Chiedendo alla reception che ne avevamo bisogno , ci veniva chiesto pazienza . Al ceck-out nessuna scusa o spiegazione, anzi mettendo in dubbio che l acqua ancora fosse pochissima come da foto . Se prendevo la Locanda del Gucciere avrei avuto più assistenza , peccato che avevo prenotato un 5 stelle ( Rubate ) Innanzitutto personale e accoglienza

- William (8/5): Dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité prix est très bon et l'emplacement parfait a 15' a pied du duomo. - Accueil et personnel impeccable, serviable et toujours disponible. La chambre était confortable et silencieuse (sauf le vendredi soir ou une bande d'étudiants ont fait la fête bruyamment sous les fenêtres jusqu'à 1h du matin, puis a 3h les balayeuses ont pris le relais pendant 1h !) Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié mais la qualité de certains produit laisse a désirer : pas de fruit frais de saisons (des abricots en boite en mai! ) , pas de vrai jus d'orange pressée (il faut demander mais personne ne le propose ni écrit nul part) pas de gateaux secs. Bref pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations de l'établissement. Pour la voiture on m'avait écrit par mail que c'était gratuit si j'avais une place sur la rampe a mon arrivée, ce qui était le cas, mais ensuite on a enlevé ma voiture pour un autre client et mis au parking payant !!. Comme j'ai réclamé le voiturier a ramené ma voiture et la mise en plus pendant les 3 jours sur la rampe gratuite. Donc l'incident a bien été récupéré par le personnel mais l'impression initiale est très désagréable (pourquoi donner ma place a un autre client ???

- Çağrı (8/5): Bozuk klimalı oda haricinde güzel bir deneyimdi. - Konumu çok merkezi bir konumda, gezilecek yerlerin bazılarına yürüme mesafesinde olması güzeldi. Biz 2 oda kiraladık, ilk otele girdiğimizde ben ve kardeşlerimin kaldığı odanın kliması 22 derecenin üstüne çıkmıyordu. Otele giriş yaptığımız günün gecesi resepsiyona indim ve durumu anlattım , bilgisayardan halledeceğini sistemsel bir sorun olduğunu söyledi. Tabi günün yorgunluğu ile ben de odaya çıkıp uyudum, ama o gece klima sistemi düzelmedi ben ve 2 kardeşim soğuk klimanın altında uyuduk. Ertesi sabah otelden çıkmadan tekrar resepsiyon ile konuştum durumu anlattım, teknik ekibin gidip klima ile ilgileneceğini söylediler, akşam döndük odalarımıza çıktık, klima yine 22 derece idi direkt resepsiyona inip bu durumu şu an düzeltmelerini ya da odamızı değiştirmelerini istedim. Odamızı değiştirdiler, madem oda değiştirilebiliyordu madem klima arızalıydı bizi neden 2 gün o bozuk klimalı odada bulundurdular gerçekten kötü bir deneyimdi. Kardeşlerim soğuktan etkilendi ilk gece çok üşüdüler. Bu yaptıkları doğru değildi. 2. Akşam ben tekrar konuşmaya gittiğimde odamızı değiştirmeleri doğru hamleydi, ama bunu ilk gece onlarla konuştuğumda da yapabilirlerdi. İlk gece soğuk odada uyumamış olurduk böylelikle. Otelin bu tutumunu beğenmediğimi açıkça belirtmek istiyorum. Teşekkürler.

Breakfast spread was nice for a small hotel, it was buffet style not to order. Good location, near metro and not too far from sights if you don't mind a little walk. The air conditioning didn't work, I called the reception desk and they told me they had switched on the system but I didn't notice a change, so the room was quite warm and stuffy the time we spent there,

- raffaela (7/5): Hote sehr gut, aber die zusätzlichen Kosten zu viel - ein grosses Zimmer hate gut platz für ein Zustellbett und ein grosses Bad, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswah, es gibt für jeden was, auch Söfte verschiedene Brote fand das Parkplatzproblem nicht gut gelöst, 35 Euro pro Nacht um das Auto zu parkieren zu teuer und die Tagestaxte auch zu viel, haben für 2 Nöchte mit der Taxe zu 3, noch 120 Euro zusätzlich gezahlt

- Said (6/5): Milan est une ville a visiter, le point positif de l'hôtel est sa proximité avec le centre. - le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est proche de duomo ( 15 min a pied ) ,et des principaux autres monuments a visiter , la station de métro est a cote. La chambre a un aspect vieux , pas très entretenu ( nécessite de redonner une modernité a la décoration et aux meubles ) . Pas de volet . Quand nous sommes arrivés , il faisait très chaud dans la chambre , la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a apporté un ventilateur pour brasser l'air. Le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation a été remédié le soir suite a notre demande. Le jour du départ , nous avons sollicité l'hôtel pour nous permettre d'aller de l'hôtel a la station de bus ( Flixbus ). Nous avons eu un taxi ( mais sachez que le fait d'appeler un taxi vous coutera déjà la somme de 9 Euros sur votre course ). La réception de l'hôtel aurait pu gentiment nous le dire pour nous éviter des frais . ( nous sommes déçus de ne pas nous avoir informé). Nous sommes tombé sur un taxi sans scrupule , qui nous a fait faire un détour sans fin , pour nous facturer une course a 40 Euros. Nous nous sommes fait avoir , par des gens malhonnêtes . Pour votre information , lors de notre arrivé, le même parcours en taxi ( sur quelqu' un de sérieux et pas voleur ) nous a couté seulement 17 Euros au total. C'est bien dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles.

- Claes R (8/5): Ett bra hotell i centrala Milano. - Läget. Personalen, såväl i receptionen som i frukostmatsalen. Mycket fin frukost. Hundvänligt. Dålig läsbelysning vid sängen. Interiören skulle behöva en uppdatering. Snarare 4-stjärnigt än 5.

- Michal (9/5): - Skvělý personál, neuvěřitelně ochotný se skvělým přístupem. Velmi dobrá snídaně. Skvělá poloha hotelu při návštěvě centra. Ocenil bych návod ke klimatizaci. Až druhý den se mi podařilo vypnout klimatizaci, aby se opakovaně v noci nesepínala.

- Ludovic (8/5): Idéal pour un weekend prolongé à Milan - Hôtel très bien situé : 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 15 minutes du quartier animé de la ‘petite Venise’. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité et diversifié.

- Happy0815 (8/5): Nettes Hotel gut gelegen - Frühstück war sehr gut Das Personal war nett Alles prima Die läge ist top es liegt circa 3 min von der green line - das ist die U-Bahn zu Fuß 20 min zum Dom alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten 2 Betten gebucht, das gab es nicht, -ich vermute- deshalb hat das Hotel ein Beistellbett ins Zimmer gestellt was wir super nett fanden. Leider ist das Beistellbett 2-3 Mal nachts in der Mitte zusammengeklappt, wenn man sich umgedreht hat. Das Hotel ist nett- 5 Sterne Qualität ist es nicht, es ansprechend schön renoviert, das Haus, die Betten und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter. Uns hat das nicht gestört.
