- renate (8/5): Ganz ordentlich - Unbedingt hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals insbesondere am Front Desk und der Bar . Ein besonderer Dank an Mr Michel von der Rezeption für seine Restaurantempfehlungen , seine Höflichkeit und Professionalität . Die Zimmer könnten ein make-over vertragen , die Balkone eine Grundreinigung und adäquates Mobiliar , der Pool erinnert eher an ein altes Schulschwimmbad . Weit entfernt von einem Hotelpool mit Spa . Die Massagen waren gut , aber das Ambiente !! Die Betten waren gut , das vielgerühmte Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen , quantitativ zwar beeindruckend aber leider billigste Produkte aus Tüte , Tetrapack .

- Jolana (9/5): Skvělý přístup v pěkném hotelu - Krásné pokoje, skvělá snídaně a co musím opravdu vyzdvihnout tak to je přístup manažera. Problémy vznikají, a je to běžná věc. To jak se snažil je vyřešit a napravit.. klobouk dolů. Personál celkově skvělý.

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para quienes desean un espacio tranquilo Además, cuenta con fácil acceso al transporte, incluyendo una estación de metro cercana, lo que facilita aún más la movilidad. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y lo recomiendo totalmente.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were initially worried that the hotel might be far from the city centre, but the location was actually perfect for public transport. Very nice big shower with Rituals products. Felt very luxurious. The breakfast was huge with a lot of things to choose from. Nice staff also. Wish we had more time at the hotel, next time we’ll have to try the spa section as well! The only thing that was a bit stupid, was that when we arrived, the parking was full. We had driven a very long way, arrived late in the evening, and looked forward to sleep asap, but had to start driving around in the streets to find a free parking spot. Luckily we found one last spot not too far from the hotel, but this was just pure luck. This sadly did that we are not completely happy with our stay.

- Danuta (9/5): Perfect weekend stay - The location is perfect, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and had an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfasts were delicious and very diverse, with something for everyone. The barista corner was a great touch! The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. The relaxation area was also very nice, and I really enjoyed the massage! All was great !

- Jan (9/5): - Świetna miejscówka do zwiedzania starówki ,15 minut pieszo lub jeden przystanek tramwajem, który ma przystanek obok hotelu.Na zewnątrz hotel postsocjalistyczny nie robi najlepszego wrażenia ale w środku czyściutko i w miarę komfortowo.Jedzenie na city brake super ale na dłużej już niestety nie, cały czas to samo. Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy na kilka dni do Pragi to chętnie do tego hotelu Niezły wybór śniada innego jedzonka ale codziennie to samo.

- Anja (9/5): Super schön. Es ist eine Reise wert - Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel. Dafür war der Pool etwas klein, aber zur späten Stunde konnten wir gut schwimmen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Die Bar war lange offen und die Cocktails sind lecker. Wenn das hotel voll ist steht man zwar lange vor den Fahrstühlen, aber wir sind ja im Urlaub. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel. Rührei war etwas matschig. Pool war zu klein. Fahrstuhl waren meist immer voll, so daß man lange warten musste.

We had L'OR coffee machine with pods in our room. Staff were friendly and it was a nice homely environment. Our Barista at breakfast was amazing she always had a smile on her face no matter how long the fresh coffee queue was her name was Lesie, another member of staff Jirka was fabulous. Fresh food every day for breakfast and it's one of the few places I can say that has a huge variety for all! Only had one issue was with the AC in our room - was fixed but then stopped working.

- Zuzana (10/5): Super - Pokoj vybavený, u bazénu byly k půjčení ručníky. Báječná snídaně. Personál velmi milý, ochotný kdykoliv jakkoliv poradit a pomoci. Televize. Žádný YouTube, nebo možnost si půjčit nějaký film dle svého přání. S dítětem večer je to pak složitý.

- М. (10/5): - Было просто всё великолепно,очень приятный парень на рецепшине ,не знаю как звать ,но очень вежлевй молодой человек. Завтрак замечательный, всё вкусно,номер отличный,всё чисто убирались в номере каждый день ,полотенца меня, без просьбы ,проживали на 4 этаже, расположение идеальное ,транспорт ходит просто великолепно, оставались 3 ночи всё успели посмотреть. Да ещё был напиток по приезду на выбор в баре бесплатный Бассейн тоже хороший с приятной водой . Спасибо вам большое вернёмся обязательно ещё.

