Guest Reviews
- John (10/5): Could not think of a better place for celebrating an anniversary. - Tremendous location. Super attentive staff. Delightful experience. Nothing negative. I don’t think the bee hives were active
- Geoffroy (8/5): - Very good location
- Baris (4/5): L’ensemble correct - La propreté et l’accueil Le lit était très petit, la chambre était petit prix que nous avons payé, c’était trop cher, ça méritait pas ce prix là
- John (9/5): Will book another stay there with more family members if the prices don't go crazy for the summer - fabulous staff, great location rooms were a little small for the price
- Semen (8/5): -
- Audrey (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful, professional - St. Ermin's continues to exceed expectations and present an excellent experience. Comfortable rooms, really good beds, cotton robes in the bathrooms, staff that can't do enough for you. This was my second visit and it did not disappoint. The room with 2 beds was huge, and the beds were both large queens, with a day bed tucked under one window. But they took up the entire room and there were no drawers for clothing. Just two wardrobes ... and not even a rack for the suitcase. The breakfast was wonderful as usual, but the donut we treated ourselves to was stale, so the "let's cheat and split one" opportunity was a flop. (Listen to my prissy little princess "first-world problem" LOL). Tuesday morning ... did they use leftovers from brunch? Not a deal-breaker.

They offered us another room but we had unpacked and had to repack and move. Also no plug for a hairdryer in the bathroom. Rooms were very small.

- Thomas (3/5): - Beautiful building.
The bar/restaurant was attractive also. The room was very cramped. It was not properly cleaned from previous guests unfortunately.
The bathroom requires better maintenance also.
For the price this is not good enough.
- Erickson (9/5): The hotel made the trip - The appearance was beautiful and warm
- indira (10/5): My new home in London - Location, staff.
- Michelle (9/5): -
- Nancy (9/5): Excellent hotel with a delicious breakfast and very attentive staff. Prime location - Wonderful staff who went the extra mile to help. Naheed, the manager at breakfast, was so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and happy. More storage in the room for clothing, like drawers. Only one tiny drawer at the bottom of the closet. Also, more electrical plugs needed
- leahmahoney23 (10/5): Top notch hotel in a great location - We siege 4 nights at St Ermin’s and enjoyed every moment there. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the bar; the food was very good and again the service was excellent.
My husband and I enjoyed the weekday wine hour put on by the hotel. Our room was spacious and well cleaned. Plus the location is great to walk to sites like Churchill’s War Rooms and see the changing of the guards.
- Professionaloftravel (10/5): Dream Beds, Service and breakfast - Stayed 5 nights. Location at Buckingham palace, historic property, quaint.
Impeccable service.
Beds / mattress impeccably comfortable
Breakfast is like a feast many options for healthy eaters and many options to experiment a lovely British breakfast
- R2079NTsallyc (10/5): English elegance and comfort - The hotel was perfect for our family of four. Our sons did not want to share a bed, so we booked a family room with a daybed, which was perfect. It even had two bathrooms so I could have one for myself. The hotel is tucked into a smaller street, so it was very quiet despite being in such a convenient location. The building and rooms were elegant, as was the afternoon wine hour and bar. The room was very clean with nice extras - robes, slippers, coffee, water. Staff were helpful and attentive. If we return to London, we will stay again.
- Tourist01854997079 (10/5): Conveniently located hotel - A very nice hotel conveniently located within easy access of major tourist attractions.
The bar & restaurant are comfortable with a very large range of items for breakfast.
- Clémence (10/5): Perfect family stay in London - The hotel was charming, staff was great, the tea time and breakfast are amazing!
- Linnea (10/5): -
- jeffreysX25WL (10/5): Par excellence - Par excellence yet again. Service was impeccable as always. Khushi at check in was such a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and courteous. She even called my room after check in to make sure everything was up to St Ermin’s standards. Room was excellent. Location is ideal. Free breakfast with loyalty program is always phenomenal. This place really is a hidden gem and service like Khuski’s make St Ermin’s my first stop whenever staying in London (5th time here). Can’t wait for the next trip :). Thanks!
- Frances (9/5): - Lovely hotel and staff Very expensive for food and drinks
- jean-louis (7/5): très bon hotel - hall d'entrée - personnel - situation chambre petite - peu de place pour ranger les vetements
- anna (10/5): -
- matthewhN2942RR (10/5): Great stay - We had the best time. Great location. Friendly staff. Great brunch.
