- Jannette (7/5): - The room was very spacious. Location is very easy, close to the Metro line and a 7eleven downstairs. Decent breakfast options. A lot of times the vending machines or coffee machine wasn't working. A big hotel with only 4 elevators, wasn't great. Needed to wait around breakfast time, check out time, etc.

It makes it easy to explore most of Singapore on foot because the walkway along the river seems endless and you only have to go a short distance to see other sights, visit Singapore's impessive parks and dine out. They also provide 2 hour access to a complete fitness center located in the hotel. Check in experience was abysmal. I completed the early check in. The problem is you still need a key and there was only one agent and the people in front of me had not completed eary check in. The food at the waterfall restaurant is good, but you need to being your laptop. I ate there three times and it took at least 30 minutes to get it. The service of the room was non-existant, but you have self-serivce access to more towels. The hot water in the shower was a cool 107 degrees fahrenheit. I complained and they told me that was hot.

Wir haben uns zu Fuss und mit den ÖV durch die Stadt bewegt und das Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen bei U-Bahn Stationen und Bushaltestellen. Der Zimmerservice kommt erst am 3 Tag und dann nur alle 3 Tage. Für mein empfinden zu wenig.

Goed ontbijt voor de prijs, het is het goedkoopste hiervoor vouchers bij de receptie te kopen. Centrale locatie. Heerlijk groot en schoon zwembad met schaduwplekken, ligbedden en handdoeken. Ruime kamers voor Singaporese begrippen. Op de 17e etage was de waterdruk van het koude water te laag. Hierdoor enkele keren bijna verbrand door het veel te hete water. Als de temperatuur van het water eenmaal goed is dan is het een zacht straaltje water, net voldoende om te kunnen douchen.

- kirstie (5/5): - We recently stayed at Furama RiverFront Singapore for 8 nights. Overall, it was not the worst hotel experience, but based on the reviews and photos online, we expected more. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is very central and convenient for getting around Singapore, which made sightseeing and transport relatively easy. However, the rooms were disappointing compared with the photos advertised. On check-in, we asked to move rooms because the first room did not match what we expected. It also had an unpleasant smell, and some of the desk panels were falling off. There were also very limited real TV channels, which was especially disappointing when travelling with a child. We were moved to a family room in the Tropical Wing, which was better, but still had issues. Due to the positioning of the beds and air-conditioning, the cool air did not really reach the beds, so the room could get quite warm overnight. On our first night, we had to call maintenance because the hot water was set at the boiler to only 36°C, making the showers very cold. Maintenance fixed it, but later in the week the issue returned and we had to call again. When my husband went to reception at around 9:00–9:30pm, we were asked whether we wanted to move rooms in the middle of the night with our son, which was not a practical solution. The housekeeping schedule was also disappointing. Rooms were only cleaned every three days, which I do not think is good enough for a hotel stay of this length, especially in a warm climate. Breakfast was fine, but it did not really change over the full 8 nights, so it became repetitive quite quickly. The pool area was okay, but the tiles were starting to show mould. Poolside service was also limited. Ordering was done via a QR code linked to the restaurant, and only non-alcoholic drinks were available. Most people seemed to go to 7-Eleven to buy their own food and drinks to have by the pool.

- Brigite (8/5): Entrada grandiosa vs quartos vulgares. - Hotel com as características habituais, bastante limpo e cuidado nas áreas comuns, com uma boa oferta de espaços de lazer, trabalho e divertimento. Acessos ao edifício bem sinalizados e seguros. Gostei bastante do sistema refil de água, permitido minimizar o desperdício de embalagens de uso único, assim como do self serviçe de outras comodidades direcionadas para o hóspede como toalhas, café, etc. Colchão duro, quarto espaçoso e equipamento habitual. WC sem segurança ou desadequada: Fio de emergência inacessível do chão; sem pegas de apoio em todo o espaço ( duche e sanitário) porta de vidro do poliban sem fechar. Falta total de decoração nos corredores e quartos, torna o ambiente pouco atraente e acolhedor, lembrando um hotel de passagem e não um local que convida a ficar.

- Damien (8/5): Exceptional Service, but check the area you book because there are two and they are VERY different. - The staff were very helpful and always friendly, and eager to help. The check-in service was exceptional with the lovely lady showing the room i booked online, and then helped me move to a King Suite. Which i think saved not only my sanity, but also my relationship lol. The smokers area was right next to a huge window where the kids playground was, it needs a big curtin there to block the view of the children seeing out. The original area we booked was most definitely not up to our standards, we understand the room sizes over there (now), but the carpets in the hallways did not appear very clean and had a musky / Mouldy smell to them. The lovely lady at reception did question the length of stay for that area and suggested we take a look before checking in which we are so glad she did, because we walked back down and paid the extra 1k AUD to be moved to the front section which was one of the King Suites (Highly recommend).

