- Alison (6/5): Great location but horrible check in, uncomfortable lumpy bed and ongoing construction - Location is A+ - subway right out front very central location close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and great restaurants My daughter loved the popcorn in the lobby The check in was horrible. We arrived at 1:30 pm (check-in clearly noted 2 PM) and told the rooms not ready. They said 20-30 min and took our luggage and it was all good. We went for lunch and came back over an hour later and still our rooms were not ready! We had two rooms with five people so we all waited another 30 minutes in the lobby before being given one small room for the two people and told the other room would maybe be an hour or so!? We had arrived on an international flight and been up for over 24 hours at that point and finally around 4 pm - 2 hours after check-in time before we finally got the room! The bed was super uncomfortable, incredibly lumpy. The pillows had no support. Stayed four nights - it’s important to note that the hotel is under major construction (not sure how long this will take) but If you plan to sleep in past 9 AM the jackhammer will start and shakes the whole building. For some reason on the third night, the water started running. Water was running constantly in the wall. No water was leaking into the room that could be seen but It sounded like someone was showering constantly all night long. The water ran like you were sleeping in a waterfall and kept us up. I spoke to the concierge who said they would check on it as it sounded like a pipe or toilet was broken or something. By the next night, I called down again after not having any sleep and was told there was an issue with the hotel and nothing could be done. The water wasn’t causing damage - It was just running through the pipes like a waterfall was raging all night long in the room - needless to say we couldn’t wait to check out after four very sleepless, tired nights at this hotel

- walter82 (9/5): Ponte ascensione in famiglia! - Posizione strepitosa! In pieno centro, a fianco della fermata della RER e della metro, per spostarsi comodamente da e per l'aeroporto e per la città. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (con due bambini di 5 e 8 anni) nella family suite. Camera molto spaziosa m, comoda e ben arredata. Colazione molto ricca. Niente, tutto sopra le aspettative.

Das Zimmer war schön ruhig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Preise (allerdings auch allgemein für Übernachtungen in Paris) stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber für den Preis eher Basic und klein (Dreibettzimmer). Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum waren meistens sehr überfüllt und das Frühstück war trotz vorheriger Nachfrage nicht wirklich vegan-freundlich.

Purtroppo la nostra camera era sporca. Sotto al letto abbiamo trovato tanta polvere e residui di cibo consumati da altri ospiti precedentemente (residui di pasta ) e calzini sporchi. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception che subito ai e’ attivata per far pulire là camere.
- Rodrigo (5/5): razoável - Localização Solicitei a eles que fizessem opções sem leite para o meu filho alérgico e não obtive bom resultado por parte da cozinha. O Hotel estava em reforma e não fui avisado. O meu quarto a janela de frente ao hotel, mas a rua muito barulhenta.

Facilmente raggiungibile aeroporto e disneyland con i mezzi pubblici e senza cambi. Stanza grande, pulita e silenziosa (nonostante alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione ancora in corso). - Aslı (9/5): Çok merkezi ve gayet konforlu bir otel - Konumu çok iyiydi, metronun hemen yanında. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Dışarısında tadilat vardı saat 17.00 sonrası çalışma yoktu, gün içerisinde otelde fazla zaman geçirmediğimiz için bizim açımızdan sorun olmadı. Tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir oteldi. -

When we arrived the room wasn’t ready at check in and was going to be ready in an hour and a half later than check in however we had been there this 10:00 and explained this to them they softly sorted the situation

Posizione ottima La struttura aveva la facciata, la hall e la sala colazione in ristrutturazione che ne riducevano drasticamente la qualità dell’accoglienza. Ciò non è stato indicato in sede di prenotazione, minando la correttezza nei confronti degli ospiti. Mi dispiace perché una catena come Novotel dovrebbe sempre mantenere degli standard elevati anche nella comunicazione visto che comunque non ci sono state riduzioni tariffarie per l’inevitabile disagio

- Csilla (8/5): A szegényes vacsora választékot leszámítva elégedett vagyok. - Nagyon csendes volt,semmilyen zajt nem lehetett hallani. Vacsorát is kifizettem az ott tartózkodás idejére.Minden nap ugyanabból lehetett választani. Ugyanaz a 3 előétel, 3 főétel és 3 desszert volt minden nap amiből választani lehetett.
- Sergey (10/5): - L’emplacement est excellent : tout est accessible à pied – le Louvre, Notre-Dame, la Seine. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité, dont un restaurant chinois juste à côté, et la nourriture y est vraiment délicieuse. Pour des raisons de sécurité, l’ascenseur fonctionne avec un badge d’accès, ce qui est rassurant. Il y a un coffre-fort dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, les produits sont de qualité, mais un peu cher (25 € par personne, les enfants sont gratuits). Le personnel est aimable et poli. Le bar propose un large choix de boissons, mais malheureusement rien n’est gratuit : la liste des prix se trouve dans le bar. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour à Paris. S/O

Lo staff alla reception è stato molto gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze Come sapevamo già la struttura è in ristrutturazione ma questo non ha compromesso nulla. Speriamo di ritornare a lavori ultimati così da potercelo godere ancora di più!