- C3486MDjessicab (10/5): A memorable stay in a memorable place - One of the best and most memorable hotels we've ever stayed at. Absolutely gorgeous and historical building, wonderful and professional staff, and exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. Close walking distance to major London tourist sites.
- Scott (10/5): Wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone visiting London - Very nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive Bathroom was a little small but it worked fine
- 562craign (10/5): Charming Classy Place - Wonderful hotel, great location, outstanding staff. Will definitely stay here again.
- marcdK1351EB (10/5): St. Ermin’s continues as our absolute favorite hotel. - St. Ermin’s continues as our absolute favorite hotel.
The location is unbeatable for Central London. The hotel is beautiful. That doesn’t begin to explain what is so great about the hotel. It offers a truly unique immersive experience of modern British society and sensibilities at their best. The building is a glorious bit of history that also feels fully modern and ecologically thoughtful without sacrificing the quirks and amusements that make an historic building special. It is a gem surroundimng a lushly planted entry courtyard that is set away in the heart of Westminster while maintaining the feel of an oasis.
Neither the building nor the gardens nor the location would put this in a favorite category without the wonderful staff. Having visited St. Ermin’s over the years we have been delighted to see top caliber people year after year. Stelios is an almost magical presence keeping the flow of guests flowing smoothly on their way, either coming or going. Nahid is an unparalleled asset to the hotel as he launches guests on their way during breakfast service. With his warm, smiling presence and both attention and assistance to each person, we always have a great start to the day at St. Ermin’s. Rita attends to dinner and tea service with such a professional and caring touch. Each of these people make our journey there special. This trip we had particular help from Glenno from the concierge desk, Gracie and Quiara during breakfast service, and both Alex and Sai from the Caxton bar. There are also dozens more employees who are also working to make a guest feel graciously welcomed and cared for. Although the housekeeping team is invisible to us, their work is also simply outstanding. Such consistency of performance and such obvious care is clearly noticeable and much appreciated.
- DayTrip733174 (10/5): St. Ermin’s the adventure of elegance - St. Ermin’s is so much more than a hotel! It is truly an experience. From the wonderful staff who warmly greet you at the door, to the cozy spaces to gather, to the fascinating WWII history and even floor 3 beehives!
It is warm and inviting and perfectly located for a London visit!
- T8513UZandrewb (10/5): Wonderful hotel - This is such a wonderful hotel to stay in, and the staff make every very personal and welcoming. A special shout of thanks has to go out to Ariane Laitz Ribeiro who really went the extra mile.
The hotel is located within easy walking distance of St James's Park tube station. Nearby is the park, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. As I have recently had a replacement hip, I can confirm they are all within comfortable walking distance.
Take the time to explore the hotel and learn about it's history which is fascinating.
The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The shower gels/shampoo are lovely.
If you walk up to St James's Park, make sur to lookout for the local pelicans flying around! Certainly not something I was expecting to see,
The only downside...we could only stay one night, but hope to be back!
- 191sadafh (10/5): I will come back for sure . - Such a lovely place to stay . Everyone were so welcoming and amazing.
- 797jules (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Ermin’s in London. I really loved the hotel! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome right away.
The location is perfect – many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options are very close and easy to reach on foot. This made it very easy for me to explore London in a relaxed way.
The hotel itself is also very beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would happily stay here again anytime.
- chayennes2026 (10/5): Very nice and comfortable Hotel - It's a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. We felt very comfortable.
- A3859ZAlisat (10/5): Very very good hotel - I had the most amazing experience with this hotel , every single member of staff was absolutely lovely , caring , attentive and friendly . The food was delicious , the room was gorgeous with a bath, and free coffee , water and even the most gorgeous chocolate . I only wanted a croissant but the buffet breakfast looked incredible and for a great price . And finally I am usually disappointed with hotel coffee , but not at this one . Even the coffee was top notch . The whole vibe is luxury , but making each customer feel taken care of in every way . Thank you to the wonderful staff , such a pleasure to see a whole company that takes pride in not only the ascetics , but also in the attitude of their employees.
- marciakK5991OZ (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel - We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every evening we would go down into the bar area which looked like a high-end pub and enjoy our drinks by the fireplace. The hotel and our room were immaculate. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus - apiary on the 3rd floor terrace!!