- Jindřich (9/5): - V hotelu samotném všechno v naprostém pořádku, připraveno i na pobyt s malým dítětem, velmi vřelý přístup personálu. Parkování. To je velká bolístka. Nemožnost rezervace vede k tomu, že parkuje více lidí, než je míst. Ráno byl velmi komplikovaný odjezd kvůli špatně zaparkovaným dalším autům.

- Vladimir (10/5): - Do všeho hotelu se vracíme poměrně často a už poněkolikáté narážíme na jeden problém v bazénu. A to ze plno hostů se nejde před vstupem do bazénu osprchovat. Mužná by chtělo udělat cedule s upozorněním na dodržování určitých pravidel při vstupu do bazénu.

- Protivanský (10/5): Ideální místo a skvělé gastro. - Snídaně jsou zde obecně na vysoké úrovni, stejně jako veškeré stravování a catering.. Je to jeden z důvodů, proč vybírám vždy tenhle hotel. Taky si cení, když se vracíte a odmění Vás VOUCHERY na první drinky.

- Jakob (9/5): Zentral für eine Stadtbesichtigung - Die Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn war nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel war hervorragend.
- Marko (10/5): Urlaub in Prag - Das Hotel war sehr modern, sauber und ordentlich. Alle Wünsche wurden schnell und so gut wie möglich erfüllt. Das Frühstuck Buffet war sehr vielfältig und gesund. Unser Zimmermädchen (ANNA) hat super gut sauber gemacht, jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt und jeden Tag neues Trinken (Tee und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Im Zimmer war es dauerhaft sehr warm. (3 Etage) Egal wie lange wir die Klimaanlage an hatten, egal wie lange das Fenster offen war, es war immer sehr warm im Zimmer und wir haben in der Nacht nur in Unterhose geschlafen.

- rotem (9/5): מאוד ממליצות על המלון - מלון מהמם! מאוד נעים, יפה נקי מאוד צוות חמוד עזר בכל מה שביקשנו., ארוחת בוקר עשירה, וטעימה, אם אתם מתכננים לאכול בערב במסעדה שלהם תוודאו טוב מה מגישים כי יש להם ערבים שזה אוכל מקסיקני שלנו היה מאוד לא טעים. הברכה קרה! 28 מעלות בקור של פראג לא היה לנו נעים וממש התבאסנו. נכון המלון לא במרכז פראג, זה ממש לא היה חיסרון, טרם 22 מגיעה לכל מקום והתיינידנו בעיקר עם בולט שהיה זול ונוח מאוד. בשכונה יש בורגר לא כשר מאוד מומלץ, מסעדה איטלקית מאוד מאוד מומלצת, יש סופר, וחנויות לא חסר לנו כלום, ניקו לנו את החדר כל יום גם אם לא ביקשנו. תענוג, החדר היה ממש גדול לא לקחנו את החדר הקטן אלא אחד מעליו, המקלחת הייתה מושלמת. אני הבאתי לי כרית מהארץ מי שחשוב לו לשינה טובה שיביא או יקנה שם הכריות שלהם גרועות. יש בחדר מכונת קפה, מקרר, כספת ששמנו בה את הדרכונים. היה שקט, ונעים, הרגשנו בטוחות. השתמשנו בשירות הכביסה שלהם יום למחרת חזרה נקייה. יש להם משקל אז ארזנו ערב לפני לוודא שאנחנו לא בחריגה במזוודות. ברכה קרה מידי במסעדת המלון ארוחה מקסיקנית ממש ממש לא היה לנו טעים.
- Nazan (9/5): superleuke verblijfplaats zeker voor gezinnen met ideale ligging - De ligging van het hotel is ideaal. juist voor het hotel heb je een zeer goede tramverbinding om naar het centrum te gaan. Het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en uitgebreid en er was een barista aanwezig die je gewenste koffie voorbereidde. De kamers waren ook heel ruim en proper! Er is niets dat mij niet beviel aan de accomodatie.
