The lobby bar was comfortable with great options. Location was good once we figured out a metro stop was nearby. We knew the room would be small but it was surprisingly small. For two guests, there was little room to unpack or get comfortable. It was OK for two nights but any longer would have been tough.

• Lisa G. (7/5): Hotel bewertung - Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfreich. Lage war auch okey, hate gneug im ufeld das mann am Abend nicht weit musste. Im Zentrum war man etwa in 20min zu fuss. Frühstück war für denn Preis absolut nicht lohnenswehr. Warmespeissen schmeckten nich, sonst gabs die basic sachen. In der nähe gibt es tolle Cafes zum frühstücken die vom Preis her gleich sind, aber sonst viel bessere auswahl bieten. Das Badezimmer hat von der grösse gereicht, jedoch hat es immer nach abwasser und faulig gerochen. Dagegen konnte mann auch nichts machen, da es kein Fenster gab. Zudem musste man die Tür fast ausreissen zum öffnen. Man konnte niemand durch die wände Reden höhren, jedoch war es sonst sehr ringhörig. Man hört alles was auf dem Gang passiert oder wenn etwas im oberen stock herunterfällt.

• Bruno (8/5): Hôtel pratique, propre et facile - Chambre moderne, accueil du personnel sympathique et surtout au petit déjeuner, une dame très agréable et gentille, s'affairant au mieux à tout pour satisfaire les clients. Trouver quelques cheveux au sol et sur le lit en arrivant dans notre chambre. Signalé à la réception qui a pris en compte avec intérêt. Le prix un peu élevé par rapport à la situation de l'hôtel qui est à 20mn du centre à pied.

• Lynn (8/5): A good, mid level hotel for Amsterdam standards - Good breakfast and a handy restaurant serving a basic menu. There was a very good grocery store close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is quite a walk - 30 minutes from the train station and the centre. No mini fridge so no way to keep cold drinks or milk even though there was a kettle and cups - the bar downstairs did give us milk when we asked.

Las habitaciones correctas y limpias Nos derivaron a otro ibis la primera noche porque despues de haber reservado con un mes de antelacion cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaban completos esa noche. Al dia siguiente tuvimos que trasladarnos de nuevo al primer hotel. Bastante descontrol me parecio.

Checkin rápido e descomplicado. Boas e fáceis opções no bar a noite. A qualidade das toalhas do banheiro é inacreditavelmente baixa. O papel higiênico oferecido chega a ser um insulto. A TV não tinha opção de canais de streaming por internet. O preço cobrado foi acima do esperado para o que foi oferecido.

• Helga (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles da ,was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal und die Servicekräfte waren super nett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Personal. Leider fehlte in den Zimmern im Bad eine Toilettenbürste.

• Emma (8/5): Great central location to use as a base to see Amsterdam and the surrounding areas. - The location was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was one of those modular ones, so it meant that you heard absolutely everything when someone was in the bathroom. I wish hotels would stop using those modular rooms as they give absolutely zero privacy. There did not appear to be air conditioning, just heating. We found the room very warm and struggled to get the room to a cooler temperature. The hotel bar closed very early. We were in the bar one evening after a long day sightseeing, and were watching the champions league. The hotel bar shut just as the 2nd half was starting, which was a bit surprising. You can buy alcohol from the desk, but it's limited. Seemed strange to shut the hotel bar when there were lots of guests in the bar watching the football and clearly wanting to stay and carry on using the bar while watching the game.

• Richard (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip tolle Unterkunft - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war klein, die Ausstattung ist einfach aber sauber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Das EG Zimmer war nicht so hell.

Great canal and Amsterdam townhouse views. Helpful staff and good food. Virtually no soundproofing — the walls are so thin you may as well be sleeping outside. Rooms are small, amenities are limited, and the photos are considerably more flattering than the reality.

• Arvedson (10/5): Helt nöjd med allt. - Bra läge, väldigt trevlig personal, utmärkt frukost av internationell standard. Restaurangen var på kvällen ett avslappnat, stillsamt vardagsrum där man kunde slappna av med en öl eller ett glas vin före sängdags. Det var lite för varmt på rummet.