- ttstroker (10/5): Great hotel for families visiting London - I cannot sing enough praises about our 5 night stay at the St. Ermin's Hotel in Westminster for our family of four. We booked our stay based on location (walkable to many sites for our 5 year old) and the family room that had 2 queens, a trundle, and 2 full bathrooms (having more than 1 bathroom is a game changer for any family).
First, this is a beautiful hotel that is very charming in its facade. For the room itself, contrary to what I read beforehand about room size, our room had plenty of space to store all our clothes and tuck away our luggage. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our rooms tidy and welcoming upon our return from sightseeing each day. The water pressure and temperature were as if this was a brand new hotel, and the windows did a great job of blocking out noise from the road. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of outlets located around the room to setup multiple areas to charge our phones and devices, plug in our other electronics, and make our room functional to the furniture and layout. I cannot stress enough how convenient having two full bathrooms was for both getting ready to depart quickly each day or to wind down after returning in the evening.
The location was every bit as convenient as we hoped. We (including our 5 year old) walked to the changing of the guard, to the playground at nearby St. James Park, to/from Trafalgar Square, past Big Ben, Parliament, and across Westminster Bridge into Waterloo. The tube was also very convenient, and we used to to access farther parts of the city without needing to transfer, like the Tower of London, or to head home if the little one was too tired to walk back. The location itself is off a quiet street with it's own driveway that was great for getting into/out of ride shares despite how busy the nearby streets can get.
Lastly, I have to compliment the entire staff for their commitment to hospitality. When thinking about booking, after booking, upon arrival late, throughout our stay, and even when departing. They really showed attention to detail. Virginie confirmed details to ensure our room was setup to fit our needs. Juan and Mario gave family friendly recommendations that aided our trip planning. Maxwell went above and beyond to have my nephew's car waiting to depart after returning from dinner, and Stelios quickly set us up with a taxi to head to the airport that was cheaper than the rideshare we were about to order. The evening weekday reception was also much appreciated when it fit our schedule.
This hotel was perfect for us as first time visitors, and it's easy to see why its been recognized so much by the industry!
- jasonsA9009MC (10/5): Awesome & Relaxing experience - Excellent service and everyone was so genuinely friendly.
- LUCIFAR_STAR (10/5): Royalty - The best real classic hotel match a royal treatment
- D4250ZWdarrenf (10/5): Sublime - What a location and how clean and friendly
- Luiz Louzada (10/5): - Hotel espetacular, proximidade do metrô, quarto e banheiro muito limpos e atenderam bem nossas expectativas. Quarto poderia ser um pouco maior.

So clean , so nice and amazing customer service
- Paul (10/5): More than worth the price - great location, building and staff - Location is perfect, staff are super professional and helpful Literally nothing we didn't like
- Markus (6/5): Disappointed - Lobby impressive, rooms clean Reception and breakfast Not Well trained or Not interested in good Service. Not unfriendly, but disappointing in first class Hotel. Very little storage in rooms, breakfast Buffet seemed great, but breakfast was a little chaotic at Times. Would book here again
- Reis (10/5): -
- Leandro (9/5): - Localização excelente. Atendimento dos funcionários. Limpeza excelente. Cama excelente.
- sheilafri (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - We were upgraded to a family room. It was exceptional—two bedroom and two baths. We don’t take advantage of concierge, etc but service was very attentive.
- marcucu (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - Amazing customer service and great location. My family truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful St. Ermin’s hotel in London
- sueribot (10/5): St Ermin’s is a very special place - We had a wonderful stay our third year in a row! The staff and service are exceptional! Juan and Gary who are part of the concierge treat us like family…Stelio’s does the same and Stefani tge bar Manager is very gracious and provides very personal service! The front desk staff is also very accommodating.
We thank you all for making our family trip once again very special!

- jackbP5225DX (10/5): St Ermins Bar - I have stayed at St Ermins for years with my family. The bar staff, specially Daniel, are incredibly accommodating and add to the great atmosphere constantly present at the bar. A must visit for any guests.
- 736fiona (10/5): Felt like a 5 star experience - This is a hotel labeled as 4 star and far better than many 5 star hotels I've stayed in.
The friendliness and helpfulness of staff is excellent, my room was beautifully equipped and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean.
I'd highly recommend it.
- domenicobechini (10/5): Wonderful stay in London - We spent five days of an excellent holiday in central London, we recommend everyone to choose this hotel, special greetings to Mr Carlos who welcomed us in the best possible way
- Freedom41548050484 (10/5): Exceptional Stay in a Historic London Landmark - Our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel, Autograph Collection was truly outstanding. The hotel was impeccably clean, with every space maintained to the highest standard. Its location is perfect—ideal for exploring London with ease.