Some rooms were outdated or poorly painted (this did not affect our stay at all and doesn’t bother me but may others)

No reception to greet you on arrival or assist with self check in, and when it was time to give your check in slip to staff member to obtain your key, they were just matter of fact, not overly welcoming. Location was ok though not great.
- Sandra (9/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt solides Hotel - Ein schönes großes Hotel mit eigenem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby und einen 6-Eleven nebenan. Die Checkout Angebote sind sehr kulant! Man kann auch spät abends den Roomservice zur Essenbestellung nutzen, welcher preislich völlig in Ordnung ist. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, aber es gibt viele Restaurants in geringer Nähe welche man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Aussicht der oberen Etagen ist toll! Es gibt auch ein tolles Café in der Lobby mit Blick auf einen tollen Garten. Der Speiseraum ist sehr laut. Wenn man Glück hat, wird ein zweites Abteil aufgemacht, welches leiser ist. Am Pool gibt es zu wenige Liegen. Das sehr internationale Publikum ist inspirierend und in Ordnung, aber manche benehmen sich leider schlecht (lautes Telefonieren, Vordrängeln, vom Buffet direkt essen).
- Patrick (6/5): Moyen - L'hôtel Furama est un peu à l'image de Singapour, un endroit convivial, mais avec parfois une certaine froideur, un manque d'esprit familial. Ainsi, l'accueil se fait de manière un peu sèche dans un immense hall d'entrée avec des échoppes partout. La salle du petit déjeuner, située à l'étage, est très très bruyante et submergée de clients, avec des denrées sans goût fracassant. Et le plus dur a été de se retrouver dans une chambre avec un mobilier dépassé, et surtout sous un lit des bouteilles vides de vodka et une télévision que nous n'avons jamais réussi à allumer. Bref, heureusement qu'il ne s'agissait pour nous que d'un hôtel-étape.

B - Lovely pool and recreation area with our room having our own small courtyard with direct access to this. I certainly did not like the glass bathroom with very minimal frosted glass. Did not enjoy seeing my partner using this while sitting up in my bed! Complete sandblasting of the glass needed!

- Nevenka (2/5): Do not stay at this hotel- old and outdated, poor service - The pool was the only good thing at the hotel. It was large and open. The service was horrible- no warmth, no smiles, no acknowledgements. The breakfast was horrible. Hot foods were served cold. The food was poorly prepared and cooked and sloppy. The same foods were served each day, with very little variety. The room was old and outdated. I booked 2 rooms for 5 people and they gave us 2 singles beds pushed together so throughout the night the beds moved apart and my daughter would fall through the gap. They didn’t provide enough towels- even though I booked for 5. The furniture was old and outdated- nothing like the photos online. The cupboard had no coat hangers. The bench top in the bathroom was discoloured. The air conditioning was so loud, we couldn’t sleep. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a doona which is too hot for the Singapore nights, even with aircon on. I would not recommend this hotel.

- יצחק קירשנר (8/5): - צוות נפלא, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, מיקום נוח עם תחבורה נוחה לכל האטרקציות. יש תחושה של רוחב לב בכל מה שהמלון נותן ללקוח המלון מעט מיושן וצריך שיפוץ ( לפחות החדר ששהינו בו). הוא מוגדר 5 כוכבים ולא שייך לסטנדרד הזה. היה ריח קל של עובש בחדר שקיבלנו ואנשי הקבלה, הנחמדים מאוד, עשו מאמץ ומצאו לנו חדר ללא ריח.

- Peta (9/5): We would stay again :) - The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and refilled quickly. Tables cleaned quickly to allow new guests. Rooms were a fantastic size and bathroom had plenty of room. Was happy to not have room cleaned daily as I could get supplies as we needed, and was please to have fresh water cold available at all times. I would like the bed mattress to be rotated as there was a sizable lump in the middle and we kept rollind to the outside. I feel like each floor near the elevators could use some bins for rubish and also recycling for the water and other bottles you collect during the day while you are out.

- Elizabeth Susan (8/5): Handy child-friendly hotel - Well equipped for children. Good location. Good breakfast and pool. Staff easy to speak to. Lift can be slow and hard to catch if busy. Children should be a cheaper price for breakfast as some don't eat much. Perhaps a childcare play club for occasional supervised use would be good. On entry slight mildew smell due to humidity. Pedestrian access needs improving for safer crossing of road for pedestrians and people in wheelchairs or with mobility aids.

- Sarah (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - Great location, short walk to the MRT, Great world shopping centre, Robertson Quay and restaurants in Tiong Bahru making it a great location for finding good food close by and travelling around Singapore. Decent sized rooms, a little on the older side but still comfortable. Some minor issues with the temperature from the aircon being varied between our two interconnecting rooms but otherwise good.

- Philippa (9/5): Excellent value for money - Comfortable bed. Very swimmable pool and at a refreshing temperature. Excellent location; minutes from Havelock metro and a quick stroll to Riverfront. Pleasant and courteous staff. They let me store my case as I had a late evening flight and I was able hang out by the pool area.
- Moore (6/5): Great location - Clean towels whenever you want. Tea and coffee available all the time. Plenty of beds around the pool and nice beach towels readily available. 24hr room service and rooms get cleaned every 3 days. 10 min walk to the MRT Breakfast is shocking. It wasn't hot and also tasted as if it was days old and heated up in the microwave for too long, then cooled down before putting out. Such a shame really because everything else with the hotel was great. We did have room service and that food was great so I don't understand why the breakfast was so bad.
