- alba (8/5): Acogedora - Estaba muy cerca de la parada de metro, llegamos al centro en 15 minutos aprox. La limpieza de la habitación 10/10. Barrio muy tranquilo, no escuchamos ningún ruido durante la noche. Pensábamos que la habitación era un poquito más grande, pero para dormir y pasar todo el día fuera visitando la ciudad, más que suficiente, así que no es que "no nos gustara", pero por decir algo.

While this is not an ultra exclusive five star establishment, it is a very comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly hotel in a great area of town: lots of nice cafes and restaurants in the area; a short walk to various Metro lines; and very accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

- Sophie (1/5): It's unbelievable that in 2025, someone would still try to cover up the truth in this way. - We were simply stating some objective facts to help other customers avoid being misled like we were, and we hoped to reflect the true situation on a platform we have long trusted, yet we have been subjected to malicious attacks and defamation! 1. Their claims are untrue! It's all lies and defamation! They would do such a thing just to avoid refunding the deposit; look at the quality of the staff at this small Hotel. 2. We were misled by the "excellent" 8.6 rating and positive reviews on Booking.com and booked this hotel. Upon arrival, we felt cheated. The room was small and run-down, the facilities were outdated, and it was completely different from the photos and descriptions on Booking.com. This terrible accommodation experience affected our trip to Paris. 3. Deposit At checkout, we were told that the €100 deposit would be automatically refunded to our account, but it turns out that this deposit was used to coerce guests into giving positive reviews. 4. My demands: (1) Retract all false lies and defamation! (2) The deposit will be refunded by March 27th. (3) Otherwise, I will file a lawsuit and reserve the right to further escalate the matter (and report it to the relevant French authorities).

Para el precio la habitación estaba perfecta y teníamos un balconcito parisino chulísimo. El baño pequeño pero de sobra para ir unos días. Además la zona super buena y tranquila, puedes bajar al Sena andando en 40min dando un paseo, pasas por Le Marais y estás en Notre Dame. Casi no cogimos metros. Nada, me encantó.

Das Zimmer war winzig, die Toilette direkt an der Badewanne dran, so dass kaum Bewegung möglich war. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Platz. Es muss eine Kaution von 100€ hinterlegt werden welche man erst Tage später zurück bekommt, wovon ich im Vornherein nirgends etwas gelesen habe.

Every day, we were greeted with a smile and the best expresso. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, safe, train accesible, good restaurants nearby. Staff was always willing to help with recommendations to iconic places to visit, neighborhoods, restaurants and directions. The Hotel team made our holidays memorable by surprising us with a beautiful birthday note, delicious macarons and champagne. So thoughtful!!! We are beyond grateful for your hospitality! I will tell all my fam and friends that we found the best hotel in Paris. Cheers 🥂
- Hélène (8/5): - Nuit très calme, impression d'être seule à l'hôtel, chambre au 6 ème étage sur les toits, non gênée par les bruits extérieurs (donnait directement sur le boulevard Voltaire). Verre (au choix soft ou alcool) offert à l'arrivée avec une planche d'apéritif très copieuse, très appréciable. Petit-déjeuner complet mais peut-être non compétitif en prix par rapport à ce qu'on pourrait trouver dans le quartier.

How about the brilliant cinephilic night clerk who brings a charcuterie plate up to your room at 2 am? “James Bond,” the brilliant guy who both serves up a magnificent breakfast buffet and does your clothes perfectly? How about the balconies overlooking the gorgeous rooftops of the 11th? This is the best hotel on earth. There isn’t one in every cool city on earth.

- michellelW4449UU (10/5): Would recommend - Good hotel, small and quiet, has everything you need. Room was decent, very clean, bed comfy. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good for what we eat / drink. Very good location to access central Paris but also maybe want to visit Disney as only 2 mins walk to metro then one stop for RER or 5 mins walk to RER for disney or airport. Would stay here again. Only negative, I asked reception if they'd book me a taxi to the airport, when I confirmed with the driver the cost he showed me the booking, 70 euros. He gives 20 to hotel for booking then 50 goes to the driver. Felt 20 euros was a bit steep for the reception to make a booking. Next time I'll book direct or through booking.com for transport.

There are lots of good restaurants in the area, as well as a metro station nearby. The bed was comfortable and the shower room had recently been refurbished. There was also a good choice at breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend the hotel and thought it was good value for the money.

L area condizionata era un pò freddina di notte, e non era regolabile da noi manualmente. I cuscini ero scomodi e piccoli.

- Paul (10/5): Exelent stay and had everything we needed - Location was a little far out from the main attractions if you wanted to walk but doable. Métro stations within a five minute walk if you wanted them. Staff very very helpful and friendly.
