- Rozenn (10/5): - Situé dans un très beau quartier, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable ( neuve). Les attentions dans la chambre pour nous et notre bébé . La lumière allumée toute la nuit dans le patio qui de fait éclaire la chambre car les rideaux ne sont pas tout à fait occultant.

- Elliott (10/5): You won’t be disappointed if you choose this hotel. - The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful not only giving us complimentary drinks on arrival but also a free upgrade to a suite! You can’t be made more welcome than that. They also gave us great advice and options for our itinerary. We had to go home.

Molto bello, curato nei dettagli con ambienti puliti e spaziosi. Colazione ricca e varia, con personale di sala cortese. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sig. Giuseppe che, in modo molto professionale, attento e piacevole, ci ha fornito consigli utili durante la permanenza a Praga. Assolutamente da consigliare.

I left early and requested a refund because I’m paying for a hotel and not an Airbnb. There needs to be a receptionist

- Jakob (9/5): Verstecktes Schmuckstück im Herzen von Prag - Perfekte Lage zur Kleinseite unterhalb der Burg und zur Karlsbrücke mit der Altstadt. Der Garten des Palais Waldstein um die Ecke und gute Anbindung mit der U-Bahn und Tram Malostranská. Etwas versteckt und sehr ruhig am schönen Platz vor dem Palais Waldstein gelegen. Ein eher kleines, historisches Haus. Die Zimmer nicht groß und doch recht geräumig. Cosy, elegant modern gestaltet, aber zurückhaltend. Sehr schönes Bad auch, alles ziemlich neu offenbar. Kleiner Austritt zum Dach. Sehr hübsch auch der kleine Innenhof. Abseits vom Trubel und dennoch ganz im Herzen von Prag. Sehr viel Charme. Und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Der Parkservice kostet, ist für Autofahrer aber ein gutes Angebot und funktioniert problemlos. Die Rezeption ist hier sehr hilfreich. Das Waldstein ist die kleinere Dependance zum Three Storks. Dort ist auch die Rezeption für beide Häuser. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man abseits von Mainstream das Individuelle sucht. Der Frühstücksraum liegt hübsch im Kellergewölbe. Es wird dort manchmal aber recht eng. Auch die Treppen zu den Zimmern recht eng. Und natürlich kein Lift, für den es in dem Gebäude wahrscheinlich keinen Platz gibt. Auch die Lobby ist klein. Insgesamt klein, aber fein.

- Viviana (10/5): Hermoso hotel con excelente ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, desayuno delicioso y personal amable. - Me encantó el servicio, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar ante cualquier consulta. El desayuno buffet es muy rico y variado; la habitación es moderna, diseño moderno, súper limpia tanto la habitación como el baño, con todo lo necesario: shampoo, jabón, etc. Tiene una cafetera con varias pastillas de café, leche, tés y agua, que reponen a diario. Mi habitación quedaba en un edificio al lado, por lo que era más silencioso y privado. Me gustó. La ubicación es de lo mejor, cerca de varios lugares de interés a pie. Definitivamente ya lo estoy recomendando! 🤗 Todo fue favorable. Superó mis expectativas.

- Mitchell (9/5): Hotel Waldstein - Really friendly staff, Giuseppe from the reception was great. The hotel itself has a lot of charm, whilst the rooms are still very modern. Great location too. A bit noisy around the courtyard in the morning. Could do with some signs to encourage people to keep the noise down around that area in the mornings.

