Brand kozmetičkih proizvoda - ugodno iznenađenje. S obzirom na kišu i nešto nižu temperaturu zraka klima uređaj nije imao mogućnost zagrijavanja, no ljubazno osoblje nam je omogućilo mali prijenosni radijator.

We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do in Paris, we've had around 5 short breaks to Paris so know our way around relatively well. The only feedback I would have is that there was nothing vegan available for the breakfast we paid for. Our family consisted of a mix of vegans and vegetarians. Wouldn't choose the breakfast option if I was staying again.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we asked for an extra blanket and they immediately helped. Checkin was smooth and fast, rooms is nice with view on the Arena. Not a huge room, but cozy, friendly and had both shower and a tub, separate toilet. The king size bed is comfortable and wide enough, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Room was quiet and dark enough. We missed breakfast as we were sleeping late :) sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. Everything else is really good

Alexander (5/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt ohne Highlights im Hotel - Die Verkehrsanbindung mit der Metro ist gut. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Restaurants befinden sich im Umfeld. Das dritte Bett war sehr unbequem. Der Empang und die Verabschiedung hätten freundlicher sein können. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde sehr langsam nachgefüllt. Eine Reisegruppe hatte sich Brote zum mitnehmen gemacht, was das Personal auch gesehen hat. Wir standen dadurch teilweise vor eine leeren Buffet.

Too bad room layout, there was no real space to open luggage to take clothes (too small corridor, almost NO corridor). Even if you see on booking Family room - better to double check and take bigger one if you really wish to stay in this hotel. Additionally, there are no FRIDGES in rooms which is also not great at all, especially travelling with kids. About this point I was mostly surprised considering it's 4 star hotel.

The breakfast is quite satisfying, though more daily variety would be a plus. The staff is very helpful, with a special thanks to the restaurant team for their exceptional attention. The hotel is located right next to the Arena, making the area very noisy until midnight on event days. I found the pricing to be high for the location, and the rooms felt quite small and cramped for four people, though manageable.

Staff molto freddo a parte la ragazza della reception. possono migliorare in empatia. camera sufficientemente grande niente di eccezionale letti e cuscini comodi. posizione ok per chi si sposta in metro meno per chi vuole solo visitare il centro di Parigi! la freddezza dello staff, mancanza di empatia

MIRAN (10/5): Izjemno - Odličen zajtrk... Ravno tako imajo dober menu za večerje. Cene so konkurenčne, hrana izredno okusna. Osebje zelo prijazno. Priporočam vsakomur. Pa naj bo to poslovno ali zasebno Nimam nobenih pripomb.

Alina (9/5): Goede locatie om Parijs te ontdekken - Gunstig gelegen, metro voor de deur, parkeren op loopafstand. Was prima. Ontbijt was ook in orde Niks op aan te merken.

Morgane (9/5): Nous reviendrons - L emplacement, idéal pour assister à un concert. Le confort des lits, l amabilité du personnel. Les draps étaient un peu tachés. Il manquait des verres à eau dans la salle de bain pour le brossage de dents. Les viennoiseries étaient tres sèches également au petit déjeuner. Il s agit de détails.

GVN (9/5): - Personeel en de omgeving van de hotel was ook mooi met een parkje en concertzalen etc. Wc en douche deuren konden niet op slot en je kan binnen een beetje zien.

Jennifer (9/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Schnell erreichbar mit dem Metro (M6 und M14) Personal sehr höfflich, hilfreich und kompetent. Speziellen Dank an Sheima, die uns eine kleine Liste mit Ideen erstellt hast. Das war suuuper!

Anneke (9/5): Heerlijk uitvalsbasis - Het was ‘s nachts heel stil. Geen sirenes of andere herrie. Fijn groot bed. Raam kan open. Heerlijk geslapen. Parijs is goed te bereiken per metro. Goedkoop parkeren onder het hotel. Het ontbijt was druk en niet zo hygiënisch. Ook was het ontbijt tot 10 uur op zaterdag ipv 11 uur.
