück super freundliches personal wenn mal was leer war wurde schnell aufgefüllt . Auch unter stress . Gibt nicht auszusetzen .

• moyano gonzález (10/5): Excelente estancia - Nos gustó la habitación y sus servicios, todo limpio y ordenado, además de que nos dieron una muy linda atención por ser nuestra luna de miel. La ubicación es maravillosa con fácil acceso al tower bridge.

• Elsavic (10/5): Wonderful stay for a family! - Nice, clean and spacious room for a family of 4. Modern hotel with a very good restaurant at the ground floor. Very close to metro station. Tasty breakfast with plenty of hot/cold options and helpful staff. Wonderful stay!
