- Peter (7/5): Gutes Hotel sehr zentrumsnah, doch sehr lauter Lärm der Motorroller bis spät in die Nacht - Das Hotel liegt 15 Gehminuten vom DOM entfernt und das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz für die Gäste. Das ist sehr praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt. Unsere Zimmer waren gegen die Strasse gerichtet. Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert, so dass wir bis ca 02:30 Uhr kein Auge zugetan haben wegen Lärm der Roller und Motorräder. Sehr ärgerlich!

- Elizabeth (8/5): A charming hotel, wonderful staff! - The staff was extremely kind and willing to help us get anything we needed. Breakfast was very nice. The historic villa was pretty. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is no elevator. When I asked about moving luggage, that was probably a signal to put us on the ground floor. I suspect the upstairs rooms are nicer, but there was no opportunity to check. Our room was pretty small with little storage space, there were no shelves or counter space in the bathroom, but we asked for and were given a stool, which helped. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the historic center, but I knew that, and it was not a problem.

- Melica (9/5): - Établissement charmant avec un jardin et des terrasses sur plusieurs niveaux (en forme coline, escargot) un frigo avec des boissons propose à l'entrée de la chambre avec des prix très raisonnables. Nôtres hébergement pour 3 était spacieux et agréable. Le petit déjeuner bien garnit avec des pâtisseries artisanales et fraîches, fruits frais et l'équipe très chaleureuse et souriante. Bonne localisation, le centre ville de Florence accessible à 15 min à pieds. Le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas et malgré notre signalement il n'a pas été remplacé ou réparé. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas et était accessible depuis le jardin. La chambre étant au rez de jardin était très humide et sentit l'humidité quand on rentrait. Des traces de moisissure visibles dans la salle de bain.

Wij vroegen aan de receptie of zij goede restaurants wisten. Ze hadden er 2 aanbevolen en die waren echt fantastisch. Niets.

Our room was separate from the main building and the steps up were steep and I imagine slippery when wet. Not a problem for us during our stay but could be for others. The bathroom was a bit small but perfectly adequate.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en meedenkend en het hotel zelf is prachtig, locatie superhandig want 15 min lopen vanaf centrum. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet! Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. Een klein waterkokertje of koffiezetapparaatje in de kamer was een bonus geweest maar pietlut die daar over zeurt. Er was wel een koelkastje!

- Chris (10/5): - The staff were very accommodating and were very attentative. They were able to organize a parking for us at the hotel. Location is fantastic! Hotel and room was beautiful with a great vintage look! We were travelling with a 10 month old and it was stress free thanks to the staff especially Marco. Breakfast was also great!
- Markus (9/5): Mal ein richtig schönes Hotel in bester Lage - Selten ein so schönes Hotel gebucht. Ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereires Personal. Ob die Dame beim Frühstück mit ihrem "besten" Cappuccino oder die Herrn von der Rezeption egal wer. Alle wahren herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Gebäude ist ein Schmuckstück. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Wir können deses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist optimal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Da gibt es soweit nichts, was erwähnenswert wäre

- Sharenjeet (10/5): Charming and aesthetic. It fit the Florence vibe. - Gorgeous rooms, beautifully decorated. It brought you into the Florence experience. The staff were so amazing. They were sweet, charming and friendly. We were spoiled with clean, thick towels. It was in a safe neighborhood with an easy walk to town. The breakfast is delicious and worth having!! Nothing. It was really lovely.

Since it is a old building with wooden windows, for the people who is sensitive about noise, that can be a bit annoying at the night because of the cars at the street. Other than that everything was amazing.

Als ich ein Problem hatte mit meinem Zimmer weil es sehr laut war durch die Heizung, sind sie mir entgegen gekommen und haben sich sofort drum gekümmert und mir ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Noch nie hatte ich so ein freundliches Personal. Nachts war es etwas laut durch die Heizung und es ist sehr hellhörig aber mit meinen Ohropax war es in Ordnung.

- Vermesan (10/5): Perfect Italian experience! - Really friendly and proffesional staff! The room was very clean. When I reserved on booking I mentioned we would like a room facing the interior garden and not the main street and they gave us exactly what we wanted. The guy at the reception that welcomed us was extremely proffesional, making us feel like we just arrived at a very high class hotel! The hotel is vintage style and relly gives you the Italian vibe. Definitely reccomend booking your stay here. You can walk anywhere in the city in like 30 minutes and if you are not a walking fan, there is a bus station very close to the hotel :) We liked everything:)
- Georg (10/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut und passt zum Stil des Hauses. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplatz gegen Reservierung im Innenhof des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer erschwert die Körperpflege, ist aber nach Aussage des Hotels der Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels geschuldet und daher nur temporär. Im Familienzimmer nimmt man einen kanalähnlichen Geruch wahr. Diesen Umstand sollte seitens Hotel Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

- Carolina Ribeiro (6/5): Não recomendo! - A hospedagem era ok, boa localização, cama confortável, quartos espaçosos. Ao chegarmos nos colocaram em quarto PCD, onde o Box de vidro não ficava montado, após um grande transtorno nos deslocaram para um outro quarto. O chuveiro não estabilizava, ou vc congelava ou cozinhava. Mas diante do transtorno inicial, decidimos administrar a situação. O café da manhã super restrito, as coisas acabavam e tinha que ficar implorando para eles repor, sem contar que se vc chegasse faltando meia hora para encerrar, eles diziam que nada era reposto. Realmente não recomento este hotel, tem muitas outras opções na cidade.
- Dario (10/5): Un soggiorno di classe - Struttura molto elegante e di classe, d'altri tempi. la stanza era al piano terra e dava sul cortile interno; arredata con classe e con il soffitto affrescato; in una città colma di arte come Firenze questa sistemazione non è da meno. La posizione permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Parcheggio nel cortile su prenotazione. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento. nulla, andava tutto benissimo.

If there is a group of girls in the lobby late at night it does echo to your room if you are on the ground floor. I wish the staff would have maybe asked them to SHHH…..it was about 11 pm

NO esta cerca de la principal estacion de florencia, pero 10 min caminando de otra estacion de trenes, asi que si llegan a la principal pueden comprar a la otra y asi caminan solo 10 min. -Buen desayuno -Muy limpio -Excelente servicio de recepción, nos ayudaron con nuestro vuelo cancelado. -Vimos comentarios que no estaba en el centro centro pero 12-15 min caminando al centro esta super bien.- Nada
