• Linda (5/5): Preis, Leistung waren prima. Mit Oropax im Gepäck kommen wir gerne wieder. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen völlig OK. - Die Nähe zum Zentrum (Moscheen, großer Basar) war super. Genauso zu einigen Restaurants. Man war mittendrin aber trotzdem etwas abgeschieden vom großen Rummel. Es war sehr hellhörig. Die Zimmer eng. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant waren einfach.

• Nastaran (7/5): We had a great time in Istanbul, prefer to be around hotel area as we had lots of options for what we need. - The location was so close to the Sahil( coast), Grand Bazar, Tramway and lots of shops and good restaurants, alive area and safe, the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good; and different options also we tried the dinner and it was good, and their turkish tea and coffee was so good. The cleanliness was average. Was acceptable but I expected to be more clean.

У нас был неисправный фен в номере, я попросила его заменить на ресепшене, но никто не отреогировал. При отъезде мы попросили вызвать нам такси в аэропорт, про оплату администратор ничего не уточнил, что надо было платить в отеле. Мы заплатили таксисту и дали ему чаевые. Через 10 минут мне в вотсапе начал писать администратор отеля и спрашивать, почему мы не оплатили в отеле такси, и сколько мы дали чаевых, и почему так мало, потому что ему тоже надо чаевые с этих денег. И он писал дальше кучу сообщений с требованием денег ему, что пришлось его заблокировать. Поэтому вряд ли мы еще раз туда поедем.

• Sergej (9/5): It was great, likely will stay here again - The location is perfect, with all of Sultanahmet’s attractions just a short walk away. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The local restaurant is also excellent, offering tasty food, good service, and a cozy atmosphere at prices comparable to nearby spots. Breakfast was a standard buffet with a variety of options like vegetables, fruits, eggs, chicken nuggets, cereals, bread, deserts etc. However, the quality and variety could be improved, as there were no yogurts, no scrambled eggs, only instant coffee, and no natural juices. The room was small (I stayed alone) but nice, clean, and with good service. The only issue was a smell in the bathroom that disappeared when the water was running, likely due to a problem with the siphon.

• Elena (9/5): Good value for the price - Very close to both the Grand Bazar and the Egyptian Bazar, also to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica cistern. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, pretty comfortable and thankfully very noise-free and the breakfast was good also.

They gave us the wrong room, when we complained they came to our room, and rudely asked us to leave in the middle of the night if we dont like the room. Thankfully as a genius lvl 3, I could call booking.com to resolve the situation a bit (which was still useless tbh) And if that is not enough, since they knew that I complained about them, constant harassment during the stay was normal occurrence. I’ve been using booking.com for years, this has to be the worst stay I’ve ever encountered.
• Alessia (6/5): Una settimana a Instambul tra amici - Camera al quinto piano con una vista sulla città davvero favolosa!!! Posizione ottima, staff e personale delle pulizie molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, dal cambio asciugamani alla prenotazione delle visite guidate con transfer dal hotel. Apprezzatissima la proposta della cena con spettacoli sul Bosforo e il transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel a/r. Purtroppo la colazione è prettamente turca con poche alternative per chi la preferisce dolce, io da italiana e intollerante al lattosio non ho mai mangiato nulla. Non ho apprezzato la disponibilità di una sola chiave della camera per gruppo, è scomodo se non si viaggia in coppia. La pulizia nel complesso è buona e il personale delle pulizie davvero disponibile ed educato, come il resto dello staff, ma l'odore di fogna perenne non mi consente di dare una valutazione maggiore. La struttura affaccia su una strada molto rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte, percepita poco dai piani alti ma molto fastidioso per chi, come i miei amici, ha utilizzato una camera al primo piano.

Puede o no gustarte, pero había variedad. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, televisión, nevera, un pequeño armario y el baño está limpio, te dejan gel y shampoo. El staff muy amable. Las habitaciones eran demasiado pequeñas, las camas eran bastante incómodas y faltaban almohadas, solo había una por cama y bastante malillas. Faltaba una lampara que diera más luz.

La camera era piccola x tre ma ci siamo organizzate, le bottigliette d'acqua vuote in camere non vengono sostituite. Piumino x letto matrimoniale è piccolo, x fortuna io e la mia amica siamo piccole.

Mínimamente deberían habernos ofrecido y lugar cerrado y protegido para nuestras pertenencias y equipaje

A colazione non c’era niente di dolce, le camere non erano come nella foto, erano molto meno spaziose e disposte in maniera differente, chi si occupava delle pulizie un po’ insistente e risultato non perfetto.

The hot water supply was limited, particularly in the early morning, and it required careful timing (between approximately 7:30 and 8:00), which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water was not consistently hot throughout the day. The internet connection was also not very strong, which posed some challenges as I needed it for work purposes. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was acceptable.

Eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e ci siamo trovate tutte bene. Consigliato. 😄 Per i miei gusti, la colazione aveva poche cose dolci ma comunque molto varia e abbondante.

• Marina (7/5): Location makes everything. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. - Amazing location, exceptional, splendid sea view and very warm-welcoming and helpful staff! Breakfast was not diverse but rather good. The room was not clean when I arrived - there were nut shells under the bed, there was hair on the pillows and blanket. The room itself is very narrow - you can barely open a suitcase on the floor.