- Nathalie (10/5): Schönes Hotel und gute Lage - Schönes Hotel und tolles Zimmer. Wir hatten sogar ein Fenster und eine Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Es gab ausreichend Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Lage unterhalb der Burg und in der Nähe der Karlsbrücke war super. Eine normale Steckdose im Bad für ein Glätteisen wäre gut gewesen.
- Frank (10/5): Zentral, sauber, tolles Personal - Zentrale Lage nahe Karlsbrücke und trotzdem ruhig, komfortabler Parkservice für das Auto, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das große Familienzimmer verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer je mit separater Tür, was sehr angenehm war. Falls man zu früh ankommt kann das Gepäck in einem bewachten Raum bei der Rezeption zwischengelagert werden. Es war alles prima! Da es ein wunderschönes altes Haus ist, etwas hellhörig, aber das hängt natürlich stark vom Verhalten der anderen Gäste ab.
- Stephan Li (9/5): - Die Lage nahe zur Burg und zur Altstadt ist perfekt, da alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts und das Ambiente im Kellergewölbe passt irgendwie nach Prag. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen Unser Zimmer war Richtung Innenhof, wo früh Anlieferungen stattgefunden haben, was für unserem Geschmack etwas zu laut war aber wir haben trotzdem gut und komfortabel geschlafen.

- Petr (3/5): Jiz nikdy více. - Čiste pokoje, dobra snídaně. Z naší strany byl požadavek na klidný pokoj. Na recepci bylo při checkin sděleno že nám vybrali pokoj kde bude ticho a užijeme si pobyt. Misto toho jsme dostali pokoj kde bylo slyšet každý krok po schodišti ve vnitrobloku co hosté chodili do svých pokojů. Rano okolo 7hod byl hluk od uklízeček co dávali ložní prádlo do igelitových tašek. Stropy nejsou odhlučněné a je slyšet každý krok v pokoji nad vámi. Nad námi byl pokoj kde byla koupelna a bylo slyšet jak celou noc kape voda skrz strop na sádrokarton co s nim jsou vytvořeny stropy na pokojích.

- Dagmar (8/5): Stylische Ubterkunft im Zentrum von Prag - Sehr modernes, stylisches Zimmer in einem beeindruckenden historischen Gebäude mit mittelalterlichem Flair – eine besondere Kombination mit Wow-Effekt. Der Empfang mit Wein war ein schönes Highlight. Beim Valet-Service gab es jedoch Unsicherheiten, bei einer sehr kurz angebundenen Antwort und daher für uns nicht klar war, wo sich das Auto befindet und ich selbst danach suchen musste.

- Peter (10/5): A charming mix of the old and new close to Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. - The hotel has a charm of its own. My room on the ground floor was off a little courtyard and very tastefully decorated and furnished in a modern bohemian style. They’ve managed to mix old and new perfectly. The breakfast room downstairs continues on this theme, probably once being a wine cellar, but now having been converted into a charming place to have an excellent buffet breakfast. There was nothing negative at all about this hotel.

- Frederik (9/5): Een aanrader als je Praag bezoekt en in het centrum wil verblijven. - Zeer centrale ligging. Het meeste op wandelafstand te bereiken. Het ontbijt was zeer goed, in zeer gezellige kelderruimte. Zeer vriendelijk onthaald aan de receptie. Kamer was zeer ok, alles wat we nodig hadden en zeer ruime badkamer met goede douche. Beetje vreemd dat er geen receptie is in het gebouw zelf, maar op zich heeft dat voor geen problemen gezorgd tijdens ons verblijf.

- Haig (8/5): Quiet and comfortable hotel in a central but not busy area. - Very nice and quiet area. Still very central since it’s just under the castle but most tourists stay in the old town, and even if the hotel is very close to the Charles bridge and to the castle, you don’t have many people around. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good with different warm dishes, all kind of beverages, fresh fruits, vegetables, ham, cheese, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Considering the category of the hotel, one could maybe expect some leisure facilities such as a small gym or a spa. But since it’s an old building I can understand that it can be complicated.

- Margit (10/5): Väga armas väike hotell suurepärases asukohas, suurepärane valik! - Väga armas väike hotell suurepärases asukohas kindluse lähedal. Hommikusöök oli suurepärane ja kvaliteetne ja proua, kes toite serveeris, oli tõeliselt lahke ja tähelepanelik. Kogu sisustus, mugavad voodid, soe vannitoa põrand, kohvi toas - kõik meeldis. Soovitame soojalt! Uksed/aknad kostsid läbi, aga nii vana maja puhul on see arusaadav.