The building itself is a remarkable historic landmark with a fascinating past, having played an important role during World War II as a meeting place connected to British intelligence services. You can truly feel the character and history throughout the property.
What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff—professional, warm, and always eager to assist. A special mention goes to Giulia and Mr. Stelios for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
We would absolutely choose this hotel again.
- TrailBlazer301555 (10/5): Fab hotel, fab staff - We enjoyed a 1 night stay at St Ermins and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was amazing.
We ate out for dinner but the standard of breakfast was superb.
The hotel smells lovely too
- Wander536645 (10/5): Revisiting Our Honeymoon 40 Years Later - We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at your hotel where we Honeymooned 40 years ago. The room and staff were all exceptional, friendly and helpful. However, two of your staff made particularly good impressions, Kim Dawson and Nahid Yasin.
- Reis (10/5): -
- elgolden (10/5): Exceptional Hotel with exceptional customer service - I would like to start by saying that I am an Ambassador member of another hotel chain. We decided to stay at this hotel last minute. I am so grateful that we stumbled upon the St. Ermin's Hotel. We were cheerfully welcomed the minute we entered the hotel. We arrived very early. The front desk made every attempt to have our room ready early.
Our family room was nicely furnished and impeccably clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Two bathrooms were a plus for our family.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We have stayed in hotels around the world. This breakfast does indeed exceed some of the topnotch hotels. What did put it over the edge was the staff. I must point out 3 people in particular. Nahid checked on us every day to make sure everything was up to our family's' expectations. Kim was an exceptional server. We listened to her stories and compared notes. Edna makes the best cappuccino I have ever had. Needless to say, this group of people really made our stay most welcoming.
Dinner at the hotel was exceptional as well.
The evening happy hour was an extra touch. The concierge group was most helpful in every aspect.
When we do get back to London, we will be staying at St. Ermins.
I highly recommend this hotel!

- TheStanfords (10/5): The BEST hotel in London - I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel where the welcome has been so warm and the service so exemplary. The genuine interest and personal approach shown to every guest by every single member of the St.Ermin’s team is beyond outstanding. And truly something I have never experienced before. This hotel almost makes you feel like you have returned home - albeit to a luxurious and beautifully appointed one! The menu’s are creative and beautifully executed, the bar is moody and magical and the ambience around the hotel is refined yet relaxed. The perfect combination. It was my biggest pleasure to stay here and I truly hope many other people get to enjoy the spectacular service and majestic magic that is St.Ermin’s.
- 729madelyng (10/5): Amazing hotel, brilliant location & impeccable staff!! - I recently stayed here for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel itself is beautiful and the interesting history makes it even more of a gem. Perfect location for sightseeing and close to the underground for travel around London. The hotel couldn’t have been any more spotless and the room was exquisite, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. What made my stay really special was the staff, Frank especially, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfection and were always friendly and happy to help no matter what time of the day or night. I will 100% be coming here again and look forward to my next stay!!
- L4331KJsharonh (10/5): Best birthday weekend - As a birthday treat we chose this hotel and it was the best decision by far. The hotel itself is beautiful and interesting. The service was exceptional from the first greeting by the doormen and check in staff ,the bar tenders amazing cocktails ,the breakfast layout is superb complimented with their own St Ermins honey 🐝🍯. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful with anything we required during our stay. The easy access to the underground was perfect making our theatre visit simple ,and just a stroll takes you to many of the cities main attractions.making an ideal day out walking seeing Buckingham palace ,horse guards parade, Westminster all on its doorstep.
- Julie (10/5): Stunning Hotel - The stunning regal decor! 2 bathrooms in the family room!! The TV had a mind of its own and kept turning on through the night.
Temperature couldn’t be adjusted on the thermostat.. so quite cold at bedtime x
- davel212 (10/5): Excellent hotel. - Excellent team members provide friendly and efficient service. The food and rooms are excellent with a great location.

- Bianca (10/5): Great location in a luxury hotel! - Central location just steps away from Buckingham Palace! Room was very clean and staff were very attentive and accommodating. We loved the evening entertainment and didn’t get to try the afternoon tea but it looked amazing. Such a luxurious entrance and lobby. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated but very clean and comfy.
